Mooie kamer, jammer van lawaai door aangrenzende lift

Mooie ruime kamer. Modern ingericht. Valet service voor parkeren. Dicht bij centrum.

Hoge parkeerkosten. Veel lawaai van lift en personeel omdat kamer naast lift was. Dus altijd vragen naar kamer niet naast lift.

Convenient Location and View from 8th floor - otherwise, disappointing.

The LOCATION & VIEWS over the city from 8th floor. Able to open the window for fresh air. Straightforward road access to the location. Within easy walking distance of the old town & all the sites and even the big store Corte Ingles nearby. Breakfast staff were cheerful.

Initially met on the forecourt by an over-ancious (even when he had our name + details on his clipboard list questioned and double-checked with Reception as to whether we really did have a pre-booked parking reservation??!!) and a little abrupt "valet car-parker" who INSISTED on "compulsory valet parking"... then struggled to start and manoeuvre a modern automatic hybrid car with right-hand-drive! Parking garage is underneath the hotel and this is where the age of the building shows: NO DIRECT access to the lobby - only a dated staircase to return to ground floor level. One has to unpack all luggage / re-load at departure in front of the hotel. Our room was the interlocking room attached to a larger suite, occupied by other guests - rather a thin door separating the two rooms so one is aware of others' movements nextdoor. A fairly dated, dull room with a rather tired bathroom in need of updating. Shower door didn't close properly. Bathtub scuffed to the point one would not want to use it. (Just wondering whether Booking.com guests get a worse room??? So many positive reviews do not reflect our experience") Breakfast a disappointing affair: the quality of the ingredients just not up to what one would expect from a 4* hotel.

The front desk staff, specifically Christine, was cold and unwelcoming. While likely a great administrator, as the first impression of the hotel, we felt unwelcome.

Tolles Hotel auch mal zum verweilen.

Unschlagbare Lage. Grosses, helles, sauberes Zimmer, bequemes Bett. Tolles Frühstücke, nette Bedienung.

Man hat im Zimmer nebenan alles…. gehört, jedes husten, die Sprache des TV Senders usw.

La habitación muy cómoda Falta un calentador de agua y agua gratuita

El parking subterráneo no tiene ascensor. Las escaleras son muy incómodas para subir del parking al hotel. Él segundo día al volver no teníamos plaza en el parking interior . Nadie nos dio explicaciones ni justificación Tuvimos que dejar el coche fuera en el parking exterior Y lo teníamos reservado y confirmado Muy poco profesional No volveremos después de dos veces nos ha decepcionado. Hacía meses.

Fantastic base for exploring the old town.

Lovely room (upgraded for euro 10) and excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed.

No step free access from the lobby or rooms to the bar/lounge area.

This hotel is not on the same level for peace and comfort like its sister hotel in San Sebastian.

Someone was snoring all night like a pneumatic drill—poor room insulation. The restaurant was closed - no information eventually had to order from a menu card and eat in the foyer/coffee room come lounge. The decor was dry, drab and brown and could do with upgrading to a more modern dynamic style. The food was very disappointing and we left most of it. A hectic hotel with a lot of human traffic which did not feel like a place to wind down and relax. The brass bannister on the stairway needs attention before it completely falls off which could be a problem for someone dependent on its support.

Delightful and Lovely!

Beautiful hotel. We decided to stay one extra night and they were easily able to accommodate us. The lobby bar is lovely, as is bartender Houssem. I’d go back tomorrow!

A good and well located hotel

Room was a good size and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with a decent selection - and breakfast staff very helpful. This is the third time we have stayed in the hotel, which is very well located and car is valet-parked for you. Not a very warm welcome on check in - but hey, no great shakes as we know the hotel and city.

The hotel pool needs some attention as around the pool it is rather scruffy - and this seems to have been the case for the past few years. It is not heated - but being northern Europeans that is not a problem. The hotel needs to have a small changing room nearby, and get the sun beds sorted and placed in the pool area much more frequently than once a day. They also could do with some sun umbrellas. Re-painting that part of the hotel around the pool would help. It would also help if reception gave guests information about towels and the pool procedure etc on check-in.

Superb

The room was clean and big, the bed was perfect, the location was super, really close to the city centre, the breakfast was del8cious and everyone was helpful.

Only one small thing, one of the breakfast i saw churros, but when i was finished my normal meal, there wss none and was not refilled.

If we return to Pamplona we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was perfectly situated for exploring Pamplona. The staff were very welcoming and the hotel spotlessly clean and comfortable.

very well situated hotel, clean and with very friendly staff. room rather big, very nice decorated and comfortable.

I have travelled in March and it was quite hot for the period of the year. even so in the room was too hot and we could not turn turn off the heat, the phonic isolation was a bit on the weak side, we could hear some noises from other rooms.

A great, modern hotel a short walk from downtown Pamplona and its main attractions.

We were only in Pamplona for one night. Our room was upgraded on check in which was amazing! The hotel is only a short walk from the centre so it was very easy to explore on foot.
