Wunderbares Hotel in bester Lage

Frühstück war sehr, sehr gut- vielfältig mit teilweise spanischen Gerichten, was wir gut fanden. Zimmer, Personal- alles Top. Besonders gut fanden wir die Inneneinrichtung von Bar bis Rezeptionsbereich und Zimmer. Badezimmer besonders schön.

Multe lucruri de remediat!

camera spațioasă,vedere superba, lifturi interioare de sticla cu o rapiditate extraordinara.Cosmetice de baie Rituals,prosoape de calitate. Mic dejun variat .

Izolare fonica exterioara foarte slaba..Geamuri care nu se închid etans , se auzea tot zgomotul străzii. Este o rușine ca un hotel de 5 stele sa aibă TV care emite doar 8 posturi și acelea în spaniola. Nici vorba de Smart TV. Deși în camera exista aparat cafea Nespresso, hotelul nu pune la dispozitie apa plata pt cafea. Personalul de la recepție ne a spus ca apa de la robinet e f buna bună. Oglinda cosmetica din camera de baie nu era fixata bine în perete, șuruburi slabe. Scurgerile chiuvetelor făceau un.zgomot infernal, semn ca nu se poate scurge apa...necesita urgent reparare. Camera 514. Aerul condiționat foarte zgomotos nu furniza decât rece.

A very pleasant and modern hotel. Rooms serviced promptly. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very near to the river walks and the town. A nice clean area.

No stairs other than the fire escape stairs to use when the 2 lifts were busy with guests particularly when a lot of people were checking out at the same time.

Très bel hôtel près d’un beau parc , et en face d’un centre commercial

La chambre est confortable , la salle de bain plus belle que sur les photos, l’insonorisation, l’emplacement irréprochable, tout près du musée Guggenheim. Piscine , salle de sport, sauna et le petit dej. Avec ses variétés hâte de revenir.

Une machine dans la chambre mais c’est tout à fait personnel.

Would stay again

Great room - lovely outlook over the park. Walking distance to the Guggenheim. Euros were on in the bar which was great but slightly awkward to also have a large group doing a wine tasting in there at the same time.

The mini bar wasn't stocked with water or champagne which was a bit of a shame. Also not the nicest welcome as we were a little early and no effort was made to get us into a room - at check in time our room still wasn't ready so we had to upgrade at a cost to get into a room in time for a work call. Feel perhaps the room could have been offered at no charge given our room wasn't ready but.

The pool was slightly heated, which is a plus because it was cloudy day when we were there. We choose the hotel because of the pool and the park nearby.

The room was not vacuum at all. We checked in to a dusty room. Not even the next day after the housekeeping went in. Same goes with the bathtub, we can see hair everywhere(not hair from someone head for sure) I purposely filled the bathtub with some water and after the housekeeping went in amazingly the water was still there! Basically they just changed the beddings and towels. Cups and spoons on the coffee counter seem untouched for days, possibly weeks looking at how dusty they were. Toilet were floor were dirty with some stains possibly human fluids.

La réception n'est pas assez réactif et pas très accueillante des clients français. Le room service est catastrophique, très très lent pour une bouteille de vin 45 minutes . Très déçu dans l'ensemble de cette hôtel qui nos vaut pas c'est 5 étoiles mais plus un 4 ....

A fantastic hotel in a perfect location.

Breakfast was exceptional ; there was a wide range on offer including fresh fruit and pastries. The breakfast room was apparently not the usual room as that was being refurbished ,- but it was a perfectly pleasant space. The bedroom was large and very comfortable with good views. Staff were exceptional. Helpful, friendly and clearly good at their jobs.

1980s-style, affordable 5* hotel.

1980s style and very nice interior arhitecture are distincitive. Breakfast is one of the best I have ever had in an affordable 5*. The heated outdoor pool is nice to get some morning energy or relax after working hours.

Lovely stay with great location and service.

Rooms were very comfortable and staff very attentive. I had an accident and couldn't walk properly and they were very helpful durring my whole stay. Definitely will come back.

great location. beautiful area. we had a room with a view if the park. the staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. we we’re celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary with a month in Spain and when I made all the plans I informed all hotels. the manager of the Melia Bilbao was the only one to acknowledge it and sent up a bottle of Perseco. Adama at the front desk was a gem as well!

more of a 3 star hotel not a 5 star

nice lobby and location but after that there wasn’t much to like about the property

our room had a dirty pillow on the bed, the room and bedroom smelled like urine, when we said it to the front desk they just came up and sprayed airfresher in the room and didn’t clean it, fold our bed had dust on the back and was not suitable for an adult, also not comfortable ! dirty carpet in the lobby ! breakfast wasn’t fresh L, stale donuts and pastries. some of the staff were rude and quite abrupt
