Spacious rooms with easy access. Beautiful grounds.
Facilities closed early on Saturday night. Walk in shower was wheelchair accessible but that led to many leaks with water all over bathroom floor making it slippery. Shower mat was old and moldy.

Room very comfortable and spacious. It was very relaxing but the breakfast could be a little later and check out time was at 11am maybe 12 would be nicer.
The staff very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast could be a little later and the tea would be much nicer served in a teapot.
The bathroom was very large but lacked a little shelf for our makeup.
A little more lighting in ceiling would be good.

Spacious. Beautiful location. Brilliant area. Gorgeous building . Superb breakfast .
Jacuzzi not working ! Missed it!

The location was great, the reception staff were absolutely fantastic and very accommodating and welcoming.
Our room was very far away from reception and many rooms seem to be down very long corridors.
The furniture in the room was far too big for the room meaning the room felt cramped and crowded.
There was no phone in our room so we had to call reception from our own phone when we needed anything.
Some staff in the restaurant were very rude to guests, one girl actually yelled at two poor women for coming into the restaurant and finding a table.
At breakfast, more than one coffee machine would be helpful particularly as bus loads of guests were present.
For the price, I would at least expect body lotion in the room.
The towels provided were very rough.
Overall, it did not feel like a four star hotel.

Everything went well. Good variety for breakfast and dinner menu.
Cant say I didn't like something.

I didn’t like that I had to go through the restaurant to get to my. I thought you would provide bathrobes to go to the swimming area. For the price we payed I expected more the breakfast was cold and gluten free options very little. Breakfast not included in price.

Staff were all lovely which is always good.
Food was delicious, Great they had family meal deals for a family of 5. Its always 2 + 2.
Also the inter connecting rooms are a big bonus for older kids.
All was great.

Suprisingly quiet, beds were good. Staff was grand.
Dinner and breakfast were expensive and underwhelming. Bedroom was too hot, despite sleeping with open windows (heating was on when we arrived, in early May !) . TVs in the room were a pain to connect to internet and very low quality. And the swimming pool showers were cold, although it was undergoing some form of maintenance so it was probably just unlucky timing.

restaurant service absolutely horrible. plenty of staff no training. at one point 4 tables including me were waiting on our order to be taken 10mins after we sat down with no drinks order taken. queued for 7 minutes for a table with 2 ahead of me and 5 behind me - on a Tuesday evening.

location was great for exploring around Sligo.
Restaurant and bar facilities were available which was good as we arrived in the evening.
much of the hotel smelled of chlorine through the hallways to the rooms.
the shower hot water system was poor.
We ate in the bistro the first night which was not busy. The food was very good, but the mussel entree was far too large for an entree…..we decided to eat out of the hotel the following night.

The room was absolutely huge, loads of space, the bathroom had a shower and a bath. Large mirrors in the room and plenty of storage for luggage. I used the leisure facilities and wow! so clean, fresh and accessible.
Bar Man Shane, was an absolute gent, made a delicious P.Star Martini too!!
I will be back with family over the summer!!
provide menus in the rooms

Staff were very good and helpful. Location was good, close to the town and only a short drive out to Rosses Point.
We thought there should have been at least one other coffee/hot water machine, one wasn’t enough.
