La posizione
Camera piccola. Colazione ricca ma sembra di andare ad una mensa aziendale

Great breakfast.

If you are looking for excellent location this is it. The rooms were huge and well appointed. The breakfast was very good with helpful staff. The ferry is a minute or two walk away. Quiet at night too.

The location of the hotel is simply perfect. The breakfast is also very excellent. The rooms are clean and tidy.
What we didnt like was that we took our 3 year old kid with us and wanted to use the jacuzzi and our 3 year old was not permitted in the spa area so we ended up not being able to use the spa at all.
The parking is not with the hotel and costa 10euro daily to park rather than complimentary.

The spa. Its a lovely spa with an amazing jacuzzi, which I never wanted to leave! It had a few saunas plus salt room/bath. It was definitely the best spa Ive been to. The room was lovely. I had a junior suite. It had great blackout curtains. I never wanted to get up. Only thing being right in the centre of town, there is some noise from outside late at night. The breakfast was really good, a whole lot of choice and great coffee! All in all it was the best hotel I stayed in, in Riva. It has a pizzeria and bar, which I did not even try. It was only a fleeting visit. The staff were all lovely. I will definitely go back! :)
I liked everything. Totally great stay. Will definitely go back :)

We got a really big room, location really nice as it was just a foot away from Garda lake. We were able to enjoy Christmas market and decorations.
Parking was a disaster!!!! You first have to register your reg plates as it states parking is at the restricted traffic area, however, the parking was approx 250 to 300m away (across the road) and you have to sign the document saying you will enter and exit parking only once which doesn't make sense if we would be staying there a few more nights.
Breakfast - very little choice..... i mean, i would expect a breafast like this in a small guest house but not the 4* hotel!!! Also there was a lot of free tables but they allocate a table for you and as it was 3 of us , they put us in a corner..
The staff was not really helpful and when we checked out, they charged us for a parking and when i enquired if the parking is not free of charge, the staff just said - if you would have booked directly with us, it would be free.
I felt that this was a bit unprofessionally to say as booking.com are agents but still, they get customers for them...
Overall... disappointed..... we stayed in 5 different hotels while on this trip as we were driving around and to be honest, this was the 2nd most expensive hotel price wise but the most disappointing for us.... unfortunately...
Ghis hotel definitely need to improve a lot of the things!!!

Breakfast was very good. Room was very clean and big - it was perfect. Staff was very friendly. Location of hotel was in the center of the city - excellent

good location
An Old Building renovated cheaply with no charm. The hotel has zero wellness facilities and only refer guests to another place. staff friendly. A two star rating and Price range would be more suitable

The location is very good. It's close to the harbour, close to a lot of nice restaurants and pedestrian ways. The beaches are 10-15 minute walk.
The dog got a gift at the reception :D
The breakfast is a little bit boring after the third day. They should show more variety within a week, because most of the people stay for more days.

great location, right in the center of Riva del Garda.
since it’s above the main city square there is some noise during the night.

The city and the hotel far exceeded our expectations. The location in the harbour is perfect and the personell is just exceptionally; friendly, helpful, always smiling. The cleaning personnel was also so good, the rooms were always spotless. Secure bicycle parking and close-by car parking. So many restaurants in the city that it was sometimes difficult to select, Swimming in Lake Garda was warm and nice. This is an eldorado for sailing, windsurfing, kiting and cycling in the mountains, along the beach or along the river. Tracks for whole family. My morning climb up the mountain on my MTB was nothing more then spectacular and hard :-) We love Italy, but we fell in love with this place. Arrivederci Portici and Riva del Garda

Its location is great! Very close to the water and to the shopping area. Parking is also ideal. The garage is only a very short walk from the hotel. Also, breakfast was wonderful
