If you want to stay near shops and the old town & by the sea Ramada Plaza is an excellent choice

The room was comfortable having all I needed., the bed very good. The balcony facing the sea (a bit sideways) and the sun was just what I wanted. All the meals were good consisting of lots of vegetables, fruit, herbs... which I prefer. I especially enjoyed the spa! The face treatment, two massages and bath - lovely!! The program was good; best I liked water gymnastic, swimming in both sea and the pools in and out.

The price when you are travelling alone is somewhat high. And a course in English would be good for quite a many - but a good try and a nice smile helps a lot!

Vista espectacular al mar y tranquilidad ! Grandes instalaciones para la playa y piscina

La vista hacia la playa , su hermosa instalación de la playa , piscina ! Una gran variedad para el desayuno ! Realmente todo vale la pena por la vista y sus grutas desde la habitación hasta la playa ! Que es una plataforma !

Baja calidad en estar atento a las condiciones de las habitaciones, sábanas y toallas no acorde al standard del hotel ! En los baños siempre faltaba algo , o jabón o algún accesorios básico sanitario ! Y eso que no pagamos la habitación más barata ! La comida a la habitación no era buena ! Soy chef y deja mucho que desear! Consejo : dedíquenle un poco más a la calidad y los detalles y podrán ser un hotel de lujo, lo pueden lograr , no es mucho lo que hay que hacer ya que sus instalaciones se prestan para aún destacar más , no dejen que algunos detalles le bajen sus puntuaciones , con todo y eso yo volvería ! Sin pedir comida a la habitación por supuesto ! Gracias de todas maneras !

Except for the breakfast very disappointing stay for a hotel of this star rating.

Spa facilitiea were under renovation almost impossible to get to directly, had to change buildings and elevators almost an impossible task for a person with mobility problems. Poor poolside facilities....beach/platform under construction. There was no information at the time of booking of this situation. Mostly fedup and tired looking personnel with couple of exceptions.

The room was hot as the hotel policy is to use aircondition only in summer and not based on outside tempertature

Превосходный комфортный отдых или неделя лета в марте после суровой русской зимы

Неожиданно огромный номер с красивым видом на море и пляжную часть Антальи. Питание превзошло наши ожидания по широкому ассортименту блюд, особенно с учетом пребывания вне туристического сезона. Мы брали полупансион, дети 6 и 8 лет были в восторге от ресторана. Живая музыка по вечерам (фортепиано). Чистота в номере и в отеле на хорошем уровне. Удобное расположение в пешей доступности от Старого города, при поездке из аэропорта 15 лир на человека на трамвае и 20 минут пешком от остановки Ismetpasa. Спокойный контингент отдыхающих. Дружелюбный и ненавязчивый персонал.

В целом всё понравилось. Не всё работало, но это ожидаемо и было связано с поездкой в марте. Хотели бы вернуться еще, но посмотрели цены в сезон в июне и в июле - очень дорого

Luxurious and comfortable stay

Staff, room, facilities, breakfast, beach everything was perfect. Major attaractions like umbrella street, old bazar, Hadrian's gate all are at walking distance. Public transport is near by. Pools were well maintained along with other facilities.

Месторасположение удобное, чистое море

Отношение персонала в баре отеля к посетителям, отсутствие в душе шампуня и геля, дозатор который был в душе за все время пребывания никто не дополнил, а закончился он видимо давно. Вообще номерам отеля требуется реновация, все уже очень устаревшее, стекло в душевой кабине отваливалось

Awful bathroom not providing privacy, moderate quality city hotel

I like close localisation to the old city and possibility to swim in the sea. Nice view from upper parts from the hotel which was a good choice as nearby there is another hotel in construction with lot of noice. Nice woman welcoming us at the reception

Bathrooms are nightmare!!! No privacy with transparent glass of shower and bedroom. The hotel management must do something with this awful concept which actually made my stay so uncomfortable, please paint the glass or provide curtains. I called technical assistance to fix this, the door to the bedroom was not working as well. Awful, awful experience. Almost every day we had to remind to change wet towels and make cleaning at room and those are not the standards of 5 star hotel. Plenty of food but not of good quality, all tastes the same and stays for long hours at plates… Small swimming pool, dirty sun beds.

This hotel doesn’t deserve 5 stars, it should be considered as a 2 star property

This place doesn’t deserve 5 stars. The property’s location is very close to old town. The pool area looked neat and had a view.

The reception desk staff is very helpless and rude. We asked for the same rooms for a day extension and they took 2 days to give an answer for that. They can’t get a taxi on call. Extremely poor service. The travel desk person was extremely rude. The rooms don’t have any proper lighting. The breakfast spread seems to be huge but mostly consists of cheese, fruits and vegetables itself. Housekeeping staff doesn’t refill toiletries, we had to keep calling the reception for it again.

The breakfast, room size, and of course the pool facility with direct access to the shore.

I specifically asked for a sea-facing room that does not look directly into the construction site next door but this request was ignored. The aircon in the room felt a bit underwhelming

Excellent hotel, with many amenities, sea, pool, spa

I really enjoyed the beach area and the spa, thai massage i highly recommend it, outdoor pool great, everything very clean

beach towels were not always available and elevators were not always convenient as timing, so much waiting

Very average hotel but close to the old town but we won’t be returning.

Ok location near the sea but no beach and good walking distance to old town. Breakfast was nice. Good gym and spa area.

Very worn and tired in areas. First room was awful broken door, no lock, stain on doors and sheets. First day no beach towels and was told to wait was an hour. After complaining we did get a nicer room but the theme of no towels continued to the bath towels and on one occasion I used my dress to dry myself after waiting 2 hours with no luck. Some gym equipment was broken and all running machines squeak.

I definitely recommend it for families that come without children (not enough kid facilities)

The beach is unique, probably the best of all beaches I ever visited (and I live in Israel, surrounded by 4 seas). The personnel are great, friendly, professional and helpful.

My wife was not as satisfied as me by the food (she missed some fried meats, like lamb chops etc..), but I myself found it very healthy (a lot of vegetables and chicken meat for example)

It was a pleasant stay.

Breakfast was great with a spectacular view. The location was awesome with a walking distance to all amenities. Ali has great etiquette when it comes to the guests and is very helpful. The cleaning staff are friendly. The hotels amenities is amazing...Water activities are great.

Firstly when received at reception we were told that our rooms were unfortunately not only far from each other they were actually in different buildings. This was not mentioned earlier when making contact with the hotel for our rooms to be close to each other. We were charged additionally to have this changed and have our rooms close to each other...

Great stay! Very good honeymoon

Ultra all inclusive is very worth it. Food is good (except breakfast who's not bad, but not very good either). Bed is big and confortable, staff is super polite and friendly. The view on the sea is very good

Breakfast was very normal and the surrounding around the hotel (city) is not very clean. But I think it's more a city problem than hotel problem

This is a beautiful hotel however our experience was spoilt by the rudeness of the front desk staff. I initially booked a sea view room but when we got there they said it was a city view room. Why would I pay extortionate amounts for a city view? I asked them if there's anything they can do and they said no everything is booked up when there was availability for online booking with sea view. The staff were unhelpful with a lot of things and just completely ruined our experience. The bathroom had a funny smell coming from it. The cleaners took my own bath towel in mistake with theirs. When I told the reception staff this, they did not do anything about it.

Lovely hotel for family close to old town

Modern, clean, facilities ( nice pool, spa, breakfast, spacious layout). Location was excellent to the old city.

Room service a little slow to respond. TV was never fixed.

Highly recommended

The rocky beach is just amazing. Both pools are also great. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

It was good

The location ,the breakfast .It was clean .

The curtains in the room were the worst i ever see.It was moving randomly ,very small ,it couldn't block the sun light ..so we couldn't sleep well.The receptionists were very slow to send yuor request ' we had to call many times to get our need .
