Very low quality of food. No matter it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner - seems nobody cares about quality and variety of food.

average hotel great location, just bathroom wasn’t what I expected from the photo upon booking

shower was very dated and the curtain rail was nearly held up but a replacement metal strap

shower and lack of bin, only had a bin in the bathroom not in the main room

Nice holiday, lovely food on a budget

The location is just off from the old town but a pleasant walk. A small hotel, with a small pool that only gets the sun from lunchtime onwards, so the Pool is not open until 11am Staff pleasant and rooms cleaned daily. Food very nice and a good choice. For what we paid, it is a very decent budget hotel.

There being no sun in the pool area until after lunchtime… but that can’t be helped. Beds uncomfortable

A good quality small hotel for budget travellers.

The hotel was small and staff very friendly.It was only a short walk to Poniente beach and the old town shops bars and restaurants. Good breakfast, a balcony and a small pool area good for children to enjoy. I found it very good value for money. Wheel chair access via a small out door lift.

Slightly up hill walk from main promenade beach area but no problem for average person.

Staff were excellent from reception to restaurant. Restaurant was good and I thought choice of food was rasonable.

20.00hrs evening meal was late for me. I appreciate that in Spain one eats later than I am used to

Very nice, clean, bright and good location.

Nice newly refurbished hotel. Clean and bright and pleasant staff. The hotel is in the old town, there's a couple of nice cafes around with great pastries. You're not too far away from the center.

Exceptional

Very clean hotel, breakfast is always plentiful and of good quality. The team are always helpful location is perfect for me, less than 10 minutes to walk to main part OldTown and beaches etc. Rooms are basic but everything you need , good sized comfy beds, very clean and if you need anything just ask at reception, nice little balcony that looks out onto the old town streets.

Not having more time , need longer next visit.

Not a smile to see at the people working there!

3 beds in one room. Lucky we did not bring three suitcases! A 13 old boy do not like to sleep 10 cm from his parents! It stodd that it was a romm for 3, but they just put in a extra bed. We had to ask for towels and a chair.

Bar staff were lovey

Beds were uncomfortable Food was of a low standard and cold. Dirty. Especially the seats in the restaurant Having to go to reception every time you needed to be served at the bar. Poor location for us Shower didn't work well. Head of shower had to be replaced when we were there. Air conditioning needs to be improved .

The breakfast was delightful- Something for everyone & plenty of it! Fabulous location- Close to all amenities. My room was small but comfortable- opposite a police station, which could be quite noisy at times.

would highly recommend the hotel and resort

first floor, near lifts, great room close to basement for Breakfast fantastic couldn't have picked a better room and location, pity sun comes over the hotel later in the afternoon. great you can take glass bottles and coffee cups around the pool.

sometimes the breakfast was a little cool, breakfast was adequate, there was a good mixture of fruits and cereals

Excellent value for money- great breakfast

Nice & clean room, good location, excellent breakfast. Surprised me with fizz & cake at breakfast as it was my birthday- lovely surprise.

Location is great 5 minutes to the sea front in themiddle of the old town

all up hill not the best for people with walking difficulties the breakfast was the same all week no change
