Menaje ninguno. 2 tazas para 4. 1 rollo de papel higiénico para 4 para 2 días. Sin jabón en el lavabo. Ni un estropajo ni jabón en cocina. No hay cafetera. 2 juegos de toallas para 4 personas. Entrada muy tarde. Ducha no funcionaba. El sofá cama muy incómodo. El parking siempre lleno, y complicado para maniobrar. Larga espera en los ascensores. Mucho ruido del aire acondicionado que estaba en la terraza que da a la habitación. Muy caro para el servicio que ofrecen

Pues varias cosas : el check in es a las 17 , lo cual me parece excesivo pero si encima después de estar esperando tanto tiempo , cuando subo me encuentro la habitación sucia.. apaga y vamonos... El aire acondicionado goteaba , estaba lleno de polvo , había gusanos en la ducha , la luz de la terraza no funcionaba... La sala de recreativos olía fatal , los juegos no tenían ningún tipo de mantenimiento , cucarachas en el pasillo ... La chica de la limpieza en todos los días que estuvimos solo paso una vez... Tampoco teníamos para fregar los platos que teníamos en la habitación, con lo cual había que esperar a que llegase la de la limpieza , y como no venía .. En resumen , muy descontento. Con respecto al gimnasio , necesita mantenimiento, y aire acondicionado, porque es realmente complicado entrenar en esas condiciones Gracias

Simpatia de todo o staf sempre dispostos a ajudar. Bom pequeno almoço, bufete bastante variado ás refeições. Todos os funcionários do restaurante são muito prestáveis, de destacar a Sra Maria que é uma simpatia.

Elevadores a necessitar de manutenção.

Fue maravillosa, volvería otra vez sin pensarlo

La comida es lo más, tienes variación y estaba todo buenísimo. El trato de las chicas era muy bueno y siempre atentas para recogerlo todo sobre todo el de María, una bellísima persona

No puedo decir nada que no me gustara, para mi, mi estancia fue maravillosa en todos los aspectos

Junto al mar grande y muy limpio y cuidado.

Me dieron un apartamento grandísimo para 3 personas, haciendo esquina con dos terrazas y vistas panorámicas al mar. Una experiencia preciosa. Todo muy limpio y el personal muy agradable.

Las vistas

La cama sillón ( tiene que renovar) , y la limpieza de las puertas y armarios ( son antiguas dan sensacion limpias). La demás limpieza perfecta y las camas del dormitorio fenomenal.

Beds were average at best. We asked for more pillows & got what can only be described as a skinny draft excluder. Sunbeds with no cushions we’re extremely uncomfortable. No bar facilities in the hotel.

Great experience

The swimming pool area was very relaxing. The pool itself was perfect temperature and one end of it was over 2m deep which makes it not too crowded with all the kids that could get in the way. The other side of the pool was shallow making it good for relaxing and for the kids to play. The sea view from my room on the 10th floor was spectacular. The room overlooks a golf course, the pool and the street too. The service was very good. I asked a question about whether they have an iron through the booking.com app, and I was surprised that they came knocking on my door with the iron. It was very sweet of them. I found it difficult to book an Uber at some point during my stay as I don't speak Spanish, and so the reception staff booked me a taxi very quickly. Overall it was a great stay.

The breakfast was a little average with basic options to choose from. It gets boring after a few days. The room was clean but not very well; the wardrobe drawers were very dusty. I was also expecting coffee/tea sachets in the room like most hotels but there were none. The lifts are very slow and old. The gaming room was very hot and not suitable if you're staying at the hotel during summer. The beds were a little old and squeaky. They would make a lot of noise when you're tossing and turning at night. Overall those reasons didn't make my stay bad. I was still happy and I would probably come back again.

The apartment was big and spacious. Bed was comfy. Plenty of wardrobe space. Shower in our room was great. Beautiful balcony to relax in. Pool area and pool bar were really good. Staff there were amazing, entertainer by pool area was lovely and made sure to include everyone. He always said hello and he was so funny doing aquagym and water polo. The lifeguard was also very nice. Food at property was also good. Buses right outside hotel to take you Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Malaga etc. Hotel was good value for money. Lovely supermarket only 10 minutes walk away too.

It could be painted and updated. Not enough hangers for clothes to be hung up in wardrobe. Some areas of the apartment could be cleaned a little better ie top of fridge was very dusty.

Breakfast was good and its easy to find parking place.

There was only one chair in the balkong. Pool was unattended and it was impossible to swim because of missbehaving children .

Enjoyable and relaxing

We didn't eat there. We are happy with the location but it us quite far from the marina. 1 hour walk approximately.

Nothing. We would like to give a special mention to Nora the receptionist as she was very helpful and friendly.

Great base for a nearby wedding.

Spacious room, friendly staff especially the lady in the breakfast room. Good selections at breakfast. Lovely views along coast and across the bay. Pool was lovely. Nice bar. Microwave and fridge in room. Mini supermarket on site.

Many schools and groups use this hotel so it could be very noisy til midnight with kids running around. Location was good for us as going to a wedding nearby but there's not much else nearby. Best beaches are a bus ride away. Local buses are frequent and cheap though. We weren't able to get a late check-out although info sheet implied this would be available on request. No chairs or mirror in room.

Very noisy...drunk people come to the rooms at 2-3 O'clock morning and made heavy noise, stress us

I booked a sea view room, but they gave me a room which was not really looking to the sea. to see the sea, I needed to go to the balcony and turn by 90 degree to see somehow a small part of the see...this was not real see view. rooms were semi clean, staff were very busy not really have time to answer to us. very noisy at midnight many people get back to the rooms at 2-3 O'clock morning totally drunk and made heavy noise and fight in the corridors and rooms, made lots of stress to us.
