Free parking, breakfast was good. Can’t really tell you that much about the bar and restaurant as they were shut. The hotel is well presented and appears to have been recently refurbished.
We picked this hotel on the edge of town as it had a restaurant and bar, only to find that after we arrived they were both closed due to a wedding taking place. There was no mention of this prior to our arrival as I’m sure it would have affected our choice as there were very few restaurants around to choose from (we were out of town) Not only this, to spoil our experience, when we got to the room, it was set up for one person - so back down to reception to request more towels, pillows etc. when we finally settled into the room we discovered that the air con wasn’t working very well, it was noisy and smelled rancid. Not to get outdone, we opened the smallest window in the hotel only to discover it was facing the main road next to the fire station and this complimented by the fact that the wedding was in full swing until 2:30 in the morning resulted in little or no sleep. This was our last stay in Germany and it was the most disappointing hotel that we had stayed in.

Lovely room, friendly staff, great location for the stadium, easy parking, early check in at no extra cost
Only splitting hairs, we felt the check in assistant could have made more of an effort with some simple questions/directions we asked!

The hotel is in a very quiet and pretty neighborhood.
The room (Number 1) was very foul-smelling and hard to stay in. The receptionist even brought a can of room spray which didn't help and simply added a chemical smell to the pre-existing toilet smell. The bed tilted to one side and was uncomfortable for two persons. One of the overhead lights didn't turn off; apparently some work had been done that day and wasn't completed. At 10 pm, with the receptionist long gone for the day, we begged someone in the restaurant to help us, as it would not have been possible to sleep in a very brightly lit room. This kind person brought some thick paper and taped it over the lamp.
The restaurant calls itself "gourmet" but except for the prices we found nothing to make this label appropriate. No "amuse-bouche" before the very average meal was served, and we had to wait forever for the desert.
Overall a very disappointing experience that we definitely will NOT repeat.

- rooms were very spacious (I stayed in a deluxe room)
- separate bath and shower in the bathroom
- many windows for natural light
- building is beautiful and location is right near the main highways through western germany
Breakfast selection was limited, but you could ask for eggs being made fresh

Positive:
- relatively quite room if one asks for it
- rooms are decent size, cleanliness is more than OK
- breakfast is tasty (though no vegan options which is a stretch, I know)
- Close to the Borrussia park, comes in handy if you need to be there
- Hotel has a relatively recent and fresh appearance to it (although it is in an older, but lovely, building)
Negative:
- Arriving on a Monday around 13h00 nobody was there to open up the door. Called first number which was displayed on the door. Guy showed up but couldn't open the door because the wrong badge was in a keylocked compartment. Next guy showed up and let me in. Waiting time: about 30 minutes
- Internet speed is absolutely bad. I tested it several times and download speed was 3.5 to 3.8 Mbps which is in this day and age unacceptable for a hotel. One needs at least 10 Mbps to do something useful (videoconference, Netflix,...)
- Double bed consisted of two very narrow mattresses which slept pretty awful
The quality of my sleep and the internet connection is absolutely key in a hotel next to it being quiet and having good breakfast. In order of priority sleep quality and internet connection is more important than breakfast, so therefore, I give this hotel a score of 5 to 10.

breakfast was nice and sufficient.
It was also perfect that everything was ready before entering the room and that the procedures were completed beforehand when checking out.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. We arrived late but they made sure to put the key and instructions in a little box and sent me the code for the box. The room was small but very clean and nicely decorated, just as the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was great too.

Clean and quiet. Comfortable beds. Nice decor. Pretty grounds.
Staff leaves at night. Didn’t have a minibar. Breakfast wasn’t included even though the hotel comes up in search results for free breakfast.
