Hosts were very nice and welcoming Breakfast was good

The main thing we didn't like was the room. It was too small for 2 people. We couldn't even open the window. The shower cubicle is tiny and the water pressure was very low. The basin was in the room and has separate cold and hot water taps (as opposed to a mixer tap).

Uncomfortable atmosphere though comfortable room

Excellent room which was very comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful with several options. The location is perfect.

The shower tripped the fuse (apparently, this happens if you turn up the temperature too much). The times for breakfast are not quite as advertized and I felt distinctly uncomfortable asking for breakfast 30 minutes before the end of the advertized time. The staff tend to forget the breakfast order so no tea or toast arrives. I am not sure why I was made to feel uncomfortable during my stay.

We love The Beaumont and will be back when we visit from Australia again!

Barbara and Steve are an absolute delight making sure our short stay was comfortable. We have stayed once before for only one night not two many years ago. We love the quaintness of this B&B and that it's not 'hotel like.' It's a beautiful B&B. Feels homely and the breakfast is delicious! The hosts also accommodated my gluten free dietary requirement.

The single bed in one of the rooms needs a firmer mattress.

Very welcoming and accommodating hosts. Lovely garden and excellent breakfast.

Breakfast choice was excellent - even though I only had a small percentage of what was on offer. Barbara and Steve very welcoming; Barbara very kindly booked a taxi for me over the course of three days. Room offered tissues, fan heater and cooling fan - even dressing gown!

It was a bit cold throughout the property, but I did have the fan heater if I needed it. There is no other criticism that I can think of!

Really friendly hosts. Very charming old converted farmhouse. It is a quite unique location having preserved much of the historical house. Also a good location to start exploring the local area from.

We liked having breakfast in a lovely winter garden. The coffee could have been a bit stronger, overall good breakfast, but can surely be improved.

clean and quirky. Barbara met me after a last minute booking. she was friendly, helpful, welcoming and informative. breakfast was fresh. environment was clean. choice was vast. and again Barbara and Steve was fabulous hosts . i recommend and will be coming back.

One must stay in this BnB if around Kent area. Highly recommended.

It’s located only 10min walk from main train station and city centre. Neat n clean rooms with delicious breakfast, love the conservatory with a lot of light coming in. last but not least both Steve n Barbra are two of the nicest ppl I met who run the place. all the best guys 👍

Perfect.

I travel all over the UK and I have stayed at many B&B;s and it is fair to say that this was one of the very best I have stayed at and without doubt is the best value for money. The welcome was very warm, the room was spotless and the garden was superb. The breakfast was perfect in the lovely Breakfast room. All in all the perfect home from home.

Suited the purpose of my stay - somewhere to get my head down while attending a function

the staff were lovely , the position convenient and it served the prurpose

It was a tad strange not to have a toilet in the room. With a 50 year old bladder this was slightly annoying. It did also make me wonder how many individuals use the shower rather than walk across the corridor.

Great value for money - with free car parking a real bonus - Steve and Barbara are excellent hosts. Highly Recommended - I would definitely stay here again.

really nice little B&B, was down for a family party for the weekend. hosts were really genuine and welcoming, clean and comfortable room and an amazing breakfast. would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything with ROOM, BED , FACILATIES, PARKING, HOSTS were fantastic . only little quibble would of liked the choice of 2eggs/sausages etc instead on 1 of each on plate .

Superb

We had everything we needed in the room, shame about the thunderstorm but that's nature. The breakfast was excellent great choice, all round excellent, would definitely recommend anybody staying in Sittingbourne. Also Barbara recommended the fish and chips restaurant up the road, she was right, that was also very good
