Very nice stay close to Lucca

Very nice and clean swimming pool. Good breakfast.

The best way to find the hotel is to turn on the side road at Penny Market.

Lovely hotel and quiet location, staff were very friendly , helpful, pool was a good place to relax , breakfast was also very good , staff were very attentive, lots selection , rooms were very clean , .Restaurant next to hotel was very good, nice food, didn't have travel to eat.

No negative comments.

Super location, very quiet, conveniant parking Nice breakfastlocation in the garden.

Excellent breakfast.

The location was fine, but a car was essential. As we didn't have a car, it was very difficult to access Lucca itself, , even though it was only a 15 minute bus ride away. Buses infrequent and ended at 8p.m, taxis very expensive and difficult to find.

Wish we could have stayed longer...

We had a lovely welcome from the staff.. we were travelling in late and their restaurant was closed on the night we were there. However, the lady at reception (we had phoned ahead to let them know our timings) called a local restaurant and booked us a table, which was very helpful..

It was an OK experience, but frustrating to find.

Difficult to find from autoroute even with GPS. Breakfast was minimal. checkout is early...10am. I had hoped to have a swim in the morning, check out at midday and then lunch in their restaurant.

We were there during the heat wave with 38-39°C - spending the afternoons by the pool was by far the best part of our stay.

Area around the hotel is maybe not the nicest, but since the hotel has a park in front of it, don't get to see much of the surroundings. Rooms are rather small.

Unfortunately breakfast was not so good due to restriction. It was a reason why we chose this hotel, but we were disapointed. However it was due to situation.

Good location, really clean and pleasant staff. The room was really big. Breakfast was ok, nothing special though. Loved that the parking in front of the hotel was always available.

You can hear practically everything from the hallway, especially very loud and unpleasant sound of opening doors.. kinda difficult to sleep in the morning if you don't want to get up the same time as other guests.

Great hotel, also for families

Located six kilometers out of the town of Lucca the hotel is a perfect starting point to explore the western part of Tuscany including the coastal area. The resort is really nice, very neat and therefore also meets higher expectations effortlessly. The breakfast was fine and offered everything one can expect considering Italian breakfast customs. The employees were friendly and helpful, the rooms are rather small but well equipped and clean. Our children especially loved the nice swimming pool.
