Simple but nice.

The location is great to visit all the highlights near the city center. It is close to museums, restaurants and other interesting locations.

The mattress was a bit uncomfortable, but nothing intolerable.

Very good

The most I Like was the location near the plaza and San Marcos Jardín about 1km.We could get everything Just across the street;cafés,restaurants,etc.Location unbeatable.Beds were comfortable and shower pressure good and hotwater,fridge and coffee maker a plus.

Price a bit high,I guess because San Marcos Feria.Rooms look old and dark,carpet looks make room old.

Legacy hotel placed next to the heart of the Aguascalientes city, with an excellent stay!

Room was LARGE and very comfortable. The room had extra amenities like a coat hanger, spacious storage for clothing, etc. Excellent location right downtown which is a huge plus when visiting that area. Having the breakfast in the rate was also very convenient to quickly grab something to eat in the morning. There is a well known restaurant next to the hotel (Sanborns) as an option too for more food options (of course not included).

The provided WiFi was adequate, however slower than what I am used to. Having business meetings via Zoom was a challenge.

Extremely noisy AC system. Impossible to rest and sleep. Very dated facilities.

A fun facility but really needs a rehab to bring it up to what it can be.

Location, location, location!😁

The facility really needs a rehabilitation. New plaster, updated elevator/lifts. I really think it is irresponsible to have the main lobby on a 1/2 floor that has NO WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY! That is not Good. No bathroom facilities except on 1/2 floor accessible only by stairs or in your room.

A wonderful visit for 2 Americans with little Spanish knowledge.

The price was great, the location is fabulous.

Really need new sheets as ours were pilled, which happens. On day 12 (of 14) the staff finally started to look like they were happy to see us and greet us. I encourage your staff to smile largely, as face masks really make people look not happy.

If anyone would like to stay in Aguascalientes downtown, hotel Francia is the answer.

Bedroom and bathroom very clean.

Hotel really needs a make over.Breakfast is so so,although service is exelente.

Great location near sights, restaurants and shopping. We had a Jr. suite with king bed, very spacious. Nice breakfast buffet style.

There were many (20 +) small mosquitoes and small flies on the floor and counter. Seemed like they set off a bug bomb but didn't clean up after. At least they were dead 🤣 Also, no reading light. It was either all bright or all dark.

Horrible.

The room was old and stinks humidity, the carpet is oldest and dirty. I will never use this hotel again, I do not recommend it to anyone. I don't give it even one star.

I loved the location and the service especially valet parking

Valet parking, perfect location, very good service

shower water, not very warm, floor carpet was much wrinkled, unable to book with breakfast included

Great place to stay a few nights and spend time in the center of Aguascalientes

Great location, right next to the cathedral. Everything was clean and the staff was very kind. Good breakfast

We had to figure out how to flush the toilet properly :D Hold it down all the way until everything is gone cause otherwise it stays in the toilet bowl
