Great location with ski in/out ability to bunny hill and down to main lifts.

Location is great and slope access perfect.

On the slopes. A little dated but worked for a family of four for a weekend.

Loved the location and ease of access to the slopes. Unit is fairly basic but was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this quaint ski in/ski out condo. The unit was ready early for us and was very clean and had all we needed for a long weekend stay. The unit even had extra towels and linens which was appreciated. We liked the location of the ski locker which allowed us to step outside with our equipment, click in and head out to ski for the day. One item that could use a refresh is the mattress in the bedroom. It was comfortable but for two people, it felt like it sank in the middle. The other item to be aware of is the security with your parking pass. We obtained our pass right away when we arrived, like we were instructed and left it on our dash when we parked for the night. The next day we got into our car and had a warning on our dash for not displaying the pass, even though it was there. It had slid down from the dash where we left it, so they gave us a warning and the next step would have been that they put a "boot" on our tire! We made sure we anchored down the pass on the dash for the remainder of our stay so we didn't end up with the "boot!" It would have been easy for them to look at our license plate and see we were registered in the security office and they could also see that the pass was in the car, it had just slid down off the dash, so it was half hidden. Overall, it was a great weekend and we hope to return again!

Long Ski Weekend
Great location slope-side at Sunday River. The condo is a great size for a family of four and is very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The blinds in the bedroom are missing many slats so it was very bright and difficult to sleep as soon as the sun rose.
The keys to the ski locker were not in the condo, or they were just very hard to find. This was very inconvenient when you're staying in a ski-in/ski-out condo. I called Vacasa for help but wasted too much time on hold (I'm trying to enjoy my vacation) and ended up hanging up before I could speak to someone. I tried the Vacasa customer service email, but never got a response.

Perfect ski in/out getaway
The 3 of us came to Sunday river for 5 days and couldn’t have found a better spot. For those that want to know trail location it’s right on the South Ridge bunny hill, which was perfect for getting our son to his group lessons. Just skied right down and literally into class. The kitchen had everything we needed when it came to cooking gear. I recommend bringing ur own spices if you want more than salt/pepper, sugar or any other condiments. The place was the perfect size for the 3 of us as I’m not a fan of using a rental to its full capacity. The only uncomfortable thing was the queen bed mattress. It formed a dip from what seems to be years of people sleeping in it and we woke up sore. But other than that it was a great place to stay and all the main restaurants was maybe only a few minute drive from the complex.

Vacasa does not respond. Had no access to ski lockers so all our equipment went unprotected.
We received ZERO response from Vacasa. I spoke with them, and the building mgr spoke to them. They never responded. I also sent an inquiry email 6 days ago (still no response). DO NOT RENT FROM A VACASA managed property.

Perfect Small Family Ski In - Ski Out Retreat
This was our third and most memorable time renting slope side at Sunday River. The units are simple but have everything you need for a family of four (6 would definitely be a stretch). The kitchenette is fully provisioned (though a kitchen scissors and tongs would be a good add on). Also, be mindful there is only enough hot water for two short showers. Then it’s waiting time for the electric heater to catch up. There is a ski locker room downstairs for easy gearing up without having the wet mess in your home. During non-COVID times the pool, hot tub and sauna are perfect after a long day on the slopes. And if you’re with kids they are sure to meet a gang for impromptu fun. And of course the location. The preeminent reason to rent this condo. Just put on your skis/board and go. You’re at the Chondola in 2 minutes. And super convenient and easy to get back to from the slopes. Bottom line, if you’re a small group that’s there for great skiing and riding; and happy with simple and cozy. This place is a no brainer.

Cozy slope side condo
The property is right off of Sundance in the heart of the resort. Three compact levels which are well laid out make this a easy place to enjoy.

Beautiful area, spacious, convenient place to stay
My friend and I stayed in the area to go hiking, and the room was perfect for us. We had some very noisy kids staying above us, but other than that, it was a peaceful place to stay with easy access to nature.

Great Ski-in/Ski-out Condo
We stayed the week before Christmas with our family of 4. Condo was in great shape, Ski out right next to southridge base. Easy to get back to for lunches and hot chocolate.

Early Winter Ski Weekend
This property is a great location, when the Sundance trail is open. I should have checked open trails because it was not ski in/ski out this particular weekend.
The pictures showed towels for the pool, which were not available. Also, there was limited kitchen items (no skillet large enough to make pancakes). Also no foil, plastic wrap or baggies. Have to bring cooking spray, oil, seasonings, etc if you want to cook as there nothing in the condo.
