Best location in Vienna

Best location, very central but still quiet.

We got the room which was different from the one in the photo. Very old, in need of renovation!

Amazing stay and location

Location was great and it was easy to walk around the city from there. It's close to the shopping area so busy but it was quiet and we had a comfortable room. The staff was incredibly kind and helped us to celebrate my mum's birthday!

Emplacement idéal ! Vraiment parfait pour tout visiter à pied. Hôtel très sympa avec un bar aussi très sympa. Personnel très professionnel. Propreté de la chambre irréprochable.

La CHAMBRE STANDARD: lit tout petit, collé contre un mur. Literie moyenne pas très confortable. La superficie de la chambre ne correspond pas du tout au confort de 2 personnes. Donc pour les célibataires uniquement ou choisir une chambre avec un prix bien supérieur.

Viyanaya tatile geldiğimizde; merkezde, tüm olanaklara yakınmesafede bir oteldi. Recepciondan Seda hanım özellikle bizimle güler yüzlü ve ilgili oluşuyla, tatilimiz planlamadan, restoran rezv. kadar desteğini unutamayız. Odaların temizliği, kat görevlisi arkadaşların dahi ilgili iletişimi için teşekkürler..

Zaman zaman otel holünde tuvalet kokusu biraz rahatsız ediciydi.

Location was great. Cleaning was ok, staff ok.

Reaaally thin walls. Weird door in the room (besides the entrance door)leading to another room (probably). Could hear my neighbour's baby crying a lot. You could hear the noises of cleaning staff at 7:30-08:00 am

الموظفين في اللوبي لم يكونوا صادقين معنا لقد حجزنا غرفتين وكان طلبنا ان تكون في الغرف المجددة من الفندق وعند وصولنا ذكرناهم بشرطنا واخبرونا انا غرفنا من الجزء المجدد ف الفندق ولكن تفاجأنا بأنها لم تكن كذلك وايضاً الغرف كانت كئيبة ونازلة عن مستوى الارض بثلاث او اربع درجات و ستايل الغرف قديم جدا ودورة المياه غير جيدة

Viyana görülmeye değer şehirlerden.

Her gün oda temizlendi, yediğimiz her şey çok tazeydi, otelin konumu her yer yurume mesafesi, sıcaklık vb çok iyiydi hiç üşümedik, otelin altında bar olması çok yürüyüp yorulduğumuz akşamlarda otelden uzaklaşmadan iyi vakit geçirmemizi sağladı. Alban hoş sohbeti ve güzel servisi ile barı keyifli hale getiriyor. Tüm personel güler yüzlü ve yardımcı olmak için çalışıyor. Her şeyiyle çok memnun kaldık. Fiyat kalite dengesi harika

Breakfast was nice. The location was really good.

The location of the hotel was amazing. We easily reached all tourist spots by walking and using public transportation.

We selected the double bed option. It was very uncomfortable as two separate single beds were near each other instead. The two beds can move apart during the night.

Wonderful as we expected!

Everything! We have now stayed here a few times and it's a great hotel! Location is brilliant and staff very friendly and helpful! Lovely buffet breakfast and a lovely bar! We really feel at home and comfortable here!

Clean, comfortable and convenient with friendly staff.

In a good central location close to lots of bars, shops and restaurants. More importantly, close to some of the main attractions and also the underground. If you're travelling from the airport, the train from the airport is easy and the walk from the train station (Wien Mitte) is then 15/20 minutes walk to hotel, or you can go on the underground. Value you for money for similar hotels in the same location.

Insgesamt war es in der Adventswoche in Wien sehr sehr voll. Überall viele Gruppen von Menschen.

Frühstück gut bis sehr gut. Im Frühstücksraum oft sehr laut durch Gruppen, zu denen einzelne sehr laute Menschen gehörten. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, auch die Reinigungskräfte. Die Getränke in der Bar waren köstlich. Sehr aufmerksames Personal.

Der Wasserkran im Bad war schwer gängig. Es dauerte lange, bis warmes Wasser floss.

Per un breve soggiorno nel centro di Vienna è un buon hotel

La posizione dell’hotel è centralissima e comoda a molti servizi, tra cui la metro.

La moquette in camera forse sarebbe da cambiare, la tv non prende nessun canale se non quelli austriaci e verso sera faceva tanto caldo nella stanza, non si riusciva a cambiare la temperatura perché il termostatò non andava e sono andato in reception a chiedere se era possibile diminuire in qualche modo la temperatura, cosa che è stata fatta

Super Lage, mitten im Zentrum es geht nicht besser. Gutes Frühstück, sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Wir haben nur eine Nacht zum Neujahrswechsel im Hotel verbracht, können es aber nur weiter empfehlen.

Gute Lage und gutes Hotel, aber auch hier schlägt das knappe Personal in den Komfort negativ durch.

Sauber und warm

Beim Frühstück war das wenige Personal überfordert. Nachlegen erfolgte erst nach 10-15 min. Den Tisch mussten Besucher tlw. Selbst freiräumen und eindecken. Tlw. Musste man sich Brot oder Brötchen erst einmal vom Nachbarn „ausleihen“.

Very nice hotel, highly recommended

The room, although I booked the smaller one, was nice, comfortable with big space for luggage, and with a great view. Quiet and air conditioned. Location is perfect for transportation and exploring the city, walking distance to nice restaurants, shops and places of interest. Staff at reception and breakfast very kind and helpful. Good breakfast with variety.

The black out curtains were not very efficient and daylight was not blocked at all.

Wir waren mit unseren Schwiegereltern unterwegs. Wir hatten die Zimmer 1610, resp. 1611. Die zusätzliche Treppe war beschwerend für die alten Leute. Vielleicht unsere Schuld. Nächstes Mal buchen wir die Zimmer tiefer mit großem Fenster ohne Absatz

Perfect location, close to everything (shopping streets and Stephans Platz). Friendly staff, was able to check in early on arrival, and late (as our flight got delayed).

The rooms do need a bit of a make-over, seems a bit "tired". Mattress was VERY soft while we were allocated 2 single beds instead of a double bed. We are didn't like the "bath-shower". The Aircon was working but wasn't able to sufficiently cool down the room.

The air conditioning was/is so loud all night i felt/feel a bit left out from its party. It is LOUDER than a mobile one. And "Upgrade" to a comfort room.... Dont take it. Horrible night. No sleep. Absolute nightmare

Nice, reasonably-priced hotel in an excellent location

Staff are great, the room is reasonably-sized and clean. Location is excellent.

It was hard to close the curtains so the light was blocked in the early morning. The air conditioner is awkwardly-placed for closing the curtains too. It's also not as effective as it could be for warm days.

Great hotel, great location and staff were wonderful especially Bettina on reception.

The location was superb, both in our 70s and hotel was very central. We could walk to all the Museums and Palaces and anywhere else we wanted to go with no problem. The room was very clean, large and great to have a little fridge to keep things cold. great room.

I honestly I cannot think of anything I didn't like.
