Lovely and comfortable stay, location is convenient and good for going out and having a great time

Love the hotel reception ambiance, the pool area is very serene. I love that it’s linked to the shopping center also

the hotel only serves 1 bottle per person, PER DAY!!?? I don’t understand that. No mini refrigerator in the rooms

Overall lovely service, the staff went the extra mile with everything.

Breakfast - I had an early flight and reception arranged for a breakfast pack for me. I was impressed with all the healthy goodies they packed for me. Room - The room was amazing, clean and convenient. I loved the presentation from my food to my drinks. The Gentleman at reception was so kind to book me an Uber driver to take me to the Gautrain station that morning and I was able to catch my flight on time.

A possible suggestion to have sanitary bins in the bathrooms.

The worst ever hotel that I ever booked.

The guy who assisted us at the reception was friendly

The room was too small, smelly, neighbors were making noise, loud music also, refuse bin broken, facility was not value for money.

It was quite.

My room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. I found bottle caps and coins on the floor. There was no toilet paper in the room so I had to request it. Airconditioning was not heating up correctly. But the maintenance personnel fixed it quickly.

Uncomfortable owing to old unmaintained facilities.

The best thing about this place is the staff. They were very kind and helpful from the check-in process to the restaurant staff. The customer service is truly great.

The facilities are dated and in desperate need of maintenance. The rooms were dark compared to what is shown in the location pictures and look more dreary in person with some of the lights not working. The bedding was visibly lumpy upon arrival and there was a stain on the sheets and the room was generally unclean. The passage area also looked unclean with carpet stains. Some of the light fixtures were loose and one almost fell when I tried to adjust it. Their plumbing also requires maintenance as throughout the night, there was a very loud sound of running water even though I could hear from the adjoining room that the shower was not being used. That's also another thing - most of the rooms are adjoining but the staff does not warn you, nor do they warn you about how thin the walls are. The food was also generally not good - it was just bland and unappetising. Finally, the WiFi connection is completely unsecured such that my laptop refused to connect owing to the high security risk. Though I managed to connect on my phone, the connection was spotty and would intermittently disconnect. The room was so bad that though I booked and paid for two nights, I left the place after the first night owing to the discomfort.

A lovely experience.

Room was spacious for the standard room type. The desk actually had a lamp that worked and provided adequate lighting that one could work with at night with out having to switch on all the lights in the room. Also being able to walk direct from the hotel to Sunny Park Shopping Centre was a bonus for shopping!!!

The parking in Sunny Park is not well lit at night and there is no hotel security in the parking lot. One does unfortunately not feel safe in the parking lot once out of ones car. This is one area that hotel management should upgrade. Or have Sunny Park Centre Management do this.

Its near shopping center which is very nice and a great location. I had the best time would most probably come back

The wifi was too weak, I had to use my own data. There are no cameras in the hallway or even near the elevator except at the reception. High chance of someone getting robbed. The TV was not bad but they need to do something about those channels

I love the fact that the staff is so friendly. We felt like we ar vip. The room is clean and the hotel is surrounded by a mall. The banks. Pharmacy and all the shops.

To be honest I have been all over the country but this HR hotel is so beautiful. I am loving everything.

Disappointing

My room didn't have microwave and fridge. I was so disappointed with that I couldn't have my drinks cold but hot. The room maintenance was not good the cable next to my bed is not well maintained you can see wires in overall I didn't enjoy my night in Pretoria. What's a room without microwave and fridge?? Very dissapointed
