Habitaciones necesitan reforma

El buffet de desayuno.

Las habitaciones son muy diversas y las fotos de booking no corresponden con la realidad de la habitación, que se encuentran en peor estado. La ubicación del hotel en el mapa de bookings no corresponde con la realidad. El parking del hotel es insuficiente para la demanda, al menos hay Uber.

Good value for money

It was cheap and cheerful clean and presentable and was good value for money.

The breakfast was awful and the food in the evening was limited. The beds were uncomfortable and limited wardrobe space. The bar closing at 12 is to early whilst away with adults.

The food was really good, the desserts not so much. The facilities are good have the essential for a all-included staying, also you can have a good chilling walking time near the hotel at the beach coast.

The beds are not usually for couples, they are normally two single beds stick together, we changed the room 3 times because of that.

a great experience

this hotel can safely become a four star hotel. Everything is great. Spacious beautiful room, cleaned every day and new towels. everywhere very friendly staff, the reception, the kitchen, the cleaning ladies, animation, .... The restaurant is ok with very nice food. sufficient variety of fish, meat, various potato preparations, pasta, rice, and so on. It is sometimes hectic, but then you should not choose such a large all-inclusive hotel. There is plenty of entertainment for young and old. there are several swimming pools with very good sunbeds. every morning the entire terrace and around the pools are cleaned and everything rinsed. In short, this is a hotel where we want to return immediately. Travelers complaining about this hotel don't travel much I guess. The last evening there was a problem with the sliding window to the balcony that no longer opened. we reported this to the reception and after fifteen minutes someone was already in the room to repair the window. great service. thank you

Very good

The rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good and just a ten minute walk to the centre.

At breakfast the food wasn't overly hot.

Breakfast is cheap food. Bad coffee and no fresh fruit juices and you are crammed up inside…Hate having to wear wristbands…

the booking price was €129 while a day before my trip where cancellation wasn't possible anymore they decreased it to €100 i wasn't able to be offer matched although both prices were on booking.com while rooms where exactly same

Served it’s purpose of a bed for the night

The room was exceptionally small I felt very claustrophobic and was opposite 2 very noisy bars.

Convenient but smoking outdoors awful and childrens evening entertainment unsafe.

great location. had to request they change my mattress as the coils dug into my back on the first night but they changed it quickly the next day.

So much smoking everywhere was awful, especially around the children. breakfast was awful. omelette was dry and cold. orange juice like drinking non-diluted cordial. Childrens disco/games was horrendous. hide and seek isn’t a safe game to play with children in a resort if games like ‘run to the other side of the resort to get sand from the volleyball court.’ zero thought to childrens safety. please stick to kids disco and ditch the games.

Good for a short overnight stay, not ideal to spend more time there

huge property with 3 pools, nice exterior, I loved the palmtrees everywhere, good value for money when you want a cheap stay to visit Puerto Banus (only 5 mins away by taxi) it’s probably great for families since they had children’s animation in the evening

-the check in took forever, the system was down and we had to wait more than 30 mins- no one from the staff apologised to us as costumers, which was just bad customer service in my opinion. -out room was located outside the big complex in another building across the street, which was facing the motor highway in one direction and a bar in the other, so as you can imagine it was VERY noisy… -breakfast was not good, I really didn’t like the quality of the food; the eggs where soggy and tasted funny, the bread was stale, the juice was totally chemical etc

generally speaking it’s a beautiful hotel a typical cortijo style big space clean and equipped with extra beds

everything from location to cleanliness check in staff and customer services

there was no soap in the dispensers in the bathroom

Not a great deal to do in the area. Would have been nice to see a few shops, adventure golf etc

Great value for money, would stay again.

Very nice pools with a good atmosphere around them. Good selection of drinks at the all inclusive bar. Food in the restaurant was good but fairly limited.

Rooms are a bit outdated. Evening entertainment could be better. Restaurant is very cramped.
