Hotel cómodo, trabquilo, buena relacion calidad precio y bien ubicado

Habitacion amplia, acogedora, cama grande y comoda. Buffet desayuno variado y con productos de calidad. Servicio alquiler bicicletas. Personal de recepción atento.

Limpieza en zonas que aparentemente no se ve(debajo cama). Piscina cerrada 24h. A pesar de que se debio a causas ajenas al hotel( niño que se hizo caca) el socorrista deberia exigir y controlar que los niños pequeños lleven pañal para evitar estas situaciones que perjudican a todos los huespedes. En el buffet, pregunte a una persona por el tipo de pan que era y me dijo que habian carteles, lo cual no era cierto. Las formas podrian haber sido mejores.

Las instalaciones se las ve un poco antiguas, en concreto me refiero al baño, mandos de la ducha por ejemplo.

Comfortable rooms, be aware of the poolside disco at night. Not for staying for rest and peace.

The room was comfortable and a good size! I was only there 1 evening so didn't experience too much! Big private balcony for the room.

The loud music by the pool bar until midnight, which was like a village disco! I booked for a peaceful relaxed rest so if I'd known about the music I would have chosen a different hotel. Meant I couldn't (because I didn't want the loud Miley Cyrus repeats) relax on my balcony in the evening. It should be noted in the booking information about the disco-type evenings, at least you know what you're entering! So a downside for a peaceful stay.

Loved the location but too expensive for what you got .

The location was great for the beach . Very clean apartment.

Cafe was frozen food . Very basic . Parking was terrible

Spotless clean. Really helpful friendly profession staff. Great apartment with washing machine, tv etc. Everything we needed. Great pool area. Bar/Snack food pizza burgers etc. Very good restaurant

I liked everything. There was not one thing that I did not like.

Highly recommend

The reception was efficient and very friendly. The rooms and ensuite were very pleasant and comfortable. The location was not beachfront or in town. Suited us as there was plenty of free parking. Highly recommended as it was incredible value for money and a very enjoyable stay.

Very good value for money in winter for a short stay

Pleasant value thalasso spa/jacuzzi/sauna/steam room. Other services but we didn't try them. We stayed in apartments, they were very low cost, clean, basic, but met our needs for a short stay. Very good value for money. Breakfast was a great buffet with all we needed. We ate in the bar and the set choices were fine for a short stay in winter. Location is nice right next to walks in the Salinas/Mar Menor area and Med.

Bathroom floor was a bit tired, could do with update, but very clean.

Location, Breakfast and Hotel Facilities were excellent! Value for money, the apartment was massive!

The hot water from the shower was a little slow

would definitely recommend this to anyone and will certainly returning in the summer

although it was out of season it was the perfect location for the pinatar arena for which I was there for

a good hotel with pleasant staff in a reasonable location with a nice pool - quiet and relaxing

our only problem was the sliding glass doors from the bedroom to the balcony - they did not work properly and were extremely difficult to both open and close. although this was apparently addressed they didnt get any better and probably need either replacing or refitting

Food quantity not the best, whilst plentiful in choice the hot food at both dinner and breakfast was quite cold. Very poor internet.

Brilliant Junior Suite but lacks a Kettle

Food choice exceptional, good location. Rooms quiet. Fridge in room. 4th floor fantastic views over the Salt Lakes and Mar Menor

Need a kettle in the room. The shower runs cold very quickly.

Very good hotel

Really good breakfast. Half-board is also very good. Extremely friendly staff. Nice facilities. 100% recommended

A bit far from the beach. Not as far as Thalasia Hotel, but you could catch a tourist mini-train in front of it to go to the beach.

a good pool area although smokers lounge area blows straight into pool area, not healthy

rooms were not clean and no easy public transport options close by
