Horrible experience

It looks similar to the pictures

Horrible experience, found my sheets extremely dirty when getting into bed the first night, receptionist told me I had to wait at least 45 minutes for someone to come with a replacement, which would’ve been after midnight. She didn’t try to find any solutions or seem to care much. My partner went down to get new sheets himself and I made my own bed. This is scandalous for a 4 stars hotel. Also gym is very old.

Excelente ubicación.

El aislamiento era terrible, nos costó muchísimo dormir porque se metía en la habitación todo el ruido de la calle (estábamos en un quinto piso, y era como estar a pie de calle)

El hotel está muy bien

Iba por trabajo con un compañero y expresamente pedí dos camas individuales. Llegamos en la madrugada y en la habitacion nos habian puesto cama matrimonial. Me hicieron pasar por un momento incómodo y a esa hora agotada no quería pedir un cambio ni esperar.

El desayuno muy completo y variado, la habitación con balcón grande, el parking incluido en el precio y con acceso directo a las habitaciones

El check in lo tenía a las 2 y no estaba disponible, al preguntar si estaría disponible en 2 horas la respuesta fué : "supongo" Lo cual me decepciona bastante porque esperaba una respuesta clara o minimo que me digan le llamaremos cuando esté disponible ya que viajaba con una persona de 85 años. La limpieza deja bastante que desear, en el baño no había gel de ducha, la televisión tiene apps pero no las tienen activadas, las cubre colchones tenían manchas. El aire acondicionado hacía tanto ruido que hay que apagar para poder dormir.

Excellent value

The rooms was very spacious and the bed comfortable. The location was excellent for what we wanted near to the old town. The food in the restaurant was truly excellent and the lunch was very good value for a high quality meal. We agreed that overall the hotel was really excellent value for money and would be highly recommended.

Good hotel close to the city center

Excellent location close to the city center, big rooms, nice bathroom. I have already stayed here several times and I think it's a good hotel for this price.

Wifi connection was not very good. Soundproofing of the rooms is not great.

We warmly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was good. It was a major advantage to be given clear instructions upon arrival for finding the parking garage and to be able to access the hotel directly from the garage. The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to everything of interest.

There were no hooks on which to hang our towels in the bathrooms.

Despite criticisms, would stay there again because the location, room and cleanliness were excellent

The location is excellent, the room was superb, clean, bed very comfortable and the staff on arrival were welcoming. They were very helpful in pointing out local places of interest. On site parking is a massive plus.

The breakfast was average. I found large hair in coffee cup, rotten orange in fruit selection and all the bananas on offer were an unhealthy shade of brown. All were dealt with promptly when pointed out.

The hotel's position was perfect: 10 minutes to the main square and the attractions. The room for two people is huge, comfortable and extremely clean, as is the bathroom. International breakfast with good possibilities. In addition, the staff was really polite.
