Nice stay

Chambre spacieuse et au calme, lit confortable, salle de douche propre et rénovée. Excellent petit-déjeuner typique.

Les parties communes sont plus vétustes que la chambre.

Will defo stay again

Brilliant location within short walk to main shops and attractions. Fantastic staff friendly and efficient, the breakfast is first class. Room is lovely and most important the windows actually open, thats so important for us as some hotel rooms can be too warm.

Bed a little on the firm side but that is a personal preference.

Alright, but not a 3 star hotel

Great views and landscape outside the hotel. The hotel is 3 mins walk from the centre. The receptionist was very welcoming and let us check in an hour earlier than normal. The entrance had a great Halloween theme, reception and breakfast room looked great.

Very old carpet flooring in the room, that could be changed. Bathroom was smelling quite bad, probably there was an issue with the drainage, but receptionist was kind and put some toilet cleaner in our toilet to get rid of the smell. Unfortunately even with that we could still smell it, but wasn't as bad. The ceiling in the bathroom and head of shower had mould. The room that we booked was divided in 2 bedrooms(1+ 2 single beds)Only one room had a very small radiator and we had to share that between two bedrooms. Breakfast was alright, we didn't enjoy much the main dish from the menu, it wasn't tasty. No soundproof, you can hear everything outside the room.

excellent hotel with big rooms and massive beds

lovely spacious room with an enormous bed, all very clean and cosy. breakfast was excellent quality with a large variety of food to choose from. staff were all very pleasant. location with free off street parking is ideal for visiting Pitlochry for the Enchanted Forest.

can't fault anything, the hotel clearly has remedial work in progress but this does not affect the quality of the stay or facilities

Staff were brilliant and friendly.

Warm welcome from Karen, who was a lovely host! Even helped with the bairn at brekky time! Haha! :) Breakfast was good and lots of choice, not too big portions as well, just right! Perfect location.

Some parts feel a bit outdated but everything clean and comfortable

The bed was as comfortable as a mother's hug.

The owners are exceptional, helpful, and the breakfast was one of the best we had during our Scottish higlands 'fling'.

The township lacks a fuel station and there are only limited choices to dine out.

Good hotel in an ideal situation for our needs

The hotel was very well situated, the room good, the walk-in shower excellent and the general facilities were comfortable.

The breakfast was not quite to our liking. The bacon was fatty and scrambled egg more like a large omelette but the service was very good

Excellent value, great facilities and very good breakfast

Made welcome by staff. Room was clean and tidy, bed comfortable and very good shower in en-suite. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Would certainly look to use again.

Nothing to dislike. Would have been nice to have an evening meal there but can understand why this is not possible.

Arcasaid Hotel B & B in Pitlochry a great place to stay!

The Arcasaid Hotel B &B in Pitlorchy blew my mind away, what a place, from the outside it did not look good! However, on entering front door the room was large, great beds, shower. Young lady on reception Lara, helped me carry our luggage in to the room! Breakfast was one of the best on our trip in Ireland & Scotland, gave us great directions to a great restaurant in Pitlochry, The Bridge was fantastic!

Arcasaid exceeded my expectations, no issues!

Wasn't initially impressed by the outside, but inside was clean and presentable with comfortable,relaxing lounge areas. Our "small double' was perfectly fine for two large adults. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was generous , well cooked and tasty, with excellent service.

The initial view of the front of the hotel from the road doesn't do the hotel justice. It is lovely inside. No meals served in the evening; which was a disappointment as it was why we booked a hotel rather than a B&B... hopefully it is just a temporary glitch.

Great place to stay in the center of Pitlochry.

Excellent breakfast. Great choices of hot dishes to choose from. Rooms were very comfortable with excellent shower en suite. Plenty of parking space in hotel grounds. Owners of hotel very friendly and helpful. Had an enjoyable stay.

Everything was great. No complaints.

We had a lovely return stay and were warmly welcomed by Karen.

The breakfast was fresh and cooked to order. There was also flexibility with ordering from the menu. For example, my wife requested poached eggs and toast which wasn't on the menu but was accommodated no problem.

We felt that breakfast finishing at 9.30 and checkout being 10.30 were just a bit too early, however this wouldn't stop us coming back.
