Lovely quiet location with everything easiy accessible. Very nice warm welcoming atmosphere would definitely return.

Great location could easily walk from the main train station to the hotel. The walk to Pisa was a short stroll through the streets.

Okay but too hot to sleep

Location You can get to anywhere in about 20 minutes by foot. The area is nice and feels safe. Staff The staff are very helpful and pleasant. Cleanliness The hotel is clean and the rooms are cleaned daily. 24 Hour Reception The reception stays open all night meaning you can buy water and snacks at any time and it's very reasonable price wise.

Entertainment The WiFi was great when it worked but quite often the internet would stop working and the TV doesn't have Netflix and there's no instructions and only Italian channels. So a night in after a busy day didn't involve film or TV. Noise You hear bangs and bumps from around the hotel during the night and some from the street. The curtains are thin sheets with blackout boards which make it difficult to wake up naturally and have privacy. Heat Our room is hot all the time, Aircon doesn't work and the fan dries the air out too much to keep in through the night. It's been about 23C outside today so our room must be getting heat from somewhere else. Right now it's 13C outside at 7am and our room is 24C which just doesn't make sense. Toilet noise The toilet is very small and narrow and when you turn the light on a very loud fan comes on. You can't open or close the door quietly and if you flush it sounds like a powerful shower for 5 minutes. This makes using the toilet at night a stressful experience for anyone sleeping. Overall the stay was okay but in a hot country I look forward the room to be my place to escape the heat and this has not been the case at all so all the good is cancelled out. Perhaps this is just the room I'm staying in though and I've been unlucky. We also didn't complain about it as it's only been 4 days and every day I've tried something different to cool the room. Maybe I should have earlier. There's only one mirror in the room which is not ideal for a couple as it's in the noisy toilet and the lighting is poor, my wife was looking for a dressing area. You only get 1 pillow each, there's an extra one in the cupboard but that's not even 2 each which is too little.

Cafeteria is great. Good, tasty products at acceptable prices

We had to wait until 10m before the official checkin time. I highly doubt it that the room cleaning finished with only 10m before 14:00

- Location 👍🏼 - Fresh and clean towels provided every day - The bed was comfortable

In the room there were few failures: - the doors from the shower tub were broken and hard to close - the soap in the bathroom sink was also broken so you had to always be careful how you get your soap out to clean hands - there was no full or even half sized mirror in the hotel room (only the small mirror at the bathroom sink)

Hidden gem

If you can live with the fact that the interior isn't the most modern, then you're in for a treat. This place is a hidden gem and one of the best places I've stayed at. The team is incredibly friendly and helpful, nothing seems too much trouble. The area where the hotel is located is perfect, in walking distance to the sights and the train station, close to bars and restaurants, yet far enough away for it not to he rowdy at night. The hotel also features a 24-hours café with delicious food options, drinks, snacks, ice cream, yoghurts and so much more. In the morning you can smell freshly baked croissants and pastries. I absolutely adored the tramezzini, delicious and the prices are spot on too. I should also mention that it was extremely clean and there was a fly screen outside the window, allowing me to sleep with the windows open without getting eaten alive by mosquitos. Absolute bliss!

ubicación, el personal es amable, hay cafeteria con buenos almuerzos, comidas, refrescos, aperitivos, es una zona muy accesible y céntrica

Good stay with comfy beds and nice cafe downstairs

Central location, no noise from the outside, amazing staff, very helpful. You can leave your luggage at the reception free of charge. Bar downstairs offers drinks and dome food even if you arrive at midnight. You can check in 24/7 (not every place offers that, check especially if you have late flight)

A great place to stay with super helpful staff. 24 hour reception is simply brilliant.

Loved the location on a quiet piazza. Staff were fantastic. We stayed here overnight 5 nights ago on our way to Florence and now on our return to the airport in Pisa we are spending some late hours in the reception whilst awaiting a very early morning flight. The 24 hour reception is invaluable. Staff so helpful.

My stay

I really liked how clean it was and how much space I had in the room. It was about a 16 minute walk from the train station and 22 minute walk to the leaning tower. There were great restaurants around. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The place next door was also very pretty. It's an old church and absolutely stunning for history lovers.

I didn't like the fact the bathroom door only opened about 1/3 of the way. There was also never any hot water when you went to take a shower or wash your hands. The elevator was a bit sketchy.

the room facilities, the missing light on the floor/stairs during the night, the sound the toilet was making when flashing the water, it was like a loud alarm in the middle of the night that we got scared thinking that something will explode or so...the sound was heard on the entire floor I ve booked a double room for 2 people and at check in they charged me additional 15 eur for the second person. but I ve sorted out with booking afterwards. however, a very un pleasant experience

The room was nice and clean. it really is better in real than it looks in the photos. the staff was very kind and helpful. they lent me wine opener and glasses so I could have some at the room. delicious coffee and really good vegetarian sandwiches. 10-15 minutes to the tower
