Delightful stay in an tranquil mountain setting

Beautiful quiet and peaceful location Views for days Good sized pool with loads of sun beds Good spa Good breakfast - fresh fruit, juices, eggs etc and some local delicacies like Majorcan olive oil, salt and honey were a treat - not to mention churros Super Comfortable beds and decent sized rooms with all the creature comforts one could need - we stayed on the 8th floor looking out over the main entrance with lovely views of the mountain.

Extremely offensive faecal sewerage smell pervading whole hotel. A years long issue I have later learned. Great for pictures, not for dining without retching.

Die neu renovierten Zimmer (man hätte allerdings besser auch die Bäder mitgemacht).

Die Räumlichkeiten wie Empfang, Restaurant, Bar und Terrasse sind gefühlt seit mindestens 25 Jahren nicht mehr neu gestaltet worden. Es wäre an der Zeit …

Comfort exceptionnel avec une magnifique vue sur la baie de Palma.

Une vue imprenable, deux belles piscines extérieurs, une chauffée intérieur, jacuzzi, sauna , bref un grand spa avec des beaux espaces. Chambres très amples, literie super confortable et personnel aimable. Un bon restaurant qui sert aussi un impeccable petit déjeuner.

Le cadre et le décor sont peut-être un peu désuets, mais ceci lui confère aussi son charme

Cleanliness, peaceful location and super peaceful bedroom, polite, helpful and friendly staff, beautiful building and tasteful decoration. Wonderful breakfast, lunch and dinner choices - cooked to perfection. No shortage of sun loungers and good sized pool.

Perfectly quiet place, close to Palma

It was the most comfortable hotel bed ever! It is a quiet location and only a 10-minute Taxi ride into Palma. Beautiful room. Everything was sparkling clean. Excellent cleaning and turn-down service. The staff's warmth and friendliness were consistent and made the stay even more enjoyable. The food in all the restaurants was excellent. I especially liked the bar's outside dining option, where you can smoke, and the service was great.

There was a long wait for coffee at breakfast. It was not a problem as we had time, but management should look into improving the setup.

A very beautiful building with good views and food , marred by a few staff, not as good as others

The view is sublime and pretty much 360degrees .. breakfast was fabulous …except the coffee was the worst I’ve had in Spain ….espresso kept arriving v weak …but they did attempt to rectify it with Grace…the room ( we had a Grande De luxe ) was v comfortable ..beds and bed linens really excellent ….beware in the bathroom as the floor tiles are extremely slippery ..esp if wet ..but the products were lovely …the tapas bar was v good as well as all their staff …the best in the hotel, we thought …the actual hotel is amazing ..it was like staying in the National Gallery ..we have never seen Art like it in any hotel ..very nice pool ..but service rather sporadic….the bedroom lights are v strange and take a lot of getting used to ..all in all we loved our visit and will return …

Service at dinner was very mixed …we had a very strange experience ordering vegetables which was a very strange long drawn out discussion we could have done without ….but then nothing arrived ?.ever ! We also felt they needed more staff at dinner because we were serving our own wine mostly and this is a very formal luxurious hotel, so not what you would expect ..also we thought although the main courses were very good the starters and desserts were a very weak area, and would be not at all appealing to many …expect to pay around €150-€170 for one course for two people with a bottle of Mallorcan wine and water ..They are selling themselves as a non smoking property but not really on the case enforcing it fast enough - as each day we did have some issues with a few people smoking but the pool staff not checking it ….i mean you either have a policy and enforce it or you don’t ? …

Katastrophale Überbuchungssituation auf den drei Golfplätzen Son Vida, Son Quint und Son Muntaner. 14 Personen am Abschlag von Loch 7 am Warten. Sechs Stunden für 18 Löcher. Deshalb haben wir am Vorabend Son Quint storniert. Zwei Tage später Green Fees auf der Rechnung. Die wollten sie nicht mehr stornieren. He Leute das sind hier Diebe. Die buchen soviele Leute rein. Alle SpielerInnen haben reklamiert. Ist denen scheissegl.

Tolles Hotel, mit ausgezeichnetem Service und grandioser Sicht!

Das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich gut! Leider gab es an einigen Tagen kein gewünschtes Ost mehr und auch keinen Orangesaft, das ist eine Kleinigkeit und auch nur am Rande erwähnenswert! Das Personal bei Frühstück sowie an der Rezeption ist erstklassig geschult und freundlich und und die Herrschaften die für das Gepäck und die Autos zuständig sind, sine toll! Erwähnenswert ist auch der grandiose Service am Pool!!! Hier werden die Handtücher vom Personal 1a auf den Liegen ausgebreitet und der Sonnenschirm nach seinen Wünschen ausgerichtet! Auch hier ist der Service für Getränke und kleinen Service perfekt! Ein wehrmutstropfen ist auf dem 8. Stockwerk bei den Classic Zimmern vorhanden. Hier riecht es sehr unangenehm auf dem Flur beim betreten des Flures und auf unserem Zimmer hat es leider auch so gerochen! Der Zimmerservice am Abend ist nur einmal von vier Nächten da gewesen und das sollte bei diesem haus nicht passieren!

Unangenehmer Geruch beim betreten des Flures im 8. Stock und dieser Geruch hat sich leider auch im Zimmer verteilt.

Sehr freundliches Personal,das auf Anfrage auch einen späteren Checkout bei ausgebuchtem Hotel ermöglicht hat,schöner Poolbereich, schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt aus Grand Deluxe Zimmer, Lage im besten Viertel Palmas,völlig renoviert,tolles Interieur,keine Kinder

Speisen im Restaurant waren vor 2 Jahren erheblich besser,Preise im Restaurant haben sich erhöht.

Luxury in proximity to great golf courses

Everything is very tastefully designed, despite being a large hotel you don’t have the feeling and it almost feels boutique, location in the castle and views over Palma are awesome, we played a lot of golf and the hotel was very supportive in getting tee times etc, golf courses close by are amazing, beds extremely comfortable, service very friendly and as professional as you would expect for a 5* hotel

Food (dinner) should go up a notch for a place like this and also the prices they are asking for

Beautiful location stunning views over the city if Palma, immaculately clean, great size bedrooms very friendly staff

Beautiful location. Excellent restaurants at the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. View from the room was amazing.

Lack of information in print about the hotel facilities, including maps of locations including the spa, gym, golf course, where most importantly where was safe to walk, bearing in mind, it was surrounded golfing players teeing off etc. Very often a long wait at breakfast as there was only one chef frying eggs, omelettes pancakes et cetera and this led to queues. Suggest they have two chefs doing that job.
