They didn’t have a room ready so they gave us a free breakfast! After our room was set up we went out for the day and we came back to find champagne in her room. Overall had a good experience at this hotel.
There was no coffee, machine or board, the spies almost always booked up.

Anna, the receptionist of the hotel, is very warm and friendly. The room is very beautiful, classic Italian decoration style, we booked two rooms, the room pattern is similar, but the curtains and crystal lights are different. The ballroom was beautiful, just like the dance halls in Beauty and the Beast movies. It's easy to get a taxi and there are good restaurants nearby.
The quality of breakfast and the price do not match. There wasn't much food to choose from, and it wasn't very tasty. The next day, I went to a nearby cafe and spent around 20 euros to buy breakfast for six people, but the hotel charged 40 euros per person. A little disappointed.

size of the hotel
hotel reception the guy had his both legs ontop of the chair, he wasn’t helpful. i received my bags 30 minutes late, i asked the butler she was a lady also she offered her assistance and i have asked her for information about covid 19 restrictions about my flight tommorow and how can i reserve a car with a driver for this one night stay,,,, yet i haven’t received anything back and she didn’t leave my inquiries at the ftont desk. also when i checked out the guy wanted me yo pay the tax of the night and hr accused me that i had a pizza and lobsters for dinner which i didn’t have or any other meal at the hotel, so i just paid the tax of my stay. although i did pay the full night with tax snd room fee before my arrival!!!! and he wasn’t professional when i asked gor the bill that said i had lobster and pizza. but he didn’t have one. i have stated in 5-6 star hotels around the world and this hotel wad the sorst hotel i have ever stayed in…. anc i promise i will share my experiences with anyone memtiones to me that they will stay at that hotel that is a promise. also the manager said that she will refund the tax. and yet they still didn’t do so. and that is what they call customer excellence and service.

the location of the hitel is very good, we enjoyed Rome, even by walk from there, not only by car. The services of the hotel are exeptionaly and gentle. We have been with our two little kids and they took on consideration at any step this fact.
