Excellent. The staff, the food, the location and hotel... highly recommend.

I came to the hotel with a group and from start to finish the staff were superb. The communication and attention to detail was first class. A special thank you to Jonatan and the team who took care of all our requests. The food was delicious and the hotel was very clean. The location is wonderful.

The wardrobe being in the bathroom is quite difficult when sharing a room.

Luxe hotel met wat doorsnee-trekjes (eetzaal)

Het star-prestige arrangement. Gaf toegang tot roof-top zwembad, daardoor erg rustig en exclusief. Inclusief hapjes en alle alcoholische drankjes! Heerlijke ligbedden!

Het restaurant. Jeetje wat erg. Een vr**t-schuur. En niet eens lekker. Half-pension leek ons gemakkelijk, maar viel erg tegen. Gelukkig maar voor 1 dag geboekt.

Me encantó el trato del equipo, desde la recepción, muy competentes y amables hasta la comodidad y decoración de la habitación y zonas comunes. Excelente gusto en decoración, actual y muy ibicenca. Camas extra cómodas box spring con edredón y excelentes almohadas. Agua a discreción las 24 horas. Amenities, productos de belleza de gran calidad, naturales. Toallas mullidas y grandes. Excelente limpieza, higiene perfecta! (Soy personal sanitario, anestesia, miro cierto detalles..) Desayuno en salones y terrazas frente al mar. Calidad altísima en los alimentos, con smoothies frescos y buen cappuccino. Personal que mima a los huéspedes, sonriente y muy competente. A destacar la piscina con el personal super amable!! Lugar tranquilo para el que busca paz y descanso. Pero con oferta de actividades para el que desea pasar ratos divertidos o aprender algo nuevo. Buen SPA. Vistas y emplazamiento inigualables en la isla!!

Personnel.au petit soin

Le personnel est fantastique. Hyper gentil, poli, serviable. L accueil avec un verre de bulles et leur amabilité rant à la réception qu au restaurant.

Des fontaines à eau sont disponibles dans l hôtel mais pourtant l.eau est payante au restaurant lors des repas.

Sea, sun, nature and great food!

1-Food 2-Staff 3-Location

1-Bedroom: Mine was a double bedroom and a noisy one at specific hours. I could hear the beeping of the buses when they were reversing so that they could rejoin the road, both in the morning (4:30 a.m.) and afternoons (16:00-18:00 pm). 2-VIP day pass: the cost of this depends on your room category and you pay the difference. In my humble opinion, the price was ridiculously excessive for a rooftop in Santa Eulalia-it costs the same as an Ushuaia experience (105€), which I personally prefer. It’s clearly up to one’s taste and willingness to where to spend their money.

Ok, not a great location. Spend your money elsewhere.

Clean and modern. Food was delicious.

False advertising. Beach compared to photos is tiny and dirty. Also roof pool requires star prestige access. We were able to upgrade to star prestige but if we hadn’t our holiday would have been ruined.

well we wasn’t advised that you had to be prestige to use the beautiful pool up top as advertised on the booking.com pictures there’s was no tea or coffee in rooms and room service was 10am-10pm the water machines were sometimes not working! the safe in our room was broke,, only 2 channels on the tv were English bbc news and bbc 1/2 the food was ok the smoothies and juice warm every morning

Nice hotel option for non-boutique in Ibiza

Big variety at breakfast with pancake and egg/omelette stands Pool and pool area is big and clean All staff were friendly and helpful Constantly being cleaned by staff

Elevators took a while - we often took the stairs but would be difficult for anyone on an upper level or in need of wheelchair access Taxis around 6pm were also difficult due to Nikki Beach being so close - just something you need to plan around Live musician at breakfast on the patio was VERY loud - it also deterred a lot of guest (they would walk out, hear the music and walk back in) Air conditioning didn't blow us away (no pun intended)

Front desk Staff were amazing! 😀 Hotel was super clean and generally very well maintained. A/C worked perfectly in the room. Twin side sea view was spacious enough with 2 single beds but more like a good 3* than 4 which is the official rating. Dinner can we swapped for lunch without any pre notice and this was great. We only did it once but appreciated it.

Hard to find a bed anywhere around the pool. Lots of the areas you see in photos of the hotel are actually reserved for privilege guests so you cant use them with a normal room.. I.e the roof terrace is not open to sea view rooms and only suites of some kind. Meals are "ok" but after a few days you will be fed up of same thing all the time and not everything is really fresh or well cooked :-( Fruit salad for example is often squishy because it's been there too long. We rented a car and it was usually OK to park close to the hotel but we did struggle on 2 evenings. I did read there was no official parking so I had checked on Google maps before I booked the rental. Finally, location is nice but quite secluded. If you like to walk to a town or leave the hotel for anything by foot then you csnt here. We took taxis every night to different places and peak times were very very difficult. On Friday night around 7pm we waited more than an hour. Obviously not the hotels fault at all but it's something to think about.

Amazing service, the staff were excellent

The staff were amazing, we travelled as a group and one of our friends became ill and it turned out to be serious. The hotel staff couldn’t have done more to help, they organised doctors and nothing was too much trouble - amazing thank you.

Would definitely return

staff were unbelievable, literally couldn't do enough for you every single moment of the day. The buffet breakfast was excellent and catered to all tastes and the room was comfortable.

The photos made it look like the pool was almost on the edge of the beach, but this isn't quite the case. Initially i was disappointed but the general facilities and the staff being so good more than made up for this.

Perfectly content and catered for.

Had never been to Ibiza before so was unsure what to expect - probably a basic hotel for party goers - but we arrived to a beautiful place with the most friendly staff. Clean, well organised, friendly, on the beachfront - couldn’t ask for more really. Even though we weren’t all inclusive, we were treated the exact same. Highly recommend.

We will be back.

The staff at the front desk was excellent. Very helpful especially Bass. Food and beverage service staff was attentive and polite. Food quality was excellent. Access to surrounding area was convenient and simple to get around.

Decent hotel for quiet Ibiza trip. A tad over-priced.

Comfortable rooms, great location near beaches and a good breakfast selection.

Over-priced and over-crowded. Limited space around the pool and all just a little bit below par. Bar closes about 11pm, which is pretty early for Ibiza!

Perfect for a recharge getaway!

Looked gorgeous, well kept, beautiful pool, stunning views, great costal walks with beach restaurants and bars, amazing choice of meals in the restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner, bars, spa….so much to praise but most of all….the staff made our stay!

great stay with friends in a well run hotel

pools were great, gym too, food selection was very good and staff really friendly and helpful.

only thing we found was the location was a little isolated, hardly any restaurants near by so it meant a taxi ride to go anywhere outside the hotel. combine this with the difficulty of getting taxis people should just be aware of this situation
