Villa Pane Resort is excellent! The hosts ate very kind, the rooms are of good size and so are the bathrooms, and very clean too. The hosts Luigi and Ana Maria are very kind, they make you feel at home. As said in most of the comments about Villa Pane, the food cooked by Ana Maria is excellent and I would recommend everyone to eat at least one meal. For those in the mood for cooking, I recommend the cooking class conducted by Ana Maria, we did not took it but we witnessed and it is really nice. And there is the transfer service to and from Sorrento which is impeccable.
All good!

The views, the staff, the grounds, the food and the care
Wish there were more times added to the shuttle

lovely property that overlooks Sorrento town and the bay, but really difficult to get to. we couldn’t get a taxi to the hotel or have a transfer car meet us, so we were taken down the narrow winding roads to meet our transfer further down the hill.
I recommend having the food here as although you can get into town, the transfers from the little car from the hotel to the town are not regular and depending on how many people want to travel. The food at the hotel is excellent and the chef does cookery classes, which are very well received.
The location although nicely out of the busy town was difficult to get to.

Beautiful villa in the mountain above Sorrento. A little hard to get to because of steep narrow roads, but Luigi provides a regular shuttle service which works well. It is great to be out of the hustle and bustle of Sorrento. Anna Maria’s cooking class was so much fun.

The staff was exceedingly friendly and always helpful. The view from our balcony was outstanding, as we were high up we had a view of the ocean. We had two very excellent evening suppers at the hotel, both prepared by one of the owners.
As we were near the ocean it was very humid and we found everything stayed damp. Even though we hung our towels it would have been nice to have fresh each day. The hotel had a shuttle service into town but at times the timetable for pickup was a bit inconvenient.

Beautiful villa with amazing staff!! Everyone was so helpful and kind. Would definitely be back again!!

The staff made you feel very comfortable. The villa itself is perfectly situated away from the hustle and bustle of Sorrento. The shuttle bus is very handy.
The room we were offered was not to our liking, we were upgraded without any hesitation!

it was in a tranquil location with lovely views.
it’s difficult to take a walk without first taking a shuttle into town due to the hilly location.
Few additional amenities,like water etc.

The location is very unique, up in the mountains. It is a family run beautiful location. They were very attentive to our needs, and we were a large party. The only thing that took me by surprise, was, that the rooms were small, the mattress’s were not comfortable and there were a lot of steps to climb to get to our rooms. They did everything they could to make the mattresses more comfortable, and were very concerned for our comfort.
The mattresses in my room were not comfortable upon arrival, but the owners did everything possible to make them comfortable for me.

The villa is beautiful, the grounds and whole place is amazing! we stayed in room 8 which has an amazing terrace to sit on to watch the sunset with a spritz. The Staff are amazing, every single member is extremely friendly and helpful (especially guido) They run a free shuttle service into town which is a god send as the villa is quite far from town, but makes for incredible views of the area. The breakfast is made using food from the grounds and highly recommend the omelette with zucchini flowers and Parmesan.
The villa is quite far from town however they run a free shuttle service at set times so can’t really complain.

The staff were all wonderful hosts, they made our stay very welcoming, also the shuttle service to and from Sorrento was very helpful.
The food served in the villa was beautiful and fresh however it was quite expensive.

super impressed with this place, the staff go above and beyond to make your stay as relaxed as possible. had dinner here one night also and all the food came from the land and farm. it was delicious. the daily shuttles were a brilliant help. definitely a place to go and unwind and really almost have everything done for you.
the jacuzzi was not working properly but still was great to relax in

We loved our stay at Villa Pane! Gianluigi, Ana-Maria & Renato were so accomodating the entire week, we felt like an extension of their family. The villa offers a free shuttle bus, which has a timetable of the departures and arrivals from Sorrento - this was very handy and easy to use so I wouldn’t suggest getting a taxi up the hill each time as you can expect to pay between €25-30 each way.
Gianluigi helped us to organise a private shuttle on the morning of a tour we did, which was a little expensive (€40) but very convenient as it was early. We also decided to eat at the villa on 3 occasions and can’t say how much we loved it. Our room was lovely and had excellent views of the bay with a great big balcony to sit on and enjoy the sunset.
Ana-Maria makes beautiful food and everything is sourced from their own garden. The prices are very reasonable and are competitive with prices down in Sorrento; of course with the added bonus of it being exceptionally fresh and tasty!

breathtaking view, excellent breakfast with fresh vegetables from the garden, the hosts Anna Maria and Gianluigi were amazing, rooms were big and comfortable, balcony with beautiful view.
Directions to the resort were bit confusing. you can't get there with medium or big size car only very small car.
it will be better to direct everyone to a parking spot and use their shuttle.

The wonderful owners Anna Maria, Gianluigi and Renato was really helpful and we loved the unique setting and the shuttle bus was perfect.
Friendly villa in a beautiful rural setting. The food and drinks were amazing what a great little gem.
Nothing it was perfect

A great relaxing atmosphere, Renoto and the staff are fantastic, and they went over and beyond to make us comfortable.
We got fantastic food, all from their garden and farm.
Highly recommend Villa Pane
It's not the property, but Google Maps can not be trusted to get you to the resort.

Lovely B&B in the mountains.
GianLuigi was very quick to help us and drive his nice little shuttle bus back and forth to get us.
Magnificent views of the bay from our lovely room and from the terrace. A very peaceful break from the busy city below :-)
A little hard to find and to get to with a "normal size car

The view of Sorrento from the property was breathtaking and the staff was amazing! Luigi, the manager, and Ana Maria, the chef, made the stay very comfortable. Luigi wore many hats, ensuring that our transportation down the square of Sorrento was taken care of and that our room accommodations were on point. Ana Maria impressed us with her delicious and plentiful breakfast spread and her chicken cacciatore and stuffed tomatoes! We don’t know what they do to their tomatoes, but please ensure you enjoy some while there! They also had the cutest Golden Retriever, Guido, who was always a delight to see.
Besides the narrowness of the driveway, which is common in Europe, the only other complaint would be finding the place. Luigi however ensured that we could be picked up any time day or night!

Shuttle bus was perfect for us to get to Sorrento quickly. Subaru family cars were perfect experience. Luigi was very kind and always helpful and food was tutto bellissimo.
Grazie per una vacanza meravigliosa.

It was not clean. Not the room, the bed sheets dirty and the plates we got for breakfast as well.

The greatest thing beside the breathtaking Sorrento sunset from the balcony, was the best tiramisu I have eaten in my entire life. It's even impossible to describe it.
We decided to have our anniversary dinner at the property, and it was homemade cooked with love by Dona Ana Maria, we were really happy ♥️ thank you!
We were a little lost to get to the location, it is a little far from the city centre. Our own fault, as we hadn't realized we should have called the property to pick us up. However, it was totally worthy!

This was a beautiful agriturismo located in the hills of Sorrento. A family run business with very kind people doing all aspects of the business. The owner, Maria, was the chef and prepared excellent meals while we were there, everything was fantastic. Luigi was awesome (there were two and they were both great), but I really enjoyed Luigi's conversations and he made me some fantastic cocktails and served our meals and was just an all around nice guy! We were so far up into the hills that they had a shuttle service to take their guests to town or to their outings. We had a boating adventure to Capri planned for the day after we arrived and Little Luigi (what I called him as he was the skinnier one of the two!) got up early and got us to our meeting point by 7:15 a.m. and even gave us beach towels to use for the day! I would recommend this to anyone who wants to avoid the big city hustle and relax in the beautiful surroundings and be cooked amazing food made fresh from their gardens!
I didn't expect it to be so far up the hills, so it wasn't super convenient to just go to town when you wanted to. You had to use their shuttle service and it was scheduled throughout the day and evening. Once we knew this, it really wasn't a big deal, just unexpected is all.

The hotel was advertised on booking.com has having an outdoor swimming pool. On arrival only a small jacuzzi was available.
As this was the main reason I booked this hotel I voiced my concerns to the owner who was very rude. I decided not to stay in the hotel and was advised by the staff to email regarding my concerns and compensation . Despite numerous emails I have had no response.
Altough the hotel is located 1 mile from central Sorrento, it is very steep and not possible to walk.
I feel I was misled by the hotel with regard to their facilities and the staff became very hostile when any concerns where brought up.
