Freundlicher Empfang mit sehr gutem Englisch.Viel Platz und alle Zimmer mit Meerblick.Tiefgarage 8 Euro/Tag mit T5 Bus kein Problem ohne Aufbauten.Sichere Tolle Lage ca.10 Gehminuten zum Strand.Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca.1 Kilometer zu Fuss.Roller oder Bollerwagen Pflicht.Fussgängerzone mit ein paar Geschäften um die Ecke.Tipp:Pizzaria Mam and Dad 2 Gehminuten Top.Reservierung in der Hauptsaison.Toller Strand weitläufig.Hundefreundlich.Kein Teppichboden schön kühl.Grosszügiger Balkon.Hallenbad um gut zu schwimmen.Whirlpool vorhanden wird oft gereinigt.Wir hatten Liegestühle am Balkon und elektrische Markise.Hund darf überall mit.Frühstück 12 Euro/P.Sehr empfehlenswert und gut.

Der Bahnhof und der Zugverkehr in unmittelbarer Nähe.Bahnlinie durchquert den Ort.Nachts finden verschubarbeiten zwischen 2 und 4 Uhr durchaus statt.

This object is close to the sea area. Fantastic and very clean rooms. The pool inside is really cool. great communication with the personnel.

Amazing sunset view from balcony makes it worth The staff was really helpful and friendly (thank you Marco, Valentina and Elena! also Marco gave us top reccommendations!) Spacious and clean Very well equipped Good location but for beaches we preferred to go by car Outside of main season good free parking options

Train noise was not at all an issue with closed windows but it was still a bit noisy (neighbors and cars) - with ear plugs should be okay! Bed was not comfortable and not stable if your partner turns Air conditioning was old, very noisy and slow to cool Mosquito nets in bedroom would be good to add

Really relaxing and perfect time of year.

We really enjoyed our stay in apartment 102. It was clean and spacious with a sitting room/kitchen, bedroom and separate bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and they put a topper on for me which was kind. It had a wonderful view of the harbour with the boats moored. The staff are lovely and always in the background if you need anything. The pool and jacuzzi are a added bonus. We came by train from Rome, really straight forward, the station is a 8 minute walk from the apartment. We actually went to Pisa from here which is an hour north and then across to Florence to see the cathedral and the Statue of David by Michael Angelo, all done in a day. Fantastic location, you don't need a car, loads of buses too. Breakfast is lovely served outside in the gazebo in the garden. We went at low season and it would be very busy in the summer, plenty of restaurants and bars etc. Only a few restaurants open at this time of year but it gets busier as the weather imrpoves.

Nothing really apart from english channels on the tv, however, we just put sub titles on the prime films.

Exceptional

Usually don't leave reviews, but I make an exception. This place combines best of both worlds, hotel and apartment. As a family we stayed in an apartment, but we had all the luxury of a hotel, still having a fully equipped kitchen in the apartment with a really large living and balcony. Pool is just perfect 30C water 130cm deep and opened 24/7. Staff spoke good English and breakfast was also okay.

I would like to return

Very attentive and friendly staff, accepted us for a late check-in and provided very careful instructions how to get the keys late in the evening. The apartment is just perfect, the view is amazing, nice promenade alongside the sea shore

Exceptional

It was the second time we spent our Crhistmas at Residenza Santa Cecilia, my eldest son like so much this structure, the location is perfect, it's a walk away to the center and sea. They have jacuzzi perfect for relaxation and internall pool which is perfect for kids. They have private parking space. Their breakfast buffet is good, they offer fresh fruits and they have coffee bar. The reception staffs are very approachable.

I can't think of anything.

Great stay at San Vincenzo

We spent a very pleasant night in this hotel. We booked last minute and got a beautiful suite with a view on the sea. The staff was very nice and helpful. San Vincenzo is a very sweet village with very good restaurants. Thank you!

Unfortunately the whirlpool wasn’t working, but it was no problem because the beach is only a 2min walk :)

Cute coastal apartment.

Nice apartment in a tourist area . They delivered a fantastic breakfast that we were able to enjoy on the balcony .Close to shops,restaurants.

A truly wondrous experience top to bottom

The staff is sincerely amazing. Sooooo helpful and available literally 24/7

The ONLY thing is that they didn’t have cool AC, but apparently that is very very common in the region this time of year.

We were kindly given a room on the upper floors, as requested, the view from the balcony out to sea is exceptional, large spacious room, kitchenette is perfectly adequate, friendly staff, location is just perfect, only a few steps away from the beach or the picturesque town centre

Comfortable accommodation, some facilities not open.

We have been before and things have changed not for the better. Last time breakfast was included as was room cleaning, now everthing charged as extra.

Way to pricey for what they offer

The apartment was very spacious and clean. The team was kind and helpful.

This location has a very poor price performance. For what we paid we would have expected a higher quality and services. Although the bed was comfortable, we had trouble sleeping due to the loud and rattling air conditioning. Everything in the apartment has a lack of charm: smelly towels, poor bath amenities, a microwave set right next to the bed and topping it off with a fake grass terrace. The building is located on the street of the coast line, however you have to walk to go the first accesible beach. On top of this, they made us pay for all extra services such as parking and our dog, which extra costs were never communicated properly at any point in advance. All these factors combined make you feel tricked and disappointed. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this place.

Exceptional

In the hotel itself it’s very nice, quiet and cosy. They offer a wide choice of breakfast options even now in covid time. We liked the view very much - marina with yachts. It’s close to the beach and the city center, where some good restaurants can be found. For us was important to have a room on the ground floor as we were traveling with our dog. Also a nice place to go for a day trip to Pisa, Siena etc. Very close to the hotel you can find rental store for some of your activities, so if you like to try surfing, there’s a nearby place to rent the equipment and to find waves, just around the corner :) You can walk to the beach. Great place.

For us it was okay but for some people might be noisy as it is close to the railway line. So, only at night it might be a problem but with closed windows it is okay anyway. On the other side, to have the railway station so close invites you to travel by train and do some sightseeing. So, for us it was okay anyway.
