Did not eat breakfast. The food did not look appetizing. Plus no eggs.

This is a funky hotel. It is a grand old building with simple, but nice rooms. The hotel wants to promote social interaction, so there is no wifi or tv in rooms. There is a large lobby with coffee and chairs and pool table. Appeals to a younger clientele. The bar does a great pizza. Nice breakfast buffet. Parking is close by.
Wifi in the room would've been nice. We managed fine and had decent phone signal, but I don't need a hotel deciding how I spend my time.

Beautiful building and stylish design spaces. Kurhaus had very spacious rooms, with big balconies (ours had a great view of the mountain) artistically pleasing wall decor, comfortable bedding
the rooms didn’t have blackout curtains. I had to use a hair clip to try securing the gaps. it wasn’t obvious until we checked in that there was no wifi in the rooms. service is erratic with only one person on duty, despite his best efforts there was occasionally a line of people waiting for service. there were also limited dining options. while there were 3 restaurants on site, one was a bar which only served pizza for dinner and the main salle restaurant was closed for a wedding which left my young son and I with only a tapas restaurant as an option, which really wasn’t idea.

Hotel was quiet but then again it was end of May and pretty out of season. I imagine it livens up in the winter, might explain the swing in the foyer... unusual. A large room with comfortable bed. No TV but am not sure whether that is a plus or minus. Great buffet breakfast and proper pizza at the bar in the evening which have a friendly staff. Great lounge with a small library, boardgames and pool table.
That our stay was a one nighter. :(

There were no WIFI in the room only in lobby and restaurant.
Checking out: Statement from the Clerk: We do not guarantee Booking. com's prices. This was said when I asked for a print out of my bill.
The bill only showed a Total for, Zimmer mit Fruhstuck. When I asked what the cost of the room was the Clerk was very reluctant to give this info.
The bathroom was very narrow and taking a shower was a constant fight with the shower curtain.

It was a really cool property and the restaurant was great. The staff were super helpful and the rooms were clean.
There was some kind of bar or club that had loud music that went early into the night. Not really the hotels fault but it should be noted.

the concept is great, dinner and breakfast were amazing!
The room was clean and spacious, we loved the soap and the towels. the bed was also comfortable.

no Wi-Fi in the rooms.

it was clean and hip. loved the style . location could not have been better. the fact that restaurants and bars were basically in the house was a huge plus! we celebrated New Year there , the music was super !
bed not too comfortable

Arrived around 6pm, we waited 15min, lonely, a the reception in front of a sign "back in a minute", then contacted the staff in the restaurant for assistance, but didn't get any help or advice at all. After waiting for another 15min, we finally were assisted, but while I was providing the necessary information, the person left. After a total of 35min, we finally were handed out the key and two cards to the room and were assured to have breakfast included, explaining me the way to the breakfast room. Little later, arrived in time(!) for a reservation in the restaurant, suddenly all three waiters gather around an iPad. Finally we were approached and were told that our table was already given to somebody else, because "you are late!". We were then given a table in the back, maybe because of the kids, whatever... The night was nice and quiet. Walking to the breakfast room was an experience by itself, as the path was decorated with half empty beer bottles and dirty glasses. There, we were told that breakfast is not included, in contrast to what we learned when we checked in. Should you stay more than one night, having the room cleaned up costs you another 25 bucks for the first person, plus, plus, plus... . WiFi was not explicitly mentioned when booking the room and thus there was indeed no WiFi in the room - my mistake. Yet, do you actually have to check for WiFi availability in 2022? - I normally don't check whether toilet paper is included. When we checked out, we were requested harshly to return all four cards. As we asked for only two at the check-in (kids might not need one...), another lengthy explanation and justification was necessary. Overall, it looks like a team with the experience and competence of a group of kids playing "Hotel".

We booked the 2 bedroom apartment for a bike weekend with friends (3 adults in total). The apartment is a generous size and offers all the comforts we needed for our stay. There is a small kitchenette with a fridge in the corridor that could be used for smaller meals and/or breakfast if required. We decided to eat out for dinner and booked the breakfast option so only used it to cool drinks. Breakfast buffet is generous with a great selection. Location is right in town and all the infrastructure can accessed with a quick walk or a short bus/bike ride.
Not much to dislike about the Kurshaus. If you are looking for five star treatment with all the bells and whistles, this is probably not the hotel for you.

A great location, bang in the middle of town, easily accessible to all amenities and not too far from Scalottas or the bike park lift.
the room was quirky, we had a 3 bed room and there was an additional one bed room and bathroom through a wardrobe door, which we loved. I kept calling my mate “Aslan” (the lion from Narnia)
nice bar downstairs and a really good area to chill, have some complimentary coffee and bring a few beers of your own. staff were super friendly, but everything has an end, well except the sausage, that has too lol
shower was great pressure wise, but a bit difficult to keep in the right spot without it wondering and drenching the bathroom.

Location wise could not be better, the hotel is located in the center of Lenzerheide
The facilities are okay, i would not rate them any better, the bed is super uncomfortable and the pillow/s just as well, on top of that and during our stay there was a wedding taking place which implied that people went out for a smoke creating noise the entire night, horrendous, in addition, when we went to do the check out the guy in the reception was really grumpy and unpolite, this is a perfect hotel if your expectations are low, but 0 satisfied with the facilities/rooms etc...

really cool, funky vibe. Huge room. really good restaurant on property. Bike storage was great. Location couldn’t be better
the music from the restaurant was a little loud on my side of the building.

Nicely styled hotel, good parking availability, great location, nice staff and very good restaurant!
Easy to get lost on the way from or to bike room, way in and out could be better marked.
3.5
The location and staff were lovely. It’s nicely decorated in the lobby. The beds and blankets were comfy. The coffee and croissant in the morning is a nice added touch. Inexpensive parking in the center of the town (5 CHF).
The bathroom was very bad. Two old sinks 1 meter from the bed, one had a leak. The bathtub was stained so badly with cracked tiles on its outer surface that it was too gross to consider showering in. You hear the neighbours. And thin curtains meant an early wake up with the sunrise. No WiFi in the room either. It’s a hostel basically.
