Location was excellent, Marco the food and beverage manager was outstanding
The property is old and the rooms and outdoor facilities are well past their use by dates.

The reception area has clearly had all of the money spent on it to fool those guests arriving into thinking they are staying in a modern, well kept hotel.
where do I start? July and the pool closed until 3pm in the day - bad start to our first day. the beach is tiny, overcrowded and compared to the other beautiful beaches of Sardinia is not very nice. You have no choice but to pay 20 euro's for a bed and an umbrella and you cant even choose where to sit - the lifeguard put me at the back in the corner.
Then we arrived in our room and i wanted to cry. it is nothing like the photo's on the website. im so glad i can upload photo's here to show you as evidence. the room is dark, dingy, run-down, clearly not had any work done on it in many years. the wallpaper was peeling from the walls, even though we were a couple they had put an old camp style single bed in there which was dirty and squeeky. the bathroom is very old and due to not being looked after just looks dirty.
i have tried to resolve this amicably with both hotel and booking.com - neither of whom are helping with regards to a refund. awful, awful hotel but customer service from them and booking.com is even worse. if i can do you a favour, please go stay somewhere else - Sardinia is beautiful and generally the standard of hotel is high - this hotel is an exception. My husband and me decided it would ruin our hotel to stay here and so we checked out and found a much nicer hotel.

The main communal part of the hotel is new and very nicely laid out. Breakfast is amazing... Never tasted bacon like it, cooked freshly infront of you.
Our room was slightly dated, and unfortunately our door was left open after house service had been in?! Not sure what happened there.
Also our patio door hardly worked.

Location is absolutely perfect! a few meters from the beach. I believe it's fair for the price.
Hotel rooms need renovation, perhaps just a new finishing in the walls and new bathroom would make it much better.

A perfect place! Everybody working there was very friendly, helpful, welcoming and polite! A big THANK YOU! The room was very beautiful, cozy, big and clean. I had a stunning view from my balcony for which I am very grateful! The whole complex was really well-kept. Food was delicious! The garden, pool area, lobby and bar area were very cozy and great spots to chill, but I've spent most of my time on the beach! The beaches around are SOOO BEAUTIFUL!!! And just in front of the hotel! There is a supper nice windsurf school nearby!!!
Everything was perfect!

rooms were very clean, breakfast were good with nice staff, very good coffee and nice staff in the day bar, thank you
we were expecting more babyfriendly environment because of the pictures and photos here in booking.com, this hotel is not good for strollers, there is a lot of stairs when you want to go to the beach and it is hard to cross with stroller. also it is very loud in the night, the live music is until 23:30 and it is very noisy when you travel with kids. the receptionists does not speak english very good (maybe becase we were off season and there were no foreingners, only Italians). and the last thing - you have to wear a cap when you want to go to the pool - I have never seen this worldwide. nobody from the guests stepped in the pool all 5 days we were in the hotel.

Very conveniently close to the beautiful La Pelosa beach. We had a large terrace with sea views. Breakfast was pretty good, decent variety and both cooked and fresh options. The staff were friendly and courteous, definitely trying their best. There are free parking facilities within hotel grounds although it seems like they fill up quickly.
Oof, where to start? I read the reviews and I thought they must be exaggerating a bit but I'm afraid it's all true. Our room smelled like old butter, the grouting in the bathroom was coal black, the bed felt like it was made of cardboard and at some point, the ceiling started leaking. There's no WiFi in the rooms, only in the reception area. The next morning, we didn't even have any water in the bathroom. It was bearable for a one-night stay but I wouldn't have wanted to stay longer. It can be a magnificent place with a bit of work but it seems sadly run down at the moment.

The location is amazing , 5 minutes walk from la pelosa beach. The breakfast buffet was really good as well! We had their dinner combo which was amazing as well, good value for money.
The bed was a bit too hard for me

Nice location
The room were “dated” and the bed not comfortable; the shower towel smelled of fried food. Overall the comfort of the room didn’t match the comfort that a 4 stars hotel should have.

Leaving
My son was not allowed to swim in the pool without a swim cap. Not sure why the swim cap is necessary. We didn't have one do he was unable to use the pool. We were not allowed to sit on one side of the beach, where it looks ok. We were only allowed to sit in the back rows of the beach where the beach is full of stones. The beach where we were supposed to sit is so stoney that my husband broke his toenail. Breakfast is horrible. There are premium tables reserved for I am not sure who. You have to stand in line to get a coffee. The 'chef' at breakfast can only make burnt/scrambled eggs with half raw bacon. Had food poisoning. Was a waste of our precious vacation time.

Nothing
The rooms are very dirty ! The equipment! The WiFi only works when you are at the reception ! The personal at the restaurant!
We booked including breakfast but guess what you have to stay in long queue just to ask for croissant and if you ask for two they tell they ran out of them ?!? At night is it very cold and we asked for some sheets because there are none in the room ! All we got are very old and dirty grandma Covers ! which Scratch the Skin ! Most Important Thing is the personal doesn’t speak English just a few words and that’s a big problem if you run such a hotel u should pay attention to that ! The only beautiful thing was the beach which doesn’t belong to the hotel ! We flew because of the beach la Pelosa !
