Really dirty and did not stay for the night after finding a bed bug.

the hotel room looked like it had not been cleaned for a long time. There was stains and rubbish everywhere you look. Bed sheets were full of human body hairs and stains. Curtains were dirty, possible blood stain on the kitchen floor. Shower had layer of mold on silicone seams. Spider nets on the roof. Also found bed bug running on the wall next to the bed! From that moment it was clear we are not going to spend there a night, so we left the apartment after 10 minutes and contacted hotel customer service. I made clear that we are not going to stay there and that we will go to another hotel and that they should return my money. They answered to check for the situation the next day but after that they never answered me again. I have been in about 40 countries and this was the first time I could not stay in a hotel for a night.

Quarto confortável; Localização próxima do aeroporto, mas é bom pegar um uber/táxi. Para ir andando ou de ônibus é longe

UM LIXO!

Não gostei de NADA!

Um lixo, muita sujeira na porta de entrada, no hall do elevador no térreo, não deixaram no quarto nem um copo para bebermos água, ninguém para orientar, se você chega 10 minutos antes do check-in fica pra fora, pois por ser digital, o sistema não libera, nem uma jarra elétrica para esquentar água tinha para podermos fazer um café. Enfim, PÉSSIMO!! NÃO RECOMENDO!

Unsauberes Zimmer, Zuweisung in bereits von anderen Gästen bezogene Zimmer, Kakerlaken

KATASTROPHE – Dreck, Kakerlaken und keine Hilfe! Bewertung: 0/10 (wenn möglich) Das Swiss Star Airport Hotel war eine absolute Zumutung und der schlimmste Hotelaufenthalt, den wir je erlebt haben! Das erste zugewiesene Zimmer (118) war noch komplett unvorbereitet und dreckig. Es gab keinerlei Personal vor Ort, um den Zustand zu beheben. Wir kamen leider erst spät an. Nach einem für uns als Nicht-Schweizer teuren Notruftelefonat (27 Minuten für 0,54 €/Minute, die meiste Zeit davon in einer endlosen Warteschleife) schickte man uns in ein anderes Zimmer (213). Dort wurden wir mit entsetzten und wütenden Gästen konfrontiert, die bereits in diesem Zimmer wohnten. Ein weiteres Zimmer wurde uns dann zugewiesen, und der Höhepunkt: Dieses Zimmer war von KAKERLAKEN befallen! Es war uns unmöglich, dort zu bleiben, weshalb wir das Hotel mitten in der Nacht verlassen mussten und am Flughafen geschlafen haben. Die angebotene “Entschädigung” – 50 % Rabatt – ist eine absolute Frechheit. Dieses Hotel hat weder Standards noch Anstand. Bleiben Sie unbedingt fern!

Es hat extrem negativ gerochen im ganzen Gebäude. Sieht garnicht aus wie auf den Bildern. Ist ausserdem schmutzig und per Telefon erreicht man niemanden.

En välttämättä varaisi uudelleen tätä hotellia

Heti tullessani ulko-oven vieressä oli paljon roskia ja roskapusseja ja sotkua, ja sama jatkui sisällä hotellin käytävillä. Pyyhkeitä ja roskapusseja käytävillä. Lisäksi huoneeseen kuului meteliä läpi yön ja tupakan haju kantautui huoneeseen. Lisäksi siivooja tuli sisään huoneeseen kun olin vielä nukkumassa.

Slechte parkeergelegenheid, de chiffons waren droog waardoor het erg stonk, er lagen haren op diverse plaatsen.

Para el precio que pagamos, no estaba a la altura. Es una habitación muy básica, no había cafetera en la cocina, había un secador que no se podía enchufar porque no había adaptador, no tenía recepción...

Une catastrophe incroyable

L’emplacement était très bien.

Le service client qui vous raccroche au nez 3 fois et qui ne vous répond plus, une expérience catastrophique, pourtant je viens souvent dans cet établissement. Une odeur immonde dans la chambre en arrivant, un lit inconfortable qui ne fait que bouger car 2 lits rapprochés, matelas hors du temps. Vraiment catastrophique

Should’ve stayed at the Ibis for 10chf more

Nothing really

I didn’t get the confirmation email from the property with the check in code. I was on hold for 30 minutes trying to contact someone to check in. Once I was on the line with someone they were unable to guide me properly and solve the problem, told me they’d call back but they didn’t after some time so I called again. Over one hour later I got my room which was very disappointing, terrible smell as well.

Mal trato sobre esa empleada mal educada

Como se puede leer en los comentarios hay una señora de limpieza que ni hace bien su trabajo y es muy mal educada , las otras dos chicas jóvenes eran un amor , esa señora me abría la puerta de mi habitación y no era por limpieza No tiene ni respeto ni educación. Amplie mi reserva y me confirmaron que podia seguir en mi habitación hasta que llego ella a gritos echándome y sin dejar que le explicara situación, por suerte llego la otra chica joven y me atendió. Obvio deje el hotel ya que días antes también pedí un cambio de habitación por los gritos escalofriante de peleas de una pareja a cualquier hora y me dejaron 3 horas en la calle con maletas y todo alimento qué tenía. Esa mujer no merece trabajar cara al público. Educación 0

Ich fand es für den Preis wirklich ok und werde auch wieder buchen.

Lage ist top Die Tatsache, dass Zugang jederzeit mit Tür/Zimmercode funktioniert macht die Anreise und den Aufenthalt flexibel Es war ruhig- ich habe sehr gut geschlafen und hatte die ganze Nacht das Fenster sperrangelweit offen. Die Zimmer und Badgrösse war für eine Nacht perfekt Sehr guter Service via Telefon

Der Zugang via Code hat nicht funktioniert Aber trotz der fortgeschrittenen Stunde meiner Ankunft (23:30) hat auf der Emergency Nummer sofort jemand abgenommen und konnte Zürich den Code angeben und mein Problem lösen. Es war ein unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer als ich hereinkam. Es war nicht 100% sauber (im Bad) aber es war ok im Zimmer. Ich war erleichtert, dass es gegenüber vom Gebäude sehr viele Parkplätze gab und da ich nur eine Nacht da war, und Wochenende, habe ich von dieser Möglichkeit Gebrauch gemacht. Sicher nicht 100% legal, da es sich um Geschäftsparkplätze handelt (Swiss)

Redelijk verblijf, maar onjuiste informatie.

Ligging nabij vliegveld

De informatie op booking.com is niet juist. Er wordt gezegd dat de appartementen zijn voorzien van kitchenette en koelkast. Beide ontbraken. Ook wordt er een bar met eten en terras vermeld. Er is wel een soort overdekt terras vlakbij het gebouw, maar niet erin. Vrij primitief, nauwelijks verwarmd en geen keuze qua eten en geen toilet . Wel vriendelijk personeel en redelijk eten, voor Zwitserland niet duur. Procedure met codes ingewikkeld. Drie ingangen, maar slechts bij één krijg je kamernummer en code.

Convenient to the airport, but not worth the mold and old smoke smell.

The bed was comfortable, check in and room access was easy too.

Everything else about the room wasn’t very good. It smelled like old smoke, the bathroom had a sewer smell and there was mold on the ceiling. The whole facility smelled like an old smokers closet.

Globalement ça été.

Bâtiment bien situé, pas trop loin de l'aéroport ( À pied 15min ) donc vaut la peine pour une nuit ou deux.

La machine automatique pour le check-in!! Si la machine bug et que tu n'as pas de réseau, c'est foutu car tu ne sais pas joindre l'établissement.

Basic en prima

Dichtbij de luchthaven, prima kamer, heel basic, maar voor een enkele overnachting wel te doen.

Heel gehorig, veel lawaai in het hotel. Ook de self-service roept vragen op. De deur stond open met een houtje tussen de deur, daarna durfde ik het hotel niet meer te verlaten, omdat het houtje ook wel eens weggehaald wordt. Voor je kamer heb je een code, maar het is niet duidelijk hoe de voordeur opengaat en die info kon ik nergens vinden.

I asked for parking, but it didn't happen. The lady I spoke to on the phone was downright rude. The room was so hot with no AC, dirty shower, and blocked basin. The shower rose kept falling down.

Kein Aufenthalt möglich da kein Zimmer.

Das Zimmer welches ich gebucht hatte existierte leider nicht in dem Hotel in dem ich war. Kundenservice war erst nicht erreichbar und rief mich erst zurück als ich schon ein anderes hotel gebucht hatte. Sie sagten mir dass ich in ein anderes gebäude müsse. Leider war dies auf meiner Bestätigung nicht ersichtlich. Rückerstattung war nicht möglich und die Person am Telefon hängte einfach auf als ich danach fragte. Fazit: Schlechter Kundenservice. Schlechte Informationen. Schlechtes Krisenmanagement.

Ich bin nur eine Nacht geblieben, weil ich auf Geschäftsreise war.

Ich bin nur eine Nacht geblieben, weil ich auf Geschäftsreise war. Ich konnte mir nicht vorstellen, länger als eine Nacht zu bleiben. Es ist gut für diejenigen, die sich in der Übergangsphase befinden und geschäftlich unterwegs sind. Mir gefällt das, dass Schlüssel einfach abholen ist. Unkompliziert Personal. Die Küche und Geräte auch gut.

Die Zimmer war ein bisschen schmutzig. Es gab sogar eine Spinne im Zimmer. Auch das Duschgel und die Duschbox haben mir nicht gefallen.

Situation inadmissible

Notre studio était occupé quand nous sommes arrivés !!!! Inadmissible, il était 23h30 et tempête de pluie, sommes retourné à l'aéroport pour trouver un hôtel. Cette situation était extrêmement difficile et inacceptable. J'en ne resterai pas là, je vais demander un dédommagement par voie de réclamation. JJacques Zwahlen
