Good location and comfortable room. Close to all local services. Sea view was a bonus.

Breakfast was disappointing with not much choice of dishes. There appeared to be a system of waiting for a table to be allocated regardless of the fact that we were staying for 3 nights.

All excellent, worth for money. Breakfast included for the room price. Receptionists and restaurant persons are very friendly, efficient and pleasant. Highly appreciate the boy and girl was in the restaurant area, nice persons and very efficient.

Bathroom is bit old fashion. But, not affected much. Suggestion: If you can, please include microwave oven. Other than that, all facilities are excellent.

The property is in a great location just opposite the beach and in the heart of esperance shops and hospitality. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely appointed. Quite spacious.

The pool was closed. And the reception smelt terribly like cigarettes. I was worried when u checked in that the room would also smell like cigarettes but thankfully it didn’t.

Upon arriving at the motel, which is what it is, when we checked in, the gentleman at the front desk tried to overcharge me as he hadn't noticed. I had already paid 2 nights deposit, not one. It wasn't till I pointed this out that he realized, then we were not told until I saw the sign. That says the pool was closed, which was upsetting as I'd purposely paid for accommodation with a pool. When I could have got a whole apartment cheaper without one. No compensation was made for this, however. We were asked if we wanted our room service while we stayed, we said. Yes, this did not get done on any day when I went to reception to ask if somebody could. I was told everybody had gone home. The breakfast was adequate. However, the staff needed better training as there were dirty tables everywhere, and people were waiting to sit down, and they seemed to just be walking about. I have worked in hospitality my whole life. And it was hard to witness. The tables should have been cleared within a few minutes. Throughout our whole road trip of WA, this was one of our more expensive stays. I expected a lot more.
