Great family weekend

The hotel in general is very clean, all the restrooms are super clean, the service is amazong, the pools are very nice and big, kids areas are very nice, Brazilian restaurant is amazing. the hotel is in a very good location with a nice place to run or just jog outside, rhe gym is very big, nice and clean.

Old facilities and very small rooms, the Italian restaurant is a very poor quality, lobby is too small and not comfortable to seat, the beach area is very small and with lack of beach seats, the smoke that is coming from the pizza place is affecting the kids pool, too much noise of music at noon (difficult to sleep) and sometimes at night until 23:00 (depends if they have any wedding).

overall great food. we enjoyed our stay

it was very clean and had interesting events going on.

we left behind some shoes and cleaning staff did not turn in our brand new crocs. I would of expected some more professional and ethical behavior regarding our personal belongings. conseguir was unavailable via phone and voicemail was full. we returned and no items were ever turned in.

Expensive but amazing experience!

The room was neat, clean and comfortable. Pool, restaurants and staff were excellent. Beach front location was prefect as well.

The club membership meeting took much longer than they said it would and I felt like we lost some of the time we could have spent doing something else more enjoyable.

when we came last year, facilities and pool concierge was so helpful and fun. We met Salvador and he was great, I was hoping to see him again this year and was disappointed when I didn’t.. the other staff was not friendly or helpful. the food needs to also be better for the price of the hotel

The Italian restaurant (Ciao) was very good.

We ended up NOT staying there because we got bumped by folks with time shares. They sent us to the Occidental next door, which was very good and quieter.

I will never come back to this hotel.

There are no real balconies in the rooms! You can’t put a chair on that tiny balcony and sit there, and enjoy the evening outside or even dry your swimming suits. There are no places in the room or bathroom , or balcony where you can dry your swimming suit!

Loud music all day long. Service, manager in Japanese restaurant were horrible.
