Bit disappointed. This was more like an air b&b.
Communication was good and early check in was allowed.
Beautiful room and views.
No hotel facilities. Just the room.

Location
Old and tired. The room was very small, and the on suite even smaller. Cobwebs, no hand towels, a wardrobe that smelled, a fan that hardly worked, a bed that moved every time one of us turned the other was woken, one spoon, no shampoo. Gone for quantity not quantity

A bit quirky. Really nice and helpful staff. Very accommodating over bikes.
No extractor fan or window in the bathroom. Door of bathroom didnt close properly

emplacement, on the Ramsgate Port
i was invoiced two times for my three days stay in the hotel, May 9th to 11th, both 270£ in fact, and despite exchanging in live when I was still in the hotel and then by numerous mails without response, giving evidence of the fact, this hotel refused stubbornly to admit the fact, despite strong evidence got from my own bank, sent then to this hotel. I so came to the conclusion that these people were dishonest, this is not my case, this is why I am led to put this strongly negative comment, not in my normal way of life, but here it is too much. I still request a reimbursement, 270£ indeed…

I booked a room with a sea view - it did not disappoint! Room was clean and comfortable. Facilities included a hairdryer and in the communal area an iron and ironing board. Everything you would need.
All reception staff we met were friendly, helpful and informative - a real personal service.

Staff very friendly and great views of the harbour. We arrived early morning and although check in wasn't until 4pm, we were greeted by a lovely young man (Matt?) who offered to take our luggage up to our room and gave us directions where to park for free. There is parking right outside the hotel but this is metered (free after 6pm).. Hotel is dog friendly. We were here for a gig at Ramsgate music hall so hotel was in a great location and a 10 min walk to the venue. Plenty of pubs and places to eat, wetherspoons on the beach with lovely views. Eew ould definately stay here again.
Nothing to comment on

Dear Manager/Owner
Upon arriving at your hotel yesterday I found the Hotel Locked and was unable to enter the building, we had arrived early and as it was a very windy rainy day we thought we could sit in your homely warm reception area looking out at the gorgeous big bay windows with a nice cup of tea or even a cold drink if it was available, but this was not happening, and was asked to come back at 4oclock, when we were able to check in, so we wasted an hour until the time we were expected, even thought it was 4.05pm when the door was finally opened. We was show to the room, and straight away was hit by a damp musky smell which all three of us ladies smelt immediately. We then turned on the wet room radiator to warm the room up as we were too cold to undress and redress for a family party. When we left we was unable to lock the room as the man on the desk said that he did not have a door key as it hadn't arrived and the carpenter was coming along to fix as we was lead to believe! [very strange but yet again we accepted this] Lucky we left after 20min and did not return until after 10pm, on our return we went straight to bed, 2 of us were unable to sleep due to the awful smell of damp the room was so depressing we felt that we had been in better hospital rooms. There wasn't anywhere to hang our clothes apart from the hook on the back of the door, and to top it there was a big industrial waste bin leaning against the window of the bedroom, i knew there was no view but to be looking at the bin just tipped us over the edge as we felt actually dirty from staying in that room. This has been second stay at your hotel this is why i had recommend that we stayed at the RH, and what a shame that the Hotel now felt like a hostel and not a hotel.

No heating in the room.
Bathroom had a bad smell.

The location - I had stayed there before
complete lack of hotel service; I was left standing in the street as there was no one staffing the hotel. Rude and dishonest manager.

Beautiful room, with warm, friendly and considerate staff who can't do enough for you

staff where brilliant (lady) when we could not get the booking paid.
shower is poor. water supply weak.

Convenient short stop over due to New year work cover. Great parking. Clean hotel, friendly staff. Our room was on the top floor so we are ok with that but the hotel does have a lot of steep stairs.
Nothing really.

Despite paying extra to stay at a harbour view room, I was shown a room with a view of roofs of buildings around at the rear of the hotel.
in the morning for breakfast I was directed to a cafe owned by the Hotel at the seafront for breakfast. It was closed, due to open 18:00. Although it was a short distance uphill walk back to the hotel, I ended up paying for breakfast somewhere else with lovely views of Ramsgate beach.

TV was ruined in. Good picture. Comfortable bed. Good facilities in room/ tea coffee.
Previous occupants chocolate pieces on the floor in the corner of our room. No shower curtain so water on floor every time we showered
