Great hotel at the best place,

This is my third time in Lloret de Mar and second time I stay at Hotel Rosamar Garden Resort. If you are travelling with kids this is the place!! The swimming pools and water slides made my kids very happy. The staff by the pool are so friendly and nice, kids loved them. Rest of the staff is also very friendly. The hotel is very nice and clean and it doesn’t ruin it’s close to the beach. The food is also very good.

La structure est belle, la chambre convenait aux attentes.

Pas de facilité pour les femmes enceintes, attente pour le petit déjeuner. Personne n'a aider ma femme ou laisser passer pour lui facilité le séjour aux ascenseurs ou pour le petit déjeuner. Pas de point d'eau dans le hammam et manque d'hygiène. Les douches de la piscine intérieure ne fonctionne pas toutes 2 sur 6, et sont soit brulantes soit gelées. Les piscines extérieures ne sont pas surveillées correctement exemple pour les enfants à l'arrivée des toboggans, et les piscines extérieures ne sont pas chauffées.

Overall it was great. Good facilities for the children, however they kept closing the slides. The food was overall good-

The best place to stay -Highly recommend

This is a super great place to Stay at reasonable. The best food and the kitchen staff is caring and serving with dedication. We highly recommend this place for family.

Excellence

My son and I had an enjoyable stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly, Housekeeping were observed daily throughout our stay keeping rooms and surrounded area clean and tidy. Our towels were replenished daily and the bins were emptied daily too.

I have one niggle. The slides are only open for a certain period of time during the day which was a shame, they should be open for the duration of the afternoon for the kids to enjoy as some children come later in the day wanting to use the slides however, were unable to due to the time restraint in using the slides. We travelled in April and the water was extremely cold, heated water facilities should be highly considered for the seasons if at all possible but overall, an excellent family resort to stay in!

- les murs un peu trop fins qui laissent passer tous les bruits du couloir et des chambres voisines (juste prévoir des boules quies et ce sera impeccable). - le parking un peu onéreux.

Good outdoor facilities, clean room but restaurant let it down.

outdoor facilities: pool, slides. Clean room. Location.

Pools were freezing. Restaurant was not managed well: insane queues to get in at peak times and food in our opinion was not good quality. Temperature in our room was very high (when we tried to put air on on it came out as heat so 30 degrees overnight and we are stayed at the end of April. Slamming doors constantly.

Staff was amazing, wasn't expecting kids evening entertainment with us staying in late October was absolutely delighted to find out it was going ahead the kids loved it, the lady on reception even offered to have breakfast ready for us on our check out which was 3.30am I thought that was so lovely but we didn't need any at that time, I thought the food was lovely the rest of my family didn't really eat much but they are fussy eaters so we expected as much it was great that their was a fridge in the room so we could buy a few snacks and we had the full view of the pool from our room which was amazing, we are definitely going to return

The hotel is nice, clean, stuff are very friendly and proffesional.The breakferst and dinner are very tasty, there is a lot off different cusine and a lot of choise for eating.The food is really tasty. Location is in a quiete area but very close to the beach and the old town.

The WiFi is very slow in the room and the signal is variable.So if you have to work you have to go to the reception where the signal is better. The gym and the pool are opening from 9. The room are small.
