Short of what we had hoped

Noisey air conditioning unit, strange noise coming from ceiling, room very small. Not very clean. Lamp stopped working. Have to pay for espresso coffee in included breakfast fee for room

Great location staff so good at what they do felt so relaxed would go back again and would tell any one what an amazing

We really thought the location was perfect and the pools were kept clean tidy .

We thought that perhaps could have had bit bigger brighter so guests can easily see they have arrived right place .

We were not aware our room would be on the third floor with no lift and very steep stairs Not ideal with a crook knee

We had a very enjoyable stay at Peppers. The staff were excellent.

We enjoyed the location of the resort. When we had an issue it was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Natasha. I was given a bottle of wine to celebrate my birthday.

We had to change rooms as we were disappointed in the original room but we were moved the next day and were very happy with the new apartment. We were disappointed in the buffet breakfast. Bacon was cooked to a crisp and poached eggs were like boiled eggs and very expensive for what you get.

Ok a bit noisy as mostly a resort for families a lot of noise

Proximity to every thing

You can’t book a swim out room and you have to fight for a seat by the pool unless you get there at 7 am you can’t get a seat

The hotel suited my needs for the weekend.

The location, the pool.

I had a room on the ground floor which was very noisy with the movement from above rooms. And it was also very dark.

A fantastic spot for a family getaway. Our favorite place to stay in Palm Cove.

The pool. The staff. The location and proximity to beach.

Needs black out blinds to all bedrooms. Kitchens could be slightly better stocked.

Too expensive considering the rooms were outdated.

The pool area had a great atmosphere. The cleaning staff were so lovely and friendly.

The decor and furniture in the rooms were old and needed a freshen up. Also, the entire bed would slide on the tiles every time we turned in our sleep.

Location of resort was good. Most of the staff were pleasant. Shower in our room was great.

Resort felt very rundown and tired. Short staffed especially at pool area This was a holiday, but we were required to work a bit every day. No desk in room. We asked to move to a room with one but no availability. We were then brought a table in our room to work on. Our room very dark and in need of facelift. We were towards end of resort. Very isolated. Food in resort very average. Expensive for what we got.

The pool and swim up bar were amazing. Staff were friendly. Location was great, walking distance to some of the best restaurants we have been too.

Very relaxing and most enjoyable from start to finish.

Our room was superbly located on the ground floor as close as one could be to the pool. Breakfast was always fresh however the poached eggs left in the mainmarie were always hard so we had scrambled eggs which were good. Great selection of cereals, fruits etc.

There was nothing we could say we did not like about Peppers Beach Resort. We had a wonderful relaxing holiday. Thankyou. The underground parking was easily accessible and spaces were always available.

When paying for a five star hotel, do expect a higher level experience

the service - We had an issue with the locking mechanism of the door. Locked out for2 hours while multiple staff tried to open the door not the staff were aware of this issue as it seems to be a common problem. No main thing was being unlocked out of your room at 11 o’clock at night till 1 o’clock in the morning and then the next day, the same thing happened got locked out of the room again and we weren’t offered any thanks or apologies or even a little bit of conversation which I just thought was pretty ordinary from 5 Star hotel.

Beautiful & luxurious!

Incredible pool area with swim up bar and pool toys, beautiful hotel and gorgeous rooms! Although it was really windy on the beach when we arrived, the pool area was beautifully sheltered. Staff were super professional and accommodating. It was a beautiful experience. Dinner at Neptunes was also amazing.

Superb

Whenever we go to Palm Cove we always stay at Peppers Beach Club. The rooms are always clean and have everything you would ever need for your stay. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The facilities on the property are well maintained and the pool area which includes a swim-up bar is exceptional.
