It was clean, good beds and we had a small lounge which was comfortable. Breakfast was fair. The gardens were pretty and parking was adequate. Very quiet host.
The house was opposite a noisy campsite. There were no tea/coffee making facilities.

Family run place. They couldn't be nicer! Nice breakfast and everything extremely clean. I can see they have much experience in this business.
A bit far from Ossiach. 15 min walk with poor light in the night. but not a problem if you have a car.
