Staff and breakfast were lovely, location was convenient.

Location

The carpets were wet, it was uncomfortable to have bare feet and my socks got wet. The bathroom floor was so slippery in and out of shoes and I was not comfortable using the shower. We were also placed right next to the lift and it was very loud when in use. The car parking space was too small and danger to get out of.

Nothing went particularly well, there was no positive feedback provided on this premises

Rooms were not ready, one room smelt of Marijuana, beds were uncomfortable and felt very unsafe with clear drug use occurring on the premises, people screaming in the middle of the night

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is close to the city, parks and public transport.

There is some parking available, but it is not guaranteed. Nearby street parking is time limited, which can be a problem if you can't get a spot in the hotel carpark.

Location was good. Easy access to Bridge Rd/Swan st etc.

Room was overpriced. Accommodation very basic. Not as clean as it should have been. Building very run down. Looks much better in photos then in real life.

good position for mcg and rod laver

very tired lookjng. bathroom dirty, broken tiles and floor unclean. you had to step up into shower, door only opened half way as it hit the sink. stepping down from the shower is an accident waiting to happen.

The location

the strong smell of smoke. The dirty syringes in the car park. The dirty towel left beside the bed. the cigarette butt under the couch. The mouldy shower.

Terrible - don’t trust the photos

Central location, close to the MCG. Staff were friendly.

This hotel is nothing like the photos they use to advertise it. The room was unclean, windows were broken and didn’t lock, light fixtures were missing, tv controller was held together by duct tape, broken pictures hung on the walls, dried urine splash marks on the toilet wall and a previous guests clothes were still in the cupboard. The interior of the entire hotel is rundown; windows were unclean, carpet smelt horrible and the internal hallways smell like cigarette smoke. Not worth the $529 we paid for a twin room for one night. Was disgusted to hear other guests were paying more than $529 a night for the same terrible conditions in their rooms.

Very pleasant, no problems and great reception

The close proximity to the St Vincent's Private Hospital. We were able to walk to the hospital and the Yorkshire Stingo Hotel where the meals were really good.

This place needs a lot of work

The location is great but that’s about it.

The way staff were speaking to customers. Very unorganised check in. The parking out the back is very tight and one car had been vandalised (we did not park here) Rooms are dirty with run down furnishings…the was a cigarette butt in our bathroom sink drain. Towels had marks on them. The police were there twice for different incidents in our one night stay.

The room size was nice.

No wine glasses. There was a leak under the sink in the bathroom. I put the " make the room up sign after the first night because we stayed 2 nights and it wasn't done. Over priced.
