Room was lovely as we went for a suite which allowed us more room.
The evening meal on both evenings was excellent.
The hotel is in an excellent location for Brands Hatch circuit and within 20 mins walking distance.
The staff were lovely and very helpful
We upgraded our room to a suite as last year we found the bed too small. The upgrade was very expensive especially when the restaurant is also very pricey. We are now aware that a cheaper menu is available in the bar.
The breakfast was extremely expensive and the full English was not very nice - very disappointing.
Great location for Brands Hatch circuit but nothing around it so you are tied to the hotel and prices

Been coming for years it’s home from home x
Room 18 great room one of our faves however last 2 times we stayed we could not let water out of the bath so I had to do it manually with the small bin . Very annoying and tiring .🙈

Staff very nice and location spot on
Nothing I can think of

Really good quality decor. Staff obviously well trained and really looked after me
Bed not that comfortable

Breakfast average
Location good
The hot tap had no water pressure
The evening meal was not edible (steak)

Room view was awful

The breakfast was lovely. Staff courteous and attentive and friendly. Spa also very good and relaxing.
It was a shame but not the hotel fault. My husband has slight mobility problems so the stairs to the second floor were a bit daunting but still it made him try! He did and didn’t complain.🤗

Great place to stay at and ideally located for the London Golf Club if which I visited the following day - rooms were very clean staff and the food was excellent and would reccommend a stay over at anytime plus the breakfast was fantastic
Only thing was a let down (not associated with the hotel) but is advertised as the annex which is the swimming pool and spa and it needs a total overhaul plus a few things updating or fixing that were not working whilst I used them.

Personally the interior could do with a little spruce, carpets and finish generally.
Could hear the road quite a bit. Spa facilities could do with an update

Spa
Service in dining room….we had to wait 1hr for our main course

All the staff were incredibly helpful and focused on customer care. There was obviously a strong culture of customer care around the whole of the hotel - they could not do enough to make our stay perfect
The shower in the bathroom could have been better - I could only get tepid water. That might have been my not being able to use it effectively, of course!

Beautiful hotel and excellent food

Staff where completely faultless, I really hope management appreciates how valuable they are to guests experience and the hotel.
Breakfast is done well from a menu and i’d give it a 3.5 out of 5, the restaurant menu is where it lets the place down with a lack of options and prices that are un-enticing, how ever, the bar menu was sufficient and very reasonably priced, I’d also give the bar menu a respectable 3.5.
The spa was clean, the relaxation room was nice, l would even go as far to say the pictures in the booking app do it no justice as the whole spa is definitely much nicer in person, I’d give the spa a 4.7 out of 5 and 5 for value, it has everything you would need and want.
The only small downside was the the bedroom was difficult to cool and l like to sleep in a cold room well rapped up.

lovely staff, excellent breakfast and great spa
no parks in the vicinity to take walks in

Beautiful surroundings. Good facilities although a little dated in some areas. Staff were so warm and friendly. Very nice full English breakfast with a good choice on the menu if you didn’t want a full English. Very comfortable bed and a great nights sleep.
Stains on the top bedding sheets. Very dusty coving around bedstead on the wall. Exposed wall plug in bathroom on bottom of the bath panel which I caught my toe on. Light switches next to the door so you have to get out of bed to switch them on or off.
We stayed at the hotel to attend a wedding there but during the event they ran out of food so we were waiting until very late for them to bring more food before we could eat.
The wine I chose on the wine list at the bar was not available.

Great staff, breakfast and clean room.
It’s quite expensive for the size of room.

All the staff were excellent. Breakfast, lunch and evening meal excellent. Room was good and clean apart from the net curtains which were a bit grey and mouldy where the condensation had made them wet.

very comfortable and clean

I couldn’t get room service whilst staying. Nobody answered their phones.
Dirty cups weren’t cleaned after the first night so we had to go to the bar and get some clean ones.

Lovely building. Good breakfast. Convenient for road networks.
My review covers this.
4.2
Excellent quality food at dinner and breakfast, comfortable bedrooms
There was a private party going on with a bizarre, cheesy band meaning we couldn't use the bar and had to hear rubbish music while eating in the restaurant. Not appropriate for a high end hotel.

Loved that the facilities like the swimming pool and gym was free for guests.
room was clean and very comfortable.
Breakfast was superb!
Oh, and the staff were outstanding!!
Should have booked two nights :-)

We received a complimentary room upgrade when we checked in which was unexpected. The staff are absolutely superb. Everyone was nice and friendly. We are always made to feel very welcome.
