Great pool, room was clean and breakfast was good. Most staff members were helpful and friendly.
Ridiculous that they charge €20 to check in one hour early. Also one rude staff member did not allow us to sit in the empty outside area during the day (when no other guests were in sight) as the area was for people ‘purchasing drinks from the bar only’. When paying a decent amount per night, you would expect to be able to sit on the chairs in the shade and use the facilities at your leisure.

Very pleasant and helpful staff.
Nice garden with a nice pool.
Evening food is not cooked on premises, it is either pizza brought in, or microwave ready meals - however these are excellent, and good value.
The AC in the room didn't work the first night.

Very nice hotel, surrounded by a large garden and close to a street but very quiet. The room was large and clean and perfect for us. There is a small fridge in the room with complimentary water bottles, which was appreciated. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They let us bring our own pizza to eat in the evening on the terrace if we purchased some drinks at the hotel, which was perfect for us.
The hotel itself is not the prettiest and the upstairs guest room area reminded me of a dorm corridor The rooms and upstairs corridors could do with a little bit more decoration to make it more welcoming and warm. The overall feel is bit plain and unpersonal. The breakfast was a disappointment, the pastries were not good but the home-made lemon cake was good.

Such friendly, helpful staff and a lovely hotel in beautiful grounds. The pool was so clean and peaceful, perfect for a relax.
The air con was a little weak. It was a bit hot at night to sleep

the location is magnificent and the lacklustre tiny room with only 1 chair encouraged us to spend the entire days out and about.
overpriced, very small room with single pane window overlooking gravel works drive. cleaning and fresh towels had to be requested. very little atmosphere. noisy from other rooms as single chair was heavy metal on ceramic tiled floor.

One of the staff, Nawal, was exceptionally helpful and kind. In fact they all tried very hard. The manager (I presumed he was the manager because he emerged from an office but failed to introduce himself) was very unhelpful and unfriendly. When we were checking out he curtly refused to let us leave our luggage in the hotel for an hour while we attended to something in St Remy.
The room was just about ok. I've stayed in many hotels on this trip but this hotel was the only one that said they could not clean the room during the stay "due to coronavirus". Obviously an excuse to cut costs.
Paper cups in the room. Glasses or china mugs are cheap. Cost saving does not have to go this far. The whole establishment had an unloved, mean air about it. Pots infilled with plants (around the quite nice swimming pool). Bare tables devoid of a flower or a candle. Two or three coat hangers. A wardrobe with no hanging rail.

Excellent beds
Covid breakfast procedure was awkward and a little over the top, there are better ways to do this.
Checkout was extremely chaotic and unacceptably unprofessional (took almost 30 mins) with just an undertrained trainee doing the checkout at peak hour. My wife was sat in a garden for 1.5 hr and was completely ignored by the staff; ordering a drink proved impossible. Service as a whole was rather lacklustre. Only the person that checked us in was professional. Swimming pool towel policy is "cheap" also given this (in July) rather overpriced place.
The entire place (location, rooms, general vibe etc) is more like a clinical airport business hotel and not a charming provence getaway; they could do a lot more with garden, views, rooms, etc. Hotel is rather poorly signposted, esp in the dark.

Good value, considering the area.
Good shower.
I recommend the pool side rooms, ground floor level.
Nice swimminpool.
Rather quite, no so much trafic noise.
The personnel is very diverse.
At check in, very friendly lady.
At check out, indifferent and patronising.

The hotel is in a quiet place but you can easily go to historic and interesting places.
The bath tube was not secure but the hotel manager told me they were going to renew and change it in all rooms
