The location, the staff and the breakfasts. Also the beds are very comfortable.
There was a water leak in the bathroom (room 209) so the wall was damp

Location, cleanliness and staff were the best things. Also we were very happy with breakfast and the setting. Rooms were slightly run down but clean as I mentioned before.
Bathrooms might need updating …

Nothing. Man at reception ruined our stay.
The man at reception gave us a disabled room with a “view” on the staircase and told us to “go book elsewhere” if we don’t like it, knowing we wouldnt have been able to get refunded. There was also a moldy smell in the room as well as an old used soap in the bathroom. We were unable to sleep at night as the people coming back to the hotel late were making noise which was echoing in the stair area that our room window was looking out on. Miserable experience and nobody in the team is looking to help.

The location of hotel is the main benefit. It's close to the airport, walking distance from the Ibiza Old Town. Next to the beach promenade where you can have a walk and many restaurants and bars around there. Had a room on the 5th floor with a beautiful view on the sea front. The staff was very friendly and helpful starting from Miska (reception desk) and Javier our favourite waiter from the Blavós restaurant.
The hotel, regardless for the 3☆ needs some basic improvements. No mini fridge in the rooms, bathrooms are small and need some better maintenance starting from working exhaust fans. Cleaning wasn't done properly on the arrival and I had to ask cleaning lady to do a proper cleaning and supply us with enough towels. Definitely need some accurate room description, it's very basic considering the price of 260€ per night ! As well there was no option for late check-out.

A fairly good location but not the easiest place to get taxis from

The staff in all areas of the hotel were wonderful: friendly, courteous and helpful. The restaurant is stylish with comfy seating and lounging areas overlooking the beautiful bay.
The setting is perfect next to the esplanade by the beach with dozens of restaurants, lots of soft sand and clear sea. The centre of Ibiza Town is only a 15 minute walk away. It's a really tasteful, feel good area, where locals and tourists seem to coexist amicably.
We were disappointed with our room which at £150 a night was poor value for a small space at the back overlooking the street. Tiny bathroom and no tea/coffee making facilities which surprised us at the price. Our own fault as the measurements were there on booking.com but our expectations were higher from the misleading photos and fact that we had stayed at another hotel in this chain in Malta which was luxurious.

the bed is very comfortable and the breakfast it’s very good. the view form the restaurant is also a plus. Everything was very clean.
the door of the bathroom on the room didn’t close, what is a bit uncomfortable since there is no privacy. Also, the bathroom as no extraction, the air do not circulate. maybe an improve to do.

Bed was comfy and was just what I needed for three days, I was barely there so it did the job.
The balcony was nice (View was poor but I didn't pay for a nice view to be expected)
Very close to the beach and the restaurant next door was incredible (Mitch's)
Felt safe as a solo female stayer.
There was no mini fridge in the room which would have been handy to keep water cool.

Friendly service, but they need more support.
You can hear people all night - didn’t sleep well at all, no sound prove. Couple next door was clubbing inside their room.
Paid for a room with a balcony with a sea view but they gave us a room with no view- we complaint and was given a cheaper room on the first floor with a ok view.
I wish I had stayed at home instead.

The staff was very nice. They gave us good recommendations and helped us with the taxi back to the airport.
20 minute walk from the Puerto to the hotel. Close to the center.
Room smelled like bleach, it was pretty intense and unbearable. As soon as we opened the window we noticed that we had absolutely no view. Our view was a wall (you can see it on the photo). Almost no light, claustrophobic. And worst than that was the fact that when we opened the window to make the bleach smell disappear, the smell from the restaurant was even worse.
Isolation is terrible, couldn't sleep until 5am due to neighbors noise.
Breakfast was basic, no fresh fruit or juice.
For the price we paid it was definitely disappointing and I do not recommend anyone to spend the night here. I guess if you pay for sea view might no be as bad but definitely not worth the money.

Fantastic location, 10min walk to the old town. The bar downstairs was really good overlooking the bay and the food was great also great value for money. We paid extra for a seaview room which was well worth it, amazing! We visit ibiza every october and we will definitely be booking this hotel next year. For anyone who loves Tapas I would highly recommend "Home Loos" the best Tapas I have ever tasted 👍
Cant think of a single dislike
