Un hôtel plutôt accueillant situé dans un cadre verdoyant et reposant.

Hôtel accueillant situé dans un environnement verdoyant et paisible. Jardin très agréable et bien entretenu avec piscine. Chambre spacieuse et propre avec vue sur la campagne et sur les montagnes. Personnel aimable et obligeant. Grand parking gratuit. Proximité du centre de Lucca (10/15 mn en voiture et parkings gratuits à l'extérieur des remparts).

L'insuffisance de certaines commodités : éclairage des lampes de chevet bien trop faible, équipements vieillissants de la salle de bain (douche, éclairage, lavabo), literie moyennement confortable. Le petit déjeuner beaucoup trop modeste pour un hôtel 4 étoiles : absence de choix en fruits frais (oranges, pommes et poires seulement) et en viennoiseries, suppléments facturés (omelettes et smoothies de fruits frais). Un rapport qualité-prix plutôt décevant.

Een heel aangenaam verblijf!

De accommodatie: heel mooi, netjes. De informatie in verband met het openbaar personeel was uitstekend.

Het op elkaar ingespeeld zijn van het personeel in het restaurant. In de douche kan je niks omhoog plaatsen, je moet de douchegel en shampoo op de grond plaatsen.

Sehr angenehmes und schönes Hotel, mit sehr schöner Ausenanlage. Auf jeden Fall zum weiter empfehlen.

wir hatten eine sehr spezielle Suite - eine luxuriöse Kapelle! Ganz toll ausgestattet, riesige Dusche, schöne Badewanne. Wirklich außergewöhnlich. Es gab ein sehr gutes Menü, auch das Frühstück war hervorragend. Lucca war nicht weit….. Den abendlichen Aperitif auf der Wiese haben wir sehr genossen.

Für wenige Nächte war die Suite echt klasse. Nur etwas unpraktisch, keinen Schrank, keinen Kleiderhaken….

The breakfast was good . The staff were very helpful and and gave us a great service ! Parking is an advantage in this area .

unfortunately, there was a bad smell in our room . We didnt tell it to no one so i dont know maybe we would got a solution for that. But as we came late at the night and left early in the morning we didn't try to handle it .

Great room with nice staff, but weak Wi-Fi

Spacious room and comfy bed. The surrounding looked really nice. The breakfast was nice. The staff was super friendly, especially during breakfast.

The wifi was quite weak. Omelet was not free.

Beautiful palace in gorgeous location

We have stayed already several times at this beautiful place and love to come back again. The location is absoluetly gorgeous in the middle of a park and very quiet at night. The pool and breakfast areas as well as the main building are also very nice and tastefully furnished.

This time our room was one of those not quite recently renovated with rather old interior. We were staying in one of the smaller rooms on the ground floor facing the breakfast area. However, we enjoyed a pleasant stay altogether and will certainly come back!

You will not be disappointed - lovely property

We stayed here a few years ago and were not disappointed with our second stay. Beautiful grounds and property. The room size and facilities are excellent. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Pool area relaxing and there are plenty of places for everyone to lounge by the pool. Breakfast delicious We ate at their sister hotel which I would also recommend. Nearby restaurant within walking distance and excellent(take a torch).

It's a great place surrounded by greenery. My only tiny complaint would be that our room was in the main building on top of the kitchen and the room smelled a bit from fried food etc. But overall it's a great place, I would only suggest that you ask for a room in the other building!

Nice stay close to Lucca

The room we were given was nice and big but unfortunately there was a problem with air conditioning (it was an extremely hot day). Staff was very quicknto find an alternative solution providing the suite in substitution for our room. The structure, garden and pool are very nice and tranquil.

Nothing in particular, justbthe road to get to the hotel is very narrow with ditches on the side, can be treacherous!

The perfect villa close to Lucca

This is simply a splendid villa! The grounds are immerced into the hills, very large, very quiet, while easely reachable. The villa itself is very well kept, all details are though over! The pool is nice. The restaurant is a must! Great food and excellent selextion of wines. The staff is helpful. The villa is very close to Lucca and close to Pisa which makes it a perfect place to schedule a visit in the region. Would definitely return when in the area! Thank you to all the staff for a perfect stay!

Returned for our 4th visit. Restaurant is good, staff brilliant and communal areas are excellent.

Breakfast is limited - fruit not ripe and not much choice. Outside furniture has suffered during Covid years and needs replacing.

Tranquil bliss in Tuscany

We only stayed for one night but wished we spent more time here. The staff we incredibly friendly, especially in the restaurant. The room was generously sized and very comfortable. The property is set within the hills of Tuscany and its tranquil and relaxing. The food in the restaurant was DELICIOUS and the staff there made the experience all the more memorable! Highly recommend and we can't wait to go back!
