Enjoy the ultimate in luxury and relaxation in our upper unit Beachfront Cowpet Bay West Condo with all the amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms each with en suite full bathrooms, central air, washer & dryer, cable tv, wireless internet, phone, ring doorbell, small safe for your valuables, gas grill, beach towels, cooler, beach toys and more. All within a gated community. Our condo comfortably sleeps maximum FIVE. The beachside bedroom features Tommy Bahama furnishings with a king bed, ceiling fan, tv and dvd player with en suite full bathroom with double sinks. The garden side bedroom has a king bed and a twin in alcove, ceiling fan, tv and dvd player with spacious en suite full bathroom with shower/tub combo. Our custom kitchen features top of the line appliances, granite countertops and breakfast bar with seating for three. Our dining area has seating for four. The living area has a brand new couch, two Tommy Bahama chairs, ceiling fan, tv and dvd player.
Unwind on the balcony off the living room or beachside bedroom, listen to the ocean while gazing at Cowpet Bay and views of islands further out in the Caribbean Sea. Head out the front door and your toes are in the warm sand and water within seconds, swim, snorkel or just relax on the beach under a palm or grape tree reading a book, tanning or taking a nap on a lounge chair. Book a day sail, rent a kayak or paddle board from the hut on the beach. Picturesque pool and hot tub right behind the beach to our condos left with a pool bar. Two great restaurants, Caribbean Fish Market (Dinner and Sunday Brunch) and Sangrias (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner). We're next to the Ritz with additional restaurants, shops and excursions.
Red Hook is a 5 minute ride, enjoy shopping, dining at 12+ restaurants and bars. Take a ferry to St. John U.S.V.I., or if you have your passport Jost Van Dyke or Tortolla B.V.I. for more beaches, restaurants, bars and shopping.

The condo was perfect and everything was as advertised, the views were amazing and the snorkeling on the beach was great. We saw sea turtles, stingrays and beautiful fish. Can’t wait to come back annually

We stayed with our two teenage daughters who loved having their own space and were very excited to have quick access to the beach and the pool.
We took daily trips to Red Hook ( 2 minutes drive), we went to sapphire beach, took the ferry to St. John and spent the day at cinnamon bay and downtown, we did a snorkeling cruise and we were just very happy to come back to a very comfortable place every night.
The unit has every thing you need and more, from a cooler, beach chairs and even sunscreen. Towels were soft and beds were very comfortable. Great stay and Pat was always available to answer my questions and had great suggestions. We were so glad we picked this place.

Solid accommodations for a small family and was issue free except other than one night of sleep interrupted to weird construction noise at 4am. Well stocked kitchen. The thing that really ruined it for us was that the beach was pretty gross with lots of brown stuff in the tide getting churned into a fine debris that made the water dark and cloudy to the point we only got in it once and never again. Ended up driving to secret for what we thought would be on property beach time, so much that we would have just stayed there had we been told about the water conditions at this cowpet. Visited almost all of the beaches on the island and this was the only one that had this issue. This was not the “normal” seaweed or sargassum that can accumulate which I can handle, this made all the water 0-50ft out brown. I thought this was worth mentioning as the images of the beach in the listing look so nice and were what I expected. Also the mattresses were bouncy and pillows super puffy which is not my thing but I should have brought my own pillow I guess. Water pressure was so low only one shower at a time even though there are 2 bathrooms.

Description isn’t accurate stating Secret Harbor Beach is a one minute walk when it is a short drive. Other than that the condo was clean, well maintained, close to Cowpet Bay beach.

The condo was beautiful, clean and had more than enough accommodations! The tVs were a little dated and some didn’t get very many channels, or Netflix. I would have liked a king sized bed in the master bedroom, but overall we enjoyed the condo very much, and the owners were incredibly helpful with anything we needed! The beach on property was unfortunately not usable, due to seaweed. The property was trying to keep it cleared with large dumpsters and tractors, but it collected to fast! Although inconvenient not to use the beach on property, there were plenty of other beaches to go to that were absolutely gorgeous. Our condo had a beautiful view of the neighboring island, lots of sail boats always parked in our view.

The condo itself and view/location is fabulous. Not crowded at all and the owners were so nice and punctual with communication. However, power outages (which is not the owner’s fault) were an issue but not horrible but if you need electricity for a medical device that could pose a problem. Seaweed as well blew in after a couple days which again, is not the owners fault but it made beach going improbable. Overall, great place, great owners. Very happy we found it.

Very well appointed with plenty of storage and extra touches. Property was in a great location right on a quiet sandy beach and a separate pool. A easy walk to a beachside cafe as well as a nicer restaurant. The condo was first class, super comfortable, extremely clean, and well stocked. The hosts anticipated every need.

The condo is exactly as pictured and described on the website and is in excellent condition, kitchen has everything you would need. Bathrooms are super big and great water pressure. Lots of beach towels, beach chairs, even a cooler for us to use. Relaxing balcony view! Beautiful beach w all sorts of water rental available.
You can’t beat the location. The Caribbean Fish Market is only steps away from the condo. One of our favorite restaurants of our entire stay. Condo is only minutes from Redhook, where you can find and do everything

The property and location perfectly met our goal. Our on-site host (Bob) was prompt in all of our needs, which I might add were minimal to none. Communication from the start of our booking, until our departure, was informative and concise. The property location is very near Red Hook, which offers an array of restaurants, essentials, groceries, transportation ferries, and trip excursions. The Cowpet Bay is a quiet area with perfect amenities such as dining, bars, a pool, and immediate access to the beach. Although we traveled as two adult couples having no children, without hesitation, this is a family friendly environment servicing people of all ages. We would certainly return.

The beach area is well maintained, snorkeling was good despite the windy conditions this year. Great location, perfectly stocked, great hosts with tons of communication and recommendations for local places to go. We would definitely book again. The beach is small and quiet - a nice getaway on heavy cruise ship days. The condo has EVERYTHING you need- from beach towels and chairs to the basic cleaning stuff (dish soap, detergent etc). Close enough to Red Hook for quick bites to eat and shopping.

We knew we made the right choice as soon as we walked in the door. The condo is extremely clean. Kitchen is totally stocked with super nice cookware, top of the line appliances, blender, bbq supplies for the gas grill, napkins, paper towels, tin foil, and all sorts of gadgets. Any cleaning supplies you need are plentiful including dish soap and laundry. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious and decorated with top notch fixtures and furniture. The star of the condo is the view and the very spacious balcony. That is where we spent the majority of our time when not enjoying the beach or pool. The views are postcard perfect. There are beach towels, coolers, and chairs for taking to other beaches outside of Cowpet. The beach at Cowpet is wonderful and was never crowded and the water is clear. The shared pool with the Elysian resort is gorgeous and big. Both are located a very short walk from the condo. Communication was great with the property manager as well. We would definitely book this place again when visiting St Thomas.

Condo was perfect for my family. Very clean and kitchen was well equipped for our needs. Little extras like cable, wifi, beach towels, cooler, washer & dryer were a plus. Balcony overlooking the beach was a delight every day for our morning coffee. Kids loved the outdoor space as well. Furniture in living room was comfortable as well as the beds. Location is great. Just steps from the beach and on-site restaurants. Snorkeling at Cowpet Bay (protected marine area) was convenient and we saw stingrays, parrotfish, sea urchins, jacks, and others. The condo was perfect for a family of four. The kitchen was well appointed for the days we chose to cook. There was a large selection of beach towels and other beach items.

Pat was very communicative through the booking process and prep for our week-long trip. The unit was as advertised, clean and comfortable. Being next door to the Ritz was great as we opted to do some excursions out of that facility. And being on the east end of the island with access to St John and the BVI is definitely the place to stay. Probably most guests would not opt to cook many (any) dinners in the unit, but we did, particularly because we went on a fishing excursion and brought home enough tuna and Mahi for several meals. The cookware in the unit was marginal at best for that purpose, but as I said, I imagine cooking in is not on most vacationers’ agendas. Would definitely consider renting here (and specifically from Pat and Bob) again.

We traveled with parents in their 80’s and found this to be the perfect spot. Morning sun on the balcony, beautiful scenery, and the condo itself had absolutely everything we needed. We had a great time in St Thomas. This location was great. The view off the deck out to Cowpet Bay was beautiful. The beach, pool and 2 restaurants we within walking distance so very convenient. The condo came with everything we needed and more, which we greatly appreciated. The Proximity to Red Hook was great for shopping, eating out and going on excursions. The only negative is that the condo itself could use some repairs.

Loved almost everything about this condo. Beautiful views, restaurants on site, pool and beach was awesome! Condo was spacious for my family of 5 adults. Easy communication with property manger. Condo was stocked with many items you might need. My only complaint ( if you call it that) is the queen bed is very hard and uncomfortable to my liking. Also, it would be nice if there was extra blankets. I would stay here again if we ever come back the St Thomas!

We loved this property. I was a little nervous booking but was convinced by all of the positive reviews, and I am grateful I followed that approach. The pictures don't do it justice, especially the beach, which was perfect for young children and more spacious than I expected from the pictures. The condo was also in better shape than the pictures (seemed a bit out-dated) made it look. But best of all was the location. If you rent a car (we did), you are 5 minutes from a ton of restaurants, 5 mins from the St. John ferry, and 5-to-10 minutes from several other decent beach options. Bob and Pat (managers) were very accessible despite being out of town the week we were there. Just tremendous all the way around.
