Beautiful views, clean and modern facilities, comfortable stay. Highly recommend and will return!

Breakfast in bed was amazing. Also we were surprised with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine on arrival and a lovely card congratulating us on our anniversary which really set the tone for our relaxing holiday. The view from our balcony was beautiful, faculties lovely, clean an modern. Can’t fault anything!

Had a cold shower on our last morning. Perhaps a lot of people all having a quick shower before check out used up the hot water all at once?

Crown Hotel Terrigal

the hotel was amazing! Breathtaking views, comfortable room with the balcony over the pool, food was amazing and close to other restaurants with a various variety aswell. The beach right across the road and a good selection of shops aswell.

the carpark lighting was terrible and hard to see would be my only thing I could say was wrong with the whole stay but didn't at all ruin my stay.

The overall experience was fair and pleasant, however there is an opportunity for improvement.

The location is perfect to relax with the beach just across the hotel.

The beds are dated and needs a new one, as it sags in the middle, feels over used. There is some smell in two of the pillows. There was no toothpaste in the kits.

Terrible service at the pool, bar I ordered tri cocktails that were okay, and French fries which took 25 minutes and were cold.

Second stay, wonderful location and great views. Staff are always very nice and the hotel itself was great.

The first night there was a strong smell of cigarettes which was gone night two. Parking is expensive.

The location is very close to beach and easy access to beach and restaurants

The bed wax not comfortable and bed linens were bad, polyester and wasn’t comfortable at all. I’ve got backache after sleeping in the bed.

My kids were bored and I felt ripped off, even with the free drinks vouchers for the delays.

The staff were friendly and clearly trying to do their best.

The room wasn’t ready. The spa was “being cleaned” the whole time we were there and never able to be used. Breakfast was nice but the dining atmosphere was chaotic.

Nice rooms and they were clean Spacious bathroom Location was good Beds were comfy and it was nice to sleep with the sound of the waves Hotel staff were nice and helpful Parking for $35 for a day

A lot of sunbeds were reserved with towels so could’ve done with some policing on that or a 3/4 hour time limit as there wasn’t many sun beds for the amount of rooms. This would let more people enjoy the pool.

A wonderful get away

Beautiful property with wonderfully decorated new suits and very attentive staff. Every effort was made to make us feel accommodated and taken care of. The bar and restaurant downstairs was luxuriously decorated with a beautiful outlook.

The night club down stairs was so loud and we heard loud music and crowds from the night scene until early in the morning

The location is outstanding. The staff were helpful and very friendly.

The room service breakfast looked amazing, but it was stone cold, and some of it burnt or not prepared well. The shower water pressure was poor.

Differing knowledge and service from employees. Check in asked if I could use eftpos to avoid fees and I was told regardless the fee applies. On check Out asked the question and as I expected no fee would have applied on paying with eftpos as appose credit.

Overnight stay on a road trip north.

Location was great. It was clean. Breakfast was very good and we had a nice walk before continuing our trip.

Staff at the restaurant below were amazing. Cocktails were great.

Room was tucked away on level two alongside meeting rooms. Room wasn’t cleaned very well and got the price we were expecting better.
