Exceptional and value for money

Atmosphere in the resort is very relaxing. There are lots of trees and gardens. Nice facility. I rebooked the newly done "resort Room" this time. It's a big change from the superior room. The room is very clean, modern and comfortable. Bed is soft and Netflix TV nice and big. The room is next to swimming pool and garden. I enjoy this room more than other room

Lobby is quite small but nothing too bad. Bathroom is basic but clean

ห้องพักปรับปรุงใหม่ดีค่ะ สะอาด สบาย เดินไม่ไกลจากสระว่ายนำ้ โดยรวมโรงแรมติดทะเลสวย ราคาไม่แพง เหมาะกับพักผ่อนกับครอบครัวยาวค่ะ

mach kurzem Aufschwung letztes Jahr schlimmer denn je

Die Lage, knapp an pattaya und nicht ganz so dreckig...das Frühstücks Buffet, welches in den alexa beachclub verlegt wurde.

Der Rest erschreckend. Nicht mal an der Rezeption freundliche Gesichter, kaum englisch, letzten Mai war ein neuer Manager hier aus Europa, da gab's positive Ideen, jetzt schlimmer denn je, angeblich neu renovierte zimmer haben maximal neuen Boden, uraltes bad, gleich wie vor 10 Jahren, am Strand haben nur noch die halben liegen Auflagen, wenn das so weitergeht werden nicht mal mehr die mittelklasse Russen kommen, die jetzt das hotel bevölkern oder doe chinesischen reisegruppen...schade, ich hab das mal geliebt. Jetzt bin ich vertrieben

Ok but not as I expected when booked.

The location was lovely. The room was nice. The hotel grounds were pretty in certain areas.

Other than the Alexa beach club nothing was open. No beach bar, pool bar. The pool table was unusable as it was ripped. The beach area looked like it needed tidying up and the sunbed cushions replaced. Tv in the deluxe sea view room didn’t work and didn’t get repaired. Room was classed as a sea view but couldn’t really see the sea as palm trees in the way. Nothing to do in the evening.

Goed hotel in slechte vervuilde omgeving.

Zwembad. Ontbijt.

1. Heel slecht Internet. Viel uit elke minuut. En als je ging klagen: “een eekhoorn bijt telkens de internet kabel door. ….. 2. Alles rondom het hotel was vies en oubollig. Overal lag afval, zelfs op het strand. De tuinen van het hotel waren gelukkig wel schoon en mooi. 3. Verschillende delen van het hotel werd gerenoveerd. Af en toe kabaal en overlast.

ที่จอดรถที่ไม่ค่อยเพียงพอและไม่มีเจ้าหน้าที่มาอำนวยความสะดวก และบริเวณ Receptionที่รับลูกค้า น่าจะทำเป็นห้องติดแอร์

Nothing. My worst hotel in my experience.

Hot water machine is so old. It doesn’t work well. Blades of The ceiling fan are upside down. Fan doesn’t make any wind. Nobody never answered a lot of times of calling. Reception staff was so wrong. They don’t know owner’s and manager’s phone numbers.

Mycket bra service tack vare svensk hotellchef. Väldigt bra läge nära stranden och många restauranger

Dåligt Wifi på stora delar av resorten. Fungerade stundtals. Finns inget gym. Saknades parasoller vid en av poolerna

If you go, don’t go

Very hard to get to, guess that makes it hard for the beggars, although the poor cleaners seem to be one rung up the ladder from begging, maybe that’s their second job.

Not far off looking like a chemical plant. Smelt worse if it could get hotter! Which I doubt.

Decent stay, not fancy but decent.

We paid for an upgrade for ocean view and we glad we did. Because there are construction at trio bed room. Decent hotel, clean, although not fancy anymore as it aged. Beach front was nice, with this price its good value for money Breakfast is decent, good quality, variety. Fresh salad, boiled rice is good and yummy with a lot or meat. Fresh hot soymilk sooo delicious!

No beach vibes, just a laid back hotel. Three swimming pool but no vibes.

The phone in the room didn't work so we couldn't call the reception when we needed to. They were slow at completing tenant requests.

The hotel must be very elegant when it was built. Now the hotel needs lot renovations. The room, we stayed, has so many little things that is not working.

Good location.

Great location beachfront. Nice restaurants near by. Beach club just next door.

This is not a 4 stars resorts hotel. check-in was unprofessional, staff seemed irritated with her other stuffs, her table was such a mess. it should have been organized and keep front desk presentable. The area seemed like an abandoned hotel almost. Garden needed attention to keep nice, tidy and clean and healthy green. Garbage on the way to the room. The room was spacious with sea view but not clean since I could feel the sand on the floor - entirely our stay. Pretty loud air-con. My friend had to use ear plug to get sleep. There was no hot water. Breakfast was simple. The room and furniture needed upgraded. Otherwise room to sell half price.

Beach side is nice and clean.

At Check in it was total Chaos and unorganized! We arrived 2.30pm and then the Front Desk told us that the Room will be ready not before 5pm! We got the Room at 5pm.... Thats a total disaster and unacceptable.

Pleasant

Room Service needs work, toilet paper and water was not replaced everyday. You can tell that Covid had an impact on the facilities ... needs some upgrading

5 day break from touring was relaxing mainly due to our villa located away from main site. But otherwise ok.

Family friendly and very helpful staff. Good beach area and numerous pools to choose from.

The main pool area had constant extra loud booming music from 1200 until 2200 here’s Friday to Monday. However, we stayed in a villa that was located away from the main hotel. when busy difficult getting a bed to lay on as most had ‘reserved’ towels on them. Eventually we removed some towels and used the beds. 3 hours later a person remonstrated loudly with us for pinching his beds. Fortunately we could not understand him as he was Russian.

Fabulius tine at Pinnacle Resort

Check in was good. Location to beach was very close. Many local restarants on the beach and even a few near resort. The breakfast was fantastic 👌

On the whole, it was ok, but was quite pricy for what we got.

The resort is good, with lovely views.

The resort had no lunch and no dinner options. In addition, the breakfast was the same each and every day for 12 nights.

very disappointed on quality of the resort should have been classified as two star resort

Good staff and room was ok

I understand that everyone has just gone through covid, In saying that the hotel was in very bad disrepair from this period which is understandable but if they are going to except guest while in such disrepair then the prices they charge need to reflect that as they are charging full price but the resort is no where near what it shows on the photos. Brocken stairs from the restaurant to the beach, Restaurant in disrepair, pool empty, other eating facilities still closed may buildings shut, mould in many ceilings, we could see they were trying to fix things but like I said the price needs to adjusted at the time to represent what you are actually getting, Feel miss led by the resort with no explanation at all on what was happening
