Foncer pour de bonnes vacances !

Belle et grande chambre avec balcon et salle de bain refaites à neuves ! Bel espace piscine (transat, coin d'ombre...). Le petit déjeuner est top ! Appartement plutôt bien placé !

Le buffet du soir est plutôt moyen, pas beaucoup de choix niveau plat et dessert, dommage même en demi-pension.

Heel vriendelijk personeel, lekker eten in buffet (iets meer variatie mocht wel). Zeer goede locatie met goede parkeermogelijkheden.

All together the stay was good the staff were lovely and helpful they gave you all the information you needed

It was close to the beach shops McDonald’s and port adventura the staff were absolutely lovely the room i stayed in was clean checking in was easy and fast staff members told you everything they needed off you straight away all together i would go back

I didnt like the fact that you only got new towels twice a week which wasn’t enough for 4 adults you had to pay for new towels if you wanted them more frequently but i dont think it was too expensive cant remember exact price there was also no lock on the bathroom door and one balcony door didnt lock

Perfect family location

The location was perfect and so was the facilities on site as well as the entertainment put on throughout the day

The only real fault was the number of parasols was limited so in the hight heat beside the pool it was pot luck and it was policed in a way if it was not used someone who had kids could have one.

Great location central to everything

Excellent location , Giselle was so helpful our plane was delayed and she replied to my message really quickly and assured me that was ok . Reception staff were very friendly. Highly recommend staying here

Disappointing

Childrens entertainment very nice and works very hard. Pool staff and cleaning staff lovely and very kind.

Big issue with lifegaurds and different rules for different days. Not allowing the children to play in the pool snd have fun. Not allowing very small inflatables for small children. Managment Insulting guests and being very rude. Lots of noise every night untill 1am from other guests at hotel bar outside are. I wouldnt stay again

only for that door 🚪 a whole week of noise from early morning till late at night.

Hi l had a room 401 there was a door when you get off the lift to get to the room it was so so noisy it needed some oil or something to stop that horrendous noise every morning and evening when people were coming & going it was terrible,otherwise I lv it. Kind Regards Patricia Fleming

Someone to fix that door that squealed all the time every day and night for a whole week 🙃

Nice basic hotel, room was upgraded on arrival, not sure what was supposed to be better about it . Had all the essentials, nice big balcony, pool was good, location a few minutes walk from the action.

Room was smaller than expected bit cramped for 4 people but we were mostly out so didn't matter

Great stay, would recommend.

The hotel was great, everything we needed for our first family holiday. Well catered kitchen. Shower was brilliant, always really hot water available.

Overall this is an excellent property and is very family friendly . Staff were all excellent

We had a 2 bed apartment Number 119 and it was spacious with a good living area and kitchenette, one bedroom had en-suite shower and toilet with spparate shower and toilet suitable for disabled persons

The only thing that spoilt our stay slightly was the arrival on the Friday evening of a large group of teenage basketball players who were loud at bedtime both nights and did disrupt our sleep on the Saturday night particularly.

Fab location near the beach and weekly market and supermarket. Entertainment was very good, inflatable slide in the pool, night time quiz and bingo. Lovely apartment.

Amazing value for money

The room is excellent for the price paid. it was a large apartment, good shower, cleaned regularly, great sized balcony. Good family sized pool. Food choice was limited but all tasted nice and plenty of it.

There was air conditioning in the apartment but it was tricky to get to the right temperature.

Not safe no security, even though we paid for a safe for our room, this was robbed while we were on a day out along with 15 other rooms all within an hour. Large sum of money stolen and jewellery. Staff on at the time this happened were rude and unhelpful. We found out through a social media post that the hotel was robbed no contact from the hotel. Completely ruined our holiday therefore I would not recommend this hotel.

Great hotel for families, many different activities for everyone. Very nice and well organized personel. Clean rooms. Pool and area around were amazing.
