Escaleras por todos los sitios, dentro del apartamento y fuera para ir a cualquier sitio. Con un niño pequeño es muy difícil moverse. Para ir a desayunar una odisea, y para cargar y descargar todas las maletas y accesorios horrible.

muita coisa a melhorar

Empreendimento com 2 piscinas, de lamentar que 1 piscina ficha às 19h00 e a outra às 20h00, quando em pleno pico de verão a temperatura exterior é de 32 a 35 graus e somos obrigados a sair da piscina pelos nadadores salvadores é mau, justificaram o fecho com o tratamento da agua, não é justificação ja estive em N unidades e as mesmas nao fecham tao cedo depois de como mencionei com uma temperatura muito alta somos obrigados a ir para casa. Os nadadores salvadores podiam sair na sua hora e os hospedes ficavam por sua conta na piscina, em relação ao tratamento o mesmo devia de ser automático e ser durante a noite ou apos as 21h00, mas isso foi uma justificação dada mas não fiável. A lamentar isso Os colchões da cama faziam cova no meio da cama sentíamos as molas todas deviam de os verificar e mudar caso seja necessário.

Sitio muy tranquilo, la habitación amplia, el desayuno me gustó, la piscina bien

No me gustó que el bar de la piscina estuviese cerrado para mí es un error. La limpieza escasa. La hora de dejar la habitación a las 10 y la entrada a las 16:00 se pierde mucho tiempo para el precio que tiene.

estancia muy agradable y sitio recomendable

el apartamento muy completo y muy grande. Destacar el buen servicio de mantenimiento (JOSE) que teníamos un problema con el frigorífico y nos cambio enseguida por otro nuevo .Algo que nos sorprendió, porque era tarde, pero no puso ninguna excusa y lo hizo con rapidez.

Perfecto para descanso y desconexión

Ha sido el lugar perfecto para unos días de desconexión y descanso. La barbacoa en la terraza es genial en noches de verano. El desayuno completo y el personal muy amable en todo momento. El hotel es muy tranquilo y apacible.

El hotel está situado en una loma y tiene varias escaleras para llegar a algunos apartamentos. Detalle a tener en cuenta por accesibilidad. Para nosotros no llegó a ser un inconveniente.

El apartamento está súper limpio y amplio lo esperábamos más pequeño pero era una casa de 3 platas con todo lo necesario para la estancia y la chica q nos atendió súper atenta lo recomendamos al 100%

El modelo vacacional de apartamentos está muy bien

Encontramos hormigas dentro del apartamento, debido a el jardín supongo,y no entiendo el hacer un chek in a las 17:00 y un chek out a las 10:00 me parece que un día tiene 24H y pagamos por día, entiendo la limpieza etc pero al final pagamos 1 día de 17 H

Para jugar al golf con la familia perfecto sitio. Habitaciones muy amplias y piscina cerca.

La piscina cerraba a las 19. Un poco pronto yo creo. No tenía cortinas opacas y entraba la luz a las 7:00.

La verdad que lo único Bueno fue la cercadnos con el csmpo de golf del hotel Hyatt. A 5 minutos

Todo!! El apartamento sensación de sucio al entrar, pero en cuanto estabas 10 minutos notabas la suciedad. Esta viejo. El check out es a las 10:00, en el resto de hoteles a las 12. Hay 2 -3 restaurantes uno solo abre por la noche, y en los otros tardan horas y horas en servirte. Recomiendo no ir a no ser que sea estrictamente necesario

Un destino ideal para descansar y relajarte en la piscina y muy cerca de Calblanque

Son unos apartamentos muy agradablemente decorados. Los baños ensuite, grandes limpios y luminosos, habitaciones amplias , las camas súper cómodas. La cocina bastante bien equipada. Distribución y aire acondicionado del apartamento, incluso sin encenderlo se estaba muy fresco. La terraza muy agradable con una mesa grande donde hacer desayunos y comidas La pisicina justo delante del apto, y el aparcamiento fácil

Había pequeños detalles con el tiempo seguro q solucionaran, como por ejemplo alguna moldura de puerta q se había bufado al parecer por un escape de agua o similar, nada grave solo algo antiestético . El servicio de limpieza en dos ocasiones q se presentaron estábamos dentro del apartamento y no pudieron hacer el servicio, pero dado lo corta de nuestra estancia tampoco nos importó.

Big apts and comfortable.

So many Derelict buildings around us and the pool and deck area opposite us was shut and derelict and we had to walk for a while to get to another pool and staff were unapologetic and unhelpful.

1 WEEK WITH FAMILY - HAD A GOOD TIME - WOULD STAY AGAIN, HOWEVER THEY HAVE WORK TO DO.

THE APARTMENT WAS A GOOD SIZE - IT WAS VERY CLEAN AND MOST THINGS WORKED. THE AIR CON WAS VERY GOOD !! THE POOL WAS A GOOD SIZE AND THE WATER WAS CLEAN - I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN... HOWEVER THERE ARE SOME MINUS POINTS - GREAT VIEWS FROM THE MAIN BEDROOM AND LOUNGE TERRACE - BBQ ON THE TERRACE.

ITS YEAR 2023 AND THERE WAS NO WIFI - THIS WAS A MAJOR PROBLEM AS OUR UK SIMS DID NOT WORK IN SPAIN - THERE WAS NO CLEANING, OR SHEETS OR TOWEL CHANGE ( WE STAYED SUNDAY TO SUNDAY) - THE SAFE DID NOT WORK - THE POWER POINTS IN BATHROOMS DID NOT WORK, ( TOOTHBRUSH DIED) - THE RECEPTION AREA WAS ONLY OPEN FROM 09.00 - 17.00 WHICH IS CRAZY. WE HAD TO SPEND 3 EXTRA HOURS AT THE AIRPORT AS WE HAD TO REMOVE OUR BAGS AT 17.00, AS THEY CLOSED !! THE PARKING IS POORLY PLANNED AND THE ONE WAY SYSTEM IS IGNORED WHICH IS DANGEROUS - THERE IS ZERO SECURITY IN AND AROUND THE LOMAS VILLAGE APART FROM A SECURITY CAR THAT WE SAW 3 TIMES IN 8 DAYS - THE APARTMENTS AND SURROUNDING BUILDING NEED PAINTING - THE LIFE GUARD AT THE SWIMMING POOL (VERY CLOSE TO ROOM 551) ON SUNDAY 20 08 2023 WAS A REAL PAIN, SHOUTING LOUDLY INTO HIS MOBILE PHONE 'ALL DAY' WHEN CLIENTS ARE TRING TO SLEEP, RELAX OR READ. IT IS A REAL HIKE UP AND DOWN TO THE MAIN LA MANGA CLUB RESORT - NO FREE BUS LIKE BEFORE - NO TAXIS WAITING - ITS A 20-30 DRIVE TO ANY REAL BEACH ON LA MANGA STRIP, HOWEVER, GREAT WHEN YOU GET THERE. COMMUNICATION VIA BOOKING.COM WAS TERRIBLE, AS THEY ARE NOT OPEN, ALSO THE HOTEL WEB SITE NUMBERS DO NOT ANWSER AS THE HEAD OFFICE ALSO CLOSES !!

Very good

The village is beautiful and we'll maintained. Nice clean streets with benches and alot of trees. As for the apartment, it is spacious with the appropriate furniture and decorating.

I found in need a grass area close to the pool to play ball games with the kids. The ping pong table is in terrible condition. As for the apartment, there is nowhere near enough kitchen utensils.

we were upgraded from the apartments to the Principe Felipe due to issues with the management of the apartments. Everything was good, a bit of housekeeping in terms of fabrics/furnishings would not go amiss. location, friendliness of staff, quality of food could not be faulted.

Even though we already knew that we're some constraints due to the pools and shared places at Las Lomas were closed, the management/reception of Las Lomas tried to offer us a solution, and we were very satisfied about it.

The absence of wifi signal on our accommodations was the main issue.

Disappointing

Location overall was great

The bathrooms has a smell of blocked drains and the showers needs descaling and mould removes badly. It’s worse than the Ferry cabin I took to Spain. If I ask for a sunny room and I’m ignored and the next morning I find out the balcony is freezing at 10am in the morning I could just as well be in the UK and then it took bad communication and disorganised reception to eventually get a better room
