Pænt, stort og rent.

Big sized room, gorgeous new decor - absolutely beautiful rooms - good lighting lots of seating and storage, chrome cast tv with YouTube, usb charging ports, great view from 5th floor, friendly staff and easy check in
Can’t fault the stay, only downside was paying for parking which should just be included in price so you don’t have to worry when you get there

Rommet var meget bra standard

Quiet location, but still a short walk to everywhere in town. Friendly staff and good breakfast with a lot of options. Some essentials available for purchase at good quality, if you forgot anything critical.
Common areas felt a little dated, though not neglected.

Stay in Scandic it is always a pleasure, applied Danish approach with clear sustainability focus, they are conscious on water consumption, chain teach us how we can compromise on the daily cleaning (that we never to at home btw :). Great breakfast, super professional personnel. I do recommend
2.0
parking dreadful , noooo customer service
not enough space in front of hotel,
they say ‘there is some space around the corner or some few hundreds meters away in a paring,
no proper directions or a little map or so
then, you have to pay it yourselves,
which for the room rates they charge is quite strange on it’s own, but ok, but then , at least service the customer with tickets they can put on the car dashboard , and let customer pay via reception!
now, if you arrive in middle of the night, you’re supposed to struggle at a machine to get a ticket, in order to not get a fine in the morning. and this you have to find a yourselve, by the way too.
t e r r i b l e service ! , don’t start a hotel if you don’t sort out the parkjng properly
never again, i will go to scandic kolding or aalborg again next time
ps i never fill these things, but this time i was quite annoyed for the amount of money i pay

We really liked the convenient location of the hotel - city center was just around the corner!
Hotel is perfectly adapted for the disabled people.
Staff was super friendly and helpful.
The view from our room was amazing.
Expensive car parking (although this is understandable given the location of the hotel).
Our bathroom sink was clogged and sometimes smelled bad.
The bed mattresses were not attached and would slide to the side.

great central location for the town
carpets in room stained and tired. expensive

Friendly staff. Excellent breakfasts.
Nothing!

the location was great.
The rooms are old, they need updated but they were clean. The breakfast needs more quality options homemade instead of processed food.

great breakfast and very comfortable rooms. a plus for the dog bed and food bowl
the car charger was never free. most of the time the cars that where parked there were not even electrical

The breakfast was splendid and the room was quiet
the bed was way too soft, my back still aches. The furniture was very basic, one small soft chair for 2 people!

It is a "Scandic" standard. Breakfast was nice and tasty.
The room could have been renovated: one could see stains on the carpet, worn bunk beds, and thermostat, which used to be white long time ago (and the two highest speeds of fan were impossible to set).

Staffs are all nice!
It seems shower pressure is too low.
