Pas à la hauteur

La plage derrière l hotel

Les coupures d'eau La piscine sale, eau trouble Le room service qui refuse de faire les plats du menu La vétusté des équipements de sdb, poubelle cassée, joints noircis... Les réclamations auxquelles l hôtel ne se donne pas la peine de répondre.

Great hotel, close to the airport

It was a great for what we needed! We finished our trip and wanted to stay close to the airport. The staff was great, the rooms were clean and spacious, the pool, ping pong and bar were a great addition.

The breakfast was expensive for a family but they were kind and suggested alternatives

Repetiremos seguro

La verdad que el personal de recepción muy amable, las instalaciones súper cómodas, y el bufé del desayuno muy completo, la verdad es que fue una experiencia muy buena y además si quiere desconectar unos días es ideal. Fuimos a finales de julio y la verdad es que no había mucha gente, se podía estar tranquilo en la piscina.

Fuimos a cenar por la noche al restaurante del hotel y solo había una única chica recogiendo todos los pedidos, pero si que es cierto que al traerlo a la mesa, fueron vastante rápidos

Necessitava dormir vora l’aeroport i aquest hotel està a 13’ amb un accés molt fàcil. A més hi ha establiments de menjar ràpid al costat. És fàcil i segur aparcar el cotxe fora l’hotel

Trobo que per ser un 4****Superior es queda curt en les “amenities” per exemple. L’habitació era correcta però he estat en hotels de 3*** que ofereixen el mateix grau de servei/confort a un preu inferior. L’esmorzar, el mateix cas, A més car, 18€. És un hotel per turistes ja que està vora les platges i té fàcil comunicació amb Barcelona. Em va molestar bastant que a recepció no se m’atengués/respongués en la meva llengua.

Suite romántica con hidromasaje 10/10

Habitación increíble, un lujo tener el hidromasaje al lado de la cama. Los espejos de la suite ofrecen mucho juego, toda la habitacion se ve renovada y la decoración que me ofrecieron para sorprender a mi pareja (corazones y pétalos) fueron 10/10. Muy contento con el trato.

La carretera pilla en frente y hay algo de ruido de fondo por la noche pero nada del otro mundo

La confortabilidad de las camas, la insonorización, la limpieza, el personal impecable, el desayuno, el bar... Todo me gustó y superó todas las expectativas. No es la primera vez que voy a este hotel y seguirá siendo mi hotel de referencia a mis viajes a Barcelona

Muy satisfecho pero faltarían detallitos

Hotel muy bonito y elegante. Habitación limpia y bonita. Piscina tranquila. Buen desayuno. Y lo más importante buena atención al cliente.

No havia instrucciones para la bañera hidromasaje ni para el aire, no sabíamos como iba. Podrían poner bolas de jabón para la bañera y también cerrar la ducha con cortina o puerta.

Very nice hotel with nice big rooms right by shopping center with large food hall, walking distance to beach. Paid parking on site. Outdoor swimming pool.

1. The staff didn't tell us that you need to swipe your room card key to use the lift. 2. Also, 3 beds in the room but only 2 coffee mugs and 2 bathroom glasses. 3. Shower kept falling down, couldn't be hung up properly

We enjoyed our stay, but it’s not the friendliest of hotels, it has a very busy corporate feel. That said, the staff at

Spacious, comfortable and stylish, with lovely pool area. Bedroom was sparse but beds very comfortable.

It lacks modern practical aspects such as USB charge points in rooms, and rooms are very sparse, lacking finishing touches, and tea & coffee supplies and toiletries all very basic.

Diabolical.

Staff were rude, tried the breakfast but it was inedible, stayed for a wedding and the food was just as bad. Electric for whole hotel went one night so no AC in 30seconds degree heat. Overall a horrible experience which I will not be repeating.

Great for families

This hotel is great for families and couples. It is conveniently located near a shopping center, fast food restaurants, and a 10 minute walk to a laundromat if you choose not to use their laundry services throughout the week.

I wish they had microwaves and bigger refrigerators.

The hotel offers lovely rooms and is conveniently located near the beach and shopping center.

It's astonishing that a stylish hotel would close its swimming pool at 19:00 during the summer! They should consider having two shifts for lifeguards, making it a worthwhile investment that would greatly please visitors. Even worse, the behavior of a receptionist acting like a police agent to enforce pool closure is disappointing

Very beauty hotel with nice pools, area does not look good .

the room is super confortable and large, excellent 2 pools outside and nice bar as well, staff very professional

it is little far away form center and the restaurant does not exist. you can only eat outside that is not confortable for dinner and all drinks inside or outside they refuse to use glass, really? a whisky or wine in a plastic cup ? 4 star hotel and offer this? but that is a detail, the hotel is super nice
