The staff was very friendly and helped me move to another room after my first night at the hotel was rather difficult due to the noise in the hallway. The terrace was great!! The breakfast selection was good too. A lovely lady at the reception desk helped me organize a massage therapist who then came to my room – which was amaaaazing!!
Being quite a lot more expensive than many other hotels in the city, my expectations were just not met. It is not worth the money, in my opinion.. The amenities are rather run-down and should be renovated, the staff is nice but not as attentive as they should be (e.g. take my luggage to my room, please, and don't make me do it all by myself). Also, I was really disappointed when I found out that 2 postcards that I had previously bought at the hotel (incl. stamps) did not find their way to my family and partner... Since both cards went missing, I doubt that it was the post office's fault.. :(

The room was ok, people were friendly
Rooftop closes early, showering was difficult due to old and badly placed materials, breakfast is one the absolute bare bones necessary, sparkling water at breakfast was very expensive.

the staff were amazing

breakfast
The coffee had no taste. Perhaps because it was prepared from an automatic machine...

Delightful and compact hotel.
Great breakfast and food choice.
Relaxing area in foyer and a small restaurant behind.
Fantastic bar staff.
The room was large with 2 balcony's and the bed was super comfy.
i would have liked more TV options for English speaking travellers.

Location was fine if you don’t want to stay in touristy area. Plenty of supermarkets coffee shops. Train trolley car and bus all close. 4 train stops to Plaka. Staff were very helpful
Coffee at breakfast was horrible from a machine which is normally fine but this wasn’t.

Nice, sufficient choice for breakfast. 30 in walk to Plaka. A few restaurants and bars nearby. Very helpful staff.
Booked this hotel to enjoy the pool on the roof. Unfortunately it has been already closed for...winter. No information on the site, I would take a hotel without pool closer to the center.

Our room was very big, clean and the bed was comfortable. The rooftop bar and pool were excellent. You have a stunning view at the city. The breakfast was delicious, there was a lot of choice. We liked the location, you can reach the city center by foot, or by public transport.
The toilet was leaking, but they fixed it after a few days. We experienced the staff still wearing face masks as very impersonal. The prices of the room, drinks and food are quite high.

The breakfast was OK, but for the price of the room the room was way too small, very disappointed in the size of the room. When I come back again probably not.
For the price of the room should’ve been bigger.

Old hotel with pleasant personnel.
So many old people stay over there, who are coming for cruse liner tours mostly. The hotel itself from 1980-90s period, so no any exciting interior.
it was far away from the city centre, so even no closest hop-on hop-off bus stops compare Ominia street, Monasteriacis and Plaka. So, you need to request a taxi from the hotel to archiological museum to hoho nearest bus stop.

Location is good, friendly staff.
