Superbe séjour de 2 jours et demi avec peu être un petit effort à faire sur le plan commercial.

Très bon petit déjeuner et repas. Cadre très agréable avec beaucoup d espace vert et surtout très calme avec juste un petit fond sonore très sympa. Grande piscine chauffée avec des transats très confortables. Personnel très gentil et souriant.

On a pris en début de soirée à la piscine 2 jours de suite des aperos ( 2 mojito et 2 verres de vin) et on aurait pu nous servir quelques olives ou cacahuètes ou autre chose pour accompagner nos aperos (ce qu on a connu dans les autres hôtels pendant notre séjour) On a commandé la veille pour le lendemain 2 séances de massage d'une heure pour 17h30 et le jour J vers 15h on nous a dit que pour une heure c'était plus possible, et qu on pouvait soit avoir 30mn à 17h30 au lieu d une heure soit décaler à 20h si on voulait une heure de massage. Du coup on avait bloqué l après midi à l hotel inutilement et on aussi dû décaler le dîner à l hôtel à 21h au lieu de 19h30. Quid de la réflexion précédente aucune compensation pour ces décalages que ce soit à l apéro (sans rien avec) ou pour le repas ( pour le moins on aurait pu nous offrir un thé). Du coup on avait bloqué l après midi à l hôtel ( j avoue qu au final on a pu profiter de la piscine) en prévision des massages à 17h30 mais c'est pas très commercial car la veille tout était bloqué quand la réservation a été bloquée. Je pense qu une tasse de thé ou autre aurait pu nous être proposé pour compenser notre déception. On a quand même décalé et apprécié les massages même tardifs ce qui nous a aussi conduit à décaler notre dîner à 21h.

Fabuleux

Tout était parfait ! Nous avons passé 5 jours fabuleux. Emplacement idéal au calme mais très proche de la ville, parfait pour la découverte de Marrakech. Cadre idyllique, cuisine excellente et personnel aux petits soins. Didier et Valentine sont des hôtes exceptionnels. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute !

Hotel con encanto para desconectar

La amabilidad de todo el personal, pudimos conocer al dueño y su hija y fueron encantadores, al igual que todo el servicio. Es un hotel con pocas habitaciones decorado con mucho gusto, con una piscina con agua climatizada a 30 grados. Habitaciones amplias y confortables. Desayuno muy abundante y muy rico. Salones con chimenea que lo hacen muy acogedor. Wifi muy buena en cualquier sitio del hotel.

Está un poco lejos de la Medina si se quiere pasear por allí. Hay que coger taxi, pero para unos días de relax es estupendo.

Very calm and peaceful place, beautiful garden, very nice heated pool, nice sun beds incl towel service and sun hats, very nice personnel, good breakfast (with fresh orange juice, fresh eggs to your liking), very good also for lunch and dinner, excellent transfer service, … a gem!

Almost perfect really. If there is something to say, the beds are a bit hard and we did not always have totally hot water.

Recommended hotel, ideal for booking when visiting Marrakesh and looking a value 5 star hotel.

Super chill pool and vibes. Tranquil location, super attentive team. Spacious room and renovated bathroom, king size comfortable bed and bedding. Loved the neroli scented amenities.

There is space for a better breakfast, still good, but not for a 5 star hotel. They could add a cheese or a cured meat. A croissant or some pastry would definitely suffice to make it into a 5 star breakfast.

Amazing Stay

Everything was just perfect. The Villa Al Assala is just beautiful. Each guest is treated personally. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The garden is cozy and the pool area is wonderful. Food is really good and fresh.

wonderful experience

heated pool and grounds are wonderful, but the staff and food put this place over the top!! definitely stay here- safe and small and wonderful 😀. I also took advantage of onsite henna, pedicure and massage, and taxi service- all excellent .

Beautiful villa with excellent staff!

It has been written many times before, but I will say it again - the staff at this property are amongst the best I have ever experienced at a hotel! They are kind and caring, and genuinely want their guests to be comfortable and have a good time. Mustafa and Sala are excellent hosts and made our stay amazing! The property itself is nice, cute and clean. The gardens were nice for my son to run around in and the animals are a nice touch too. The food was excellent and fresh, and the hotel catered to all our requests including making things that weren't on the menu. Good distance from the city centre (10-15 minutes) so it's easy enough to spend a few hours in the old town and then return to the hotel. Overall a great stay and I will look forward to going back.

Minor point but I thought the food was a little expensive, especially compared to the room rate per night (which is quite good). However if you compare to eating at a restaurant outside then it is at par. The hotel could do with a little refurbishment, but nothing major.

Absolutely lovely and worth staying at!

All the staff I met were very welcoming and simply lovely. Made me feel like a million dollar guest. The food was absolutely delicious and the room was beautiful with an arched window and very clean. Loved it!

We had a wonderful stay !

The quiet atmosphere and the easiness of the place. Very comfortable and small scale hotel. Nice people and great breakfast ! Very personal feeling almost as if you're staying in someones house.

The only thing we didn't like so much were the beds and cushions ....

Exceptional

Really good breakfast and msemen. Really nice room and big, with an amazing view for the sunset. The pool is fabulous, the garden too. The animals are cute (cats, rabbits, chicken…) The staff was very kind and attentive, especially Mustafa, Sala & Habiba, they made our stay perfect. Thanks for all ! Best
