Unos días de vacaciones

Un hotel muy acogedor, muy bien ubicado. Las habitaciones amplias y muy limpias, además tienen una decoración súper especial. El personal del hotel muy atento.

Las duchas no tienen mampara, tienen cortina y continuamente se pega al cuerpo. Es un hotel muy grande y tiene mucho transito de gente entre los pisos, solo tiene dos ascensores.

Para repetir, en familia

El personal de recepción fue muy amable. Y la piscina climatitzada nos fue de fábula, a los niños les encantó.

No había amenities en la habitación, es una tontería pero me hubiera ido bien el típico peine. Respecto al restaurante, considero que sería más ágil poner un responsable en la entrada que gestione accesos y mesas.

So close to beach, Buffett fantastic, beds great.

Location is amazing. The staff is wonderful. We’ve stayed here many times over the years. Rockabilly festival. The beds are so much better than last time! Very impressed. The full board meals are always great options. The pool is tranquil.

The walls are always thin. This old town building, all the old town buildings, are like that. We get it. We understand but you can hear conversations through the walls, all the house cleaning movement…, it is hard to sleep in.

Superb

The hotel was clean, with nice furniture in the lobby and close to the beach. Our beds were very comfortable. The food was tasty, with many options. We liked a children's playground which was in the shadow. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed a magician show in the evening very much.

We didn't like we had to pay for WATER in the restaurant, although we had all-inclusive. During breakfast there were no fresh vegetables, NOTHING except the melon.

Location next to railway was excellent. Walking distance to the beach. Massive beds.

With the cost of the room one would maybe expect that baby bed is free of charge (wasnt, it was 20e per night). The hotel should let potential customers know about evening shows they host. We stayed for 2 nights and both evenings from 10pm they had super loud shows by the pool, a singer and magician. Rooms didnt have good sound proofing so these shows made our stay with a child very unpleasant at that time. Wouldnt stay again for that reason. Also they made hotel guests wear sort of bracelets which I understand but wouldnt want to wear.

Superb

Pleasant stay near the Calafell beach. The hotel offers a lot of facilities, mainly the pool with lots of sunbeds. There was a different event every evening (magician, singers, dancers, comedians, ...). Lots of parking options: paid secure parking on the hotel premises, free street parking (paid only in July/August, but you can get weekly ticket for ~15€) or free parking at the train station (3 mins walking).

The pool was officially open just until 20:30 (probably due to dinner) - I wouldn't mind hour or two longer, especially in summer. There is a busy road and railroad just outside the hotel - I highly advise to take the room with pool view.

Good selection. Very close to the beach and many other businesses.

The room floor was never cleaned for a 4 night stay. Rooms with babies should be cleaned at least every other day to allow babies to crawl on the floor.

Terrible loss of money, I do not recommend.

Food terrible, location OK but right in front of train station.

Food was bad, the whole hotel looked poor and not refurbished at all, it seemed like it was a massive hotel who just wanted as many clients as possible and didn't care for appearences or anything. Very very poor.

For the price, I was disappointed.

The breakfast service started at 8am, and I had to leave at 7am so therefore I could not have breakfast.

The cleanliness of the room. I was disappointed because there were lots of hairs left on the floor, especially in the bathroom, on the surfaces and also the bed. It just felt like the room had not been cleaned properly. There was no water in the room, or tea and coffee making facilities. There was so much noise going on down at the pool area, and this made it difficult to relax / sleep.

An outstanding stay and I look forward to returning again.

I checked in at 4 in the morning and the night desk attendant was awesome. Very polite and helpful !!! the breakfast was excellent and the room was excellent as well. The room reminded me of a Westin Hotel in the states , very upscale. I see they have a train station nearby. I intend to stay at the hotel and take the train to Barcelona to visit the city.

Everything was perfect, there was nothing I did not like

Nice place. Great service. Big rooms.

The service from the staff (Front desk, bar, and dining) was all very excellent service. The room was very spacious compared to other hotel rooms in the area. In addition the air conditioner worked quite well. Room was clean. Food from the dining area was very good.

Check-in is a bit slow (most likely due to the busy travel season). The staff does a very good job of providing excellent service, but the hotel owners may want to hire more check-in staff during the busy season.
