2nd visit and won’t be the last. Top hotel.

Fab hotel, great staff, superb breakfast, great location. 12 euro to park car in secure spot, beach front. Dog friendly. Good aircon and quiet ceiling fan.

If I am being picky my only grumble would be the pillows. They were lumpy. Stayed at the sister hotel in Estartit 2 days before and had new firm pillows….clearly spoilt 😃.

Qualifié prix , vue agréable , rue peu passable . Malheureusement soirée et sommeil raccourcis à cause de l’orchestre

Situation géographique, la vue mer , facilité de stationnement en mi saison, choix buffet , personnel sympathique

Nous avons choisi la chambre vue mer plus chère malheureusement la vue mer se situe juste au dessus du bar dansant . Donc chanteurs et orchestre jusqu’à minuit chaque soir . Impossible de dormir avant cette heure . Demander les étages supérieurs ( nous étions au 2 eme )

Super hôtel.

La gentillesse du personnel, les chambres et la proximité de la plage. De plus le petit-déjeuner est super.

Le parking à 15euros par jour est plutôt cher et le petit déjeuner ouvre à 8:00. Je pense que 7:00 serait mieux.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel ! La gentillesse du personnel. La propreté de la chambre. Le buffet du petit déjeuner.

L'insonorisation des chambres: nous entendions les conversations des voisins. Le buffet du soir : pas assez varié.

Vacaciones en pareja

La habitación es muy amplia. El personal es muy atento y amable sobre todo el personal del comedor y está en la misma playa

Buffet poco variado, nos tocó la habitación donde te asomas y tienes todos los aires y por la noche hay un ruido enorme por el ascensor. La tele y la piscina son pequeñas. No hay animación.

Stressig weil alles sehr eng war zu 3. aber haben das beste draus gemacht

Niemals 4 Sterne . Hatten Zimmer für 3 Personen gebucht und bekamen ein Doppelbett und ein aufklappbares Bett dazu anstatt noch ein normales Bett . auf der Internet Seite wurde auch nicht gesagt das es ein aufklappbares Bett sei sondern ein normales . Daraufhin wollten wir stornieren was nur möglich war ohne Geld zurück zu bekommen , wir nahmen schlussendlich das Zimmer aber ich rate keinem mit 3 Personen dort zu übernachten denn das Zimmer ist für 3 eindeutig zu klein !!!

Das Essen und der Preis .Würde dem Hotel keine 4 Sterne geben !

Mal inicio por culpa trato indebido de la recepción del hotel. Problemas cama supletoria.

Check-in. Hubo un problema .Habitación doble con ocupación 3 adultos. Al llegar, la cama supletoria no está montada. Bajamos a recepción para comunicar la incidencia y pedir que montasen la cama supletoria. La "recepcionista responsable" , alega que están muy ocupados y que el personal de limpieza ha acabado su turno y nos dice que somos nosotros quienes tenemos que montar la cama supletoria . Nos negamos y acabamos pidiendo la hoja de reclamaciones y entrando la correspondiente denuncia. Finalmente después de nuestra reiterada queja montaron la cama, pero sin "vestir". Al volver por la noche al hotel la "amable recepcionista del turno de noche" subió a hacer la cama. Aviso a otros viajeros: "Venden una habitación doble" con ocupación para 3 personas, La tercera es una cama supletoria. Para instalar la cama hay que mover muebles y el armario queda sin poder utilizarse. La habitación doble no reúne las condiciones mínimas para 3 camas y 3 personas adultas con sus correspondientes equipajes que comparten espacio.

Hygiëne was op orde

Slecht.. 4 dagen eerder naar huis gegaan vanwege herrie in de kamers naast ons. Herhaaldelijk geklaagd bij de receptie, die zeiden dat het ons eigen probleem was en er niets aan konden doen. Geen andere kamer aangeboden helemaal niets.

Est loin de mériter un classement 4 étoiles.

À vrai dire peu de choses.

Une longue attente à l'accueil à l'arrivée, un accès peu pratique, un personnel peu souriant. Un parking payant, 15 euros la nuit, à l'extérieur, sans accès direct, non sécurisé. Une chambre banale plus proche du couloir que de la chambre. Quand vous êtes assis au bureau, personne ne peut passer entre le lit et vous. Une salle de bain minimaliste et vieillotte. Petit déjeuner correct sans plus. La publicité sur la piscine c'est bien sauf qu'elle est fermée durant l'automne.

Chambre spacieuse très agréable avec la vue sur la mer, mais avec deux petite lits. Un très bon petit déjeuner.

Les deux petits lits Le wifi tombé en panne. La nourriture de la demi pension. La machine à café du bar en panne.

Pas un bon rapport qualité/prix.

Chambre spacieuse, claire, propre et bien décorée. Dommage que ce soit deux petits lits pour une vue mer. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux, la piscine (prise d’assaut) très agréable.

La nourriture de la demi pension n’est pas très variée et surtout pas bonne. A éviter ! La panne de wifi…. La machine à café du bar en panne… J’avais séjourné dans cet établissement avant qu’il ne passe Pierre et Vacances, tout était parfait. Dommage que le rapport qualité prix ne soit plus au rendez-vous. Nous ne viendrons plus.

Expectations were blown away!

Breakfast was awesome! Lots of variety and choice. Eggs made to order! The location is the best right in front of the beach and most importantly we felt safe.

Musty smell in hallways. Really hard to find something we didn’t like. We really enjoyed most of everything.

Location was great! Pool was a nice option when it got busy or windy on the beach

The room was a bit tight with the 3rd bed set up . Parking options were limited.

No variation in breakfast, everyday the same food.. Swimming pool sometime full with shouting French people...

Gym is super trash and outdated. Beside this if you want to go to the beach the gate closed untill 12pm.

Great location with views of the beach & bay. Very helpful staff. The best hotel breakfast we've had for years!

GPS couldn't find the hotel, thought it was on the seafront road which was not actually a road! Had to ask at another hotel to find it!

Nice hotel, beautiful and clean rooms

The room was really nice and clean, nice swimming pool, location straight on the boulevard. Roses city centre less than 30 minute walk away

The hotel bar area was a bit basic. Could have been a bit more fancy.

Location and I booked a sea view room. Staff friendly. Dogs allowed. Good atmosphere. Room is is as it should be

Only thing is that there should be hand soap or available in the bathroom. There are towells, showergell and shampoo ( fastened in shower), but no hand soap.

Disappointing- we expected better

Comfortable room, with balcony having views of beach and sea to the right, and mountains to the left. Sufficient lifts, usually immediate, with a smallish wait at busy times. Decent breakfast, with abundant excellent coffee. Bar staff(all female) , although overworked, excellent.

No soap, either liquid or solid, in the wash basin area. Shampoo and shower gel attached to the wall in the shower, and inaccessible from the rest of the bathroom. Bar/lounge/terrace meals, advertised all over the hotel as being served from 8pm to 10pm, were unavailable. The only food in the evenings was in the restaurant buffet, and was generally mediocre, and apart from one day was anonymous.Our sheets were not changed during our two-week stay, and no blankets were available for some chilly nights Everywhere else we have stayed has signified what was offered, usually in English. On arrival we were told that no car parking was available next to the hotel, but there was a garage 200 metres away, at 20 euros per day. I declined this offer, and 20 minutes later, miraculously, a secure space by the hotel became available! The "waiters" in the bar/terrace (all male) varied from slow and lazy to invisible.We stayed here for a short break just before the Covid pandemic, and everything was good, which persuaded us to book a fortnight this time. Standards have fallen dramatically.

I love animals & was delighted to hear the hotel accepted pets, however didn’t sleep well at all due to a dog barking left in its room & cleaners hoovering! Shame...
