A very pleasant and delightful stay for us at Shangrila Kowloon

1)the location is superb with lots of eateries nearby and is within walking distance to subway stations 2)room size is good esp the bathroom 3)staff are friendly and knowledgeable 4)check-in is fast and seamless 5)our room is facing the harbour and we had an excellent view of it

1)prices are rather steep compared to other hotels whether it be room rates or at hotel's cafes and restaurants 2)no shuttle bus to subway stations while checking out en-route to the airport

駅に近いこと部屋の広さ

特に夜中、天井から「ごー」っという室外機か外気の音が毎日聞こえた事また、バスルームの配管から下水の匂いがしていたのが不快でしたあと、宿泊費もこちらが念の為に確認したので良かったのですが事前にホテル側から支払い請求があったのでその通りに払ったのにもかかわらず、危うく二重請求されそうでした宿泊途中で念の為こちらから確認してよかったです観光に忙しく毎日寝るだけに帰っていただけだったので今回はクレームはつけませんでしたが。 5つ星をうたっていて、パンデミック前に宿泊したときは大変快適に過ごした思い出があって今回もこちらを宿泊先に選んだだけに非常に残念ですベッドルームは広く快適でした上記の点を改善していただけると助かります

The worst Shangri-la stay. Old hotel old smelly rooms needs a major upgrade. .

Great location. Good service from staff. Staff friendly. Tapas bar was excellent and the cafe lovely.

This hotel is OLD. The rooms fall way below a standard expected it was my 5th Shanghai-la I stayed in on this trip and was by far the worst standard. Carpets were filthy and dirty, they were patched in 2 places where a new piece had been cut into the carpet to repair. The fixtures and fittings are old and the rain shower in my room didn’t work for the whole time I stayed - despite reporting it. Chipped paint and tired bathroom. Room smelt of old smoke All Shangri-la hotels have the WORST hairdryers! A small thing but other hotels have an air Dyson or similar and more efficient and better, as opposed to a one fixed into the drawer like I want to steal it! Breakfast was ok. No cereal for western eaters. Stay at Marco Polo or Langham - MUCH better standard for the money.

Superb

I specially liked the working desk in the room , this helped & motivated to work from room. Also Hotel is in great location.

Prices are still too high , Range of 300$ per night ,For such hotel it should be in range of 200$ per night.

Generally a good ‘staycation’ break…!

great harbour view from the room. Generally nice staff. Nice tapas bar and good breakfast selection at Cafe Kool.

the Horizon Club lounge closes very early. This is not great value for customers booking Horizon Club rooms.
